This condo was absolutely gorgeous! Very large and spacious, well equipped and a beautiful view! Highly recommend!

Overall nice place. Smelled of smoke when we first arrived, but that was an easy fix. Very walkable location. Beautiful views.

The pictures of the unit did not reflect the actual unit. The coach was broke could not sit on during our stay. The patio furniture should have been replaced a long time ago. The wicker furniture was rawling apart all three pieces. The two wood chairs were falling apart. I would not have trusted anything on the patio to sit on. The metal table and the grill was rusted. I took pictures of all the things, that were broken. This is our 4th time staying in South Harbour. This was the first time I was disappointed with the unit.

Experienced lot of trouble with the locks on the entry door to the apartment. Got locked out for over an hour one night. Dishwasher wasn't working. HVAC thermostat would automatically increase the temperature to 82 degrees every night around 11pm. The sliding glass door to the balcony has a 4" metal plate at the bottom that is a terrible trip hazard.

Bring a blanket!

Amazing location, perfect amount of space for 6 adults. There weren’t any spare blankets or anything for the pull out couch which we weren’t expecting so I would bring an extra couple of blankets if you use the pullout couch

Perfect!

So very pleased! Surpassed our expectations! The view from our balcony of the sunset on the harbor was to die for! Kids really enjoyed looking for crabs at night right outside! Everything was quiet, clean and just perfect! Definitely recommend!

Property was great minus the couch is pretty much due for replacement. It’s not dirty or torn just very sat in if that makes sense. Other than that and gym access that we couldn’t find we were very pleased. The condo unit and grounds were very well maintained. The pool was very nice and clean. Bathrooms near the pool were VERY clean 24/7. Communication was great. They answered our questions immediately. We will be back.

Pensacola Getaway

Was never sent check in instructions, only text giving us the Condo door code, we had to reply on other people staying at the condo to get us in the locked car gate, and had to text the property manager to figure out how to open the Condo door. Only having 1 fob to open the parking gate and 1 fob to open the entry gate made it difficult for family members to go places separately. But the Condo was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Some of the Kitchen cabinets need replaced as well as the sliding glass door blind, it had several slats missing. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Could use a little updating

Great location, love having the corner condo, but the floors were so dirty. Vacasa sent a questionnaire about the cleanliness and I sent over pictures of my son’s black feet. I was very impressed with how quickly they got the cleaners over the next day. Vacasa was also very communicative and kind. The unit could use some updating, as the couch has seen some better days. A lot of the tiles throughout are loose and toilet in the master has come loose at the base. It was ok for a quick 2 night stay but definitely not for a longer getaway.

Great location! Great pool!Furniture, indoor and outdoor could be updated. The couch is a pullout. Which has been worn down over the years. Sitting on the couch was uncomfortable as the cushions would fall in if you sat there very long.Things have just been worn and not replaced. We were not able to use ice-maker the whole time there. The blinds on the patio door have slowly fell off and never been replaced. Not enough blinds to keep the sun out. The sun in condo was uncomfortable. In the late afternoon, we were unable to use the dining room table or sit in certain locations of the living room. The outdoor furniture is worn and a little shoddy. One chair we were afraid to sit.If they were to do some updates, it would be a great condo for the money.

This is a very nice property in an excellent location near the Pensacola pier and a beautiful view of the water. I did not receive the code to get in the condo before the check-in time of 4:00. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up and called VRBO to see if they could contact the owner. It took an hour before I got the code to get in. Once in, we could not find the WIFI password and it took 2 hours before getting a response from the owner.
