Spacious 4-bedroom family-friendly house in Saratoga Springs with Pool

Three minutes to the Saratoga Race Track or Downtown Saratoga. Ten minutes to the State Park. Twenty-five minutes to Lake George.
Escape to this enchanting house in picturesque Saratoga Springs. Four comfortable bedrooms featuring two king beds and three full beds. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas, relaxing poolside, or enjoying quiet moments on the screened in porch, this quiet, family-friendly home and neighborhood welcomes you. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Note 1: NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS. This is our family home where we raise and make memories with our 3 kids and 20 year old cat. We only rent to responsible adults and families. No loud parties or groups. This is a neighborhood filled with full time residents (family and friends) living across and down the street. If you are coming to Saratoga to celebrate a Bachelor, Bachelorette, or any party you will have the best time, but our house is NOT the one for you.

Note 2: We have a 20 year old cat. He will not be here with you and we will have the place cleaned before hand, but just know for those allergic to cats that one does live here.

Note 3: We have an oasis of a fenced in backyard with a deck, grill, large screeded in porch, and inground swimming pool with a diving board surrounded by a stamped concrete patio that can get slippery when wet. Monitor children of ALL ages. No flips off diving board or side of pool. No swimming while intoxicated. No glass around the pool, please use provided plasticware. Renter accepts all responsibility of pool dangers. Renter will not touch any pool heaters or filters.

Note 4: We have many toys, coloring supplies, books, puzzles and board games. While we are happy to share the joy of them all, we ask you to please play with all items respectfully.

Note 5: We take pride in our family home and expect it to be left the way you received it. There will be charges for cleaning, damage, loss, etc. Below is a list of possible charges. It is not comprehensive and each charge is the minimum.

Smoking/Vaping, tobaco, or drug use on the property: $500
Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover: $75 per hour
Excessive trash, food, dishes, laundry: $200
Pet accidents, pet hair, or unauthorized pets: $150
Vomit, urine, blood, excessive hair, or other bodily cleanup: $250
Stained, damaged, or missing linens or towels: $15 - $150 per item.
Carpet, rug, mattress, or furniture stains: $150
Broken or missing household, kitchen, items, or decor: Replacement cost
Wall, floor, furniture, plumbing or appliance damage: actual repair or replacement cost
Lost Keys or Lock Box: $15-$50
Tampering with safety equipment or smoke detectors: $250
Additional guests not reported to the owner, whether they are staying or just stopping in: $50 per person
Any gathering exceeding the reported members at booking: $500

We stay close by and check-in on the property when we see necessary (ex. extra cars, concerns from neighbors, etc.). We have exterior cameras on the property. If you are in town with other friends or family renting nearby, we ask that you be upfront, honest, and give us a heads up that they may be stopping by. We understand that the pool is a huge draw. However, it is a massive liability for us and we take that seriously.
