This bayfront, first-floor condo at Hermitage By The Bay offers the ideal mix of relaxation and convenience, with peaceful water views on one side, the Gulf’s white-sand beaches just across the street, and boat slip access available to rent during your stay.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space featuring new flooring and updated living room furniture. The open living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, cozy seating, and a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Step out onto your private, furnished balcony and enjoy partial bay views along with the coastal breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for vacation meals, including full-size appliances, cookware, and a dishwasher. An eat-in dining area makes mealtime easy, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Central air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:

- Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and separate shower
- Second Bedroom: Two Twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests
- Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is easily accessible for guests.

-Beach service is can be setup with LDV Beach Service across the street and boat rentals will pick up at the pier

Beach Access Directions – John Beasley Park
From the condo at 1330 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE, head out to Miracle Strip Pkwy and turn left. Walk along the sidewalk for about 350 yards, and you’ll see the entrance to John Beasley Park on your right. Use the boardwalk to access the beach.
John Beasley Park offers pavilions, restrooms, fishing areas, and convenient boardwalk access to the Gulf, making beach days simple and stress-free.
