This fabulous, two-story townhome features everything you need for a memorable vacation. You'll love the furnished balcony area with stairs leading down to the ground level - a great place to relax and enjoy the views of the lake and the golf course. This vacation rental has a very calm, contemporary feel throughout with terrific upgrades like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped, full kitchen. The living area offers nicely coordinated furniture as well as a large TV. The dining table seats everyone, and there are barstools at the breakfast bar for additional seating options. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, well-coordinated furnishings, three great windows with beautiful views, and an oversize closet. The first guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers two twins.



This vacation rental is located just a couple miles from fantastic Gulf Coast beaches. For incredible shopping and dining options as well as outstanding kids activities and a vibrant nightlife, the Village at Baytowne Wharf is less than a mile from this home. Up for more adventure? Head south to the Emerald Coast Parkway and drive eastward to go shopping at Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, or head west for the soft white sands of Miramar Beach.

There is a 6 seater golf cart for guest use.

A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram, as well.

Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

The location was great. The home was very comfortable. Needs a little updating but it was a wonderful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I like that the condo is on a golfing resort with pools available

Once I saw what I was looking for, I booked it in no time. I loved staying in Sandestin. It was so relaxing and peaceful. And the outlet shopping places with foods courts are next to it.

Weekend Beach trip

Quiet and spacious

Great pet friendly condo. Beds were comfortable. It would be even better if there was some info about using the tram - especially if it could be taken to the beach.

Warm visit

Very comfortable place to stay, just be prepared to climb stairs! Beds are firm, living room sofas are great. Great location to golf and the Village. We will be back!

Easy place to stay

This unit inside the Sandestin resort has what you need for a nice stay. It is easy to get wherever you need to in the area from here. The nearby pool was very clean. With Baytown wharf within walking distance, this location is hard to beat if you want to go catch a meal without venturing out in the 98 traffic. Overall we enjoyed ourselves!

Very nice unit

The property was furnished nicely. Everything we needed was available. The only suggestion I would make would be to put a gas grill on the patio.

This unit is not well kept

We stayed in this exact unit in Sandestin 6 years ago, and we had a lovely time. Unfortunately, the unit has not been well kept and we were disappointed in the experience. We suggest you look for another place.

Stay in 8521

Beautiful location and we enjoyed our stay. None of the TV's worked when we arrived, nor the WiFi. On the second day, someone came and fixed the problem, however the TV in the bedroom with the full bed never did work. The main TV downstairs went out again, but we unplugged it and plugged it back in and it was fine.

Vacation

My stay was nice overall. A few things need better directions to access things within the property couldn't get to the pool area for the kids had no idea on how to catch the tram for the beach. also the dining room table needs to be cleaned under the glass it was just too many particles under there walls need to be repainted. Mold in master bathroom shower corner just need to be touched up every few years.

Vacation with family

Renting was easy, we arrived an hour and a half early and offered to pay for early entrance for the first time ( our fourth time at this resort ) we were told no. After a 16 hour straight drive with 6 of us in the truck, it was a rough way to start. The condo was great. Clean, the right size and accommodated all of us plus our two furry family members. Only two cons were one bedroom tv did not work and while the kitchen was well equipped, non-stick cookware will accompany us next trip.

Not quite as expected

The complex patio did not overlook the Baytown Wharf as expected. The beach is farther way. The beds are not comfortable. Too firm. I go to VRBO to deal with the owner and end up with a management company- deceiving.

Sandestin affiliates take your money and do not follow through on the service industry.

The property was reasonable and pet-friendly. We could tell from the dog odors that a large dog usually stays there. We love our dogs but it is a small dog and we are not used to dog odors, so I wished there had been a flame less Scentsy warmer or something to knock down the odor. It was not horrendous, just average. What disappointed is was the lack of truthfulness of Vacasa is dealing with an issue when we checked in around 10:15pm at night. They were not honest, did not resolve an issue that explicitly stated for us to call if we were missing items. They didn’t return texts. They didn’t resolve it in the morning. They never called back when they said they would. And the left something under our door after 7pm the following evening without notifying us. We could not take advantage of the resort opportunities due to their failure addressing the issue. It also threw us off schedule and we should not have been spending time texting Vacasa nor calling them but Kate as be enjoying our brief weekend there. It made the setting feel cheap and completely lacking in the service industry. It caused an issue also with another Sandestin employee who also faced confusion at his job and he explained these issues happen too often with the vrbo/Vacasa properties yet neither group has address these issues. Because he read our email agreement, he took the matter into his own decision to hone or the email agreement that the homeowner and Vacasa and Sandestin fail to address.
