We visited for a long weekend. The location of this unit is great. It's a quick walk to the beach and is in an area that wasn't too crowded, even on a holiday weekend. The check in process was great! Everyone we reached out to prior and during our stay was very responsive. When we checked in, it felt like nobody had been in the condo for awhile. It smelled very musty so we put the a/c on and quickly realized that the primary downstairs bedroom unit wasn't working. We put in a maintenance request and they were fast and professional. They were able to get the room down to 75 degrees which was much lower than the temp when we checked in, but couldn't cool it any lower than that which wasn't ideal for sleeping. Additionally, the kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum essentials. Unfortunately, the condo was very dirty when we arrived. There was one small roll of paper towels and no cleaning spray to wipe down the kitchen table or counters which needed to happen before eating. The floors were absolutely filty. I dropped a towel and picked it up and black dust was caked to the towel. I would bathe my kids daily and their feet were black with dirt before bed simply from walking barefoot in the condo. If they were older, I would have put them in socks but I didn't want them to slip and fall on the vinyl floors. While the location was absolutely fantastic, and the bedroom configuration perfectly fit our needs, I would only recommend this rental unit if they change cleaning companies.
