The Space:

Abode at the Beach is in the middle of it all. Its great location gives you the ability to park your car and explore all that Manzanita has to offer on foot for your entire stay. This bright cheerful duplex retreat is four blocks to the beach and one block to downtown Manzanita.



With the open floor plan on the main level, you will be able to spend time together while cooking dinner, playing board games at the table, watching TV (streaming available) in the living room, or just relaxing by the gas fireplace. There is a great fenced-in side yard for the kids and dog to play in while you put your feet up and enjoy some quiet time inside after a long fun-filled day at the beach or to get away to when the wind picks up at the beach. Head to the garage and you will find a kids' game table.



Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom has a private bath with a brand new TV with a built-in Firestick to watch your favorite shows. The kids' bedroom has a bunk bed with a single and a double bed, as well as a trundle bed underneath and has a TV/DVD player for the kiddos to watch their favorite movies.



This home is great for families or for a couple's romantic getaway. Come see all that the Abode at the Beach has to offer!

This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.

Everything there we needed to relax. Dog loved it as well! . Some trouble with the entry code but we figured it out! Beds very comfortable!

We started for 3 nights. Great place to spend few days on the shore. Oregon beaches are always great!

Perfect family house!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our annual manzanita trip! Well equipped kitchen and fenced backyard for the dogs. Short walk to the beach and the store, just perfect!

Adobe at the beach

This is a nice, comfortable property. It is very convenient to downtown Manzanita, and not far from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and downtown. Beds were super comfy as was LR furniture. We wished there was more seating on the back patio as the table only had 4 chairs; a chaise, two outdoor chairs etc., would be a fabulous addition!Kitchen had everything we needed but the quality was not great on flatware and pots and pans. Overall a very nice stay at a great location!!

Nicely appointed home, close to beach and town.

Enjoyed our stay - property management firm was helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, home was well appointed and location was great - 1 block to Main Street (Laneda) and 4 blocks to beach. Would recommend.

Convenient & Cozy

Great location, close to the beach & the main street of shops/restaurants. Quiet street and rental comes with two dedicated parking spots. Great enclosed outdoor space that is private.

Clean, close to town, very comfortable

It didn't seem like a duplex. Extremely clean and quiet, well stocked, and convenient walking distance to town and beach. I would stay there again.

Wonderful property

Clean, well stocked and comfortably furnished. The beds were very comfortable and two and a half baths were a plus. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the sunshine with our dog. Close proximity to the beach and town…a few easy walking blocks. A great stay and we would definitely rent this place again.
