A warm welcome to Apartment 21 in the Bellevue B building!
In this tastefully furnished apartment with a fantastic ocean view, you’ll feel completely at home during your vacation. In this cozy and comfortable apartment, you can unwind and relax right on the beachfront.

On the third and top floor of the building, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming hallway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet. From here, you’ll enter the cozy bedroom with a skylight and plenty of space in the closet for your luggage.
Next door, you’ll find the renovated and modern bathroom with a towel warmer, built-in cabinets, a walk-in shower with a low threshold and a shower curtain, and an illuminated mirror cabinet.

The living area is all about the most beautiful view a sea lover could imagine: dunes planted with beach grass, wooden walkways with sun loungers winding through the dunes, the new promenade, the wide white sandy beach, the pier, and then—nothing but the Baltic Sea: Sometimes as smooth as a mirror, then glistening as it reflects the sun, and at other times raging furiously with white crests.

You can enjoy all of this from the large, cozy corner sofa or the extendable dining table. A flat-screen TV is available for alternative views.
The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals, including a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and a full set of cookware.
Perhaps on the south-facing balcony, which you can access from the living area? From morning until early evening, you can enjoy the sun and that pure vacation feeling here. A sunshade/awning is provided.

You can park your car right in front of the building in a parking space reserved for your apartment.

Welcome to the “Bellevue” houses, which await you in a fantastic location right behind the dunes!

The three-story apartment buildings A, B, and C are located side by side directly on Großenbrode’s new promenade—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach and the lively pier forecourt. Here you’ll find approximately 33 square meters of lovingly furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people. Enjoy your stay on the sun-drenched south-facing balconies and terraces in the front row, where you can taste, see, and hear the sea. The promenade, newly built in 2020, lies right at your feet and offers a varied view of beach life.

You can easily reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries, event venues, beach chair rentals, and, of course, the fine-sand swimming beach in just a few meters along the promenade.
Parking spaces assigned to the apartments right in front of the building save you the trouble of looking for a parking spot. Bicycle racks are available at the buildings for your bikes. In Building B, a shared laundry and drying room is available for a fee.
