Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

- Before arrival we will request a photo of a valid government-issued ID for every guest, to authorize gated-community access and comply with the resort's regulations.

- A car is required to reach the community's common amenities (pool, gym, sports court) and the beach club.

- The villa is periodically fumigated, but due to the humid climate and surrounding jungle, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear; please do not leave open food outside the refrigerator.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Additional cleaning or restocking is available for an extra charge.

- To keep the air conditioning working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21C (70F).

- This is a pet-friendly villa; dogs and cats are welcome.
