Welcome to Crab Dip! This contemporary retreat is perfect for your next beach adventure. Experience summer fun at this luxurious condo nestled in Virginia’s southernmost location, Sandbridge Beach. Enjoy elegant and comfortable furnishings, including a sectional, coffee table, dining set, and a full-size washer/dryer. The well-appointed kitchen features a Keurig, granite countertops, custom ceramic tile, and stainless steel appliances, making it ideal for cooking and entertaining. Located on the first floor (pool level), this luxurious getaway is just steps away from all the fun! It’s conveniently situated next to the fitness center, and outdoor Viking grilling stations, complete with seating areas for the whole family. Relax on your private patio while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. For your convenience, a large storage closet is available exclusively for your use on the garage parking level. The main bedroom includes a TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment, along with a private bathroom. The second bedroom also features a TV with a DVD player. You’ll love the video game chairs, and an additional twin rollaway bed is available in the closet for any extra guests. Unwind in the living room with a large 42-inch LCD TV and DVD player—perfect for a relaxing evening after a fun day at the beach. Or, enjoy an evening cocktail on your private patio as the day winds down. It’s all waiting for you to create unforgettable memories, so why not join us at Crab Dip? Complimentary condo amenities include three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2024-STRR-01232 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Only thing that was lacking was a hair dryer, so bring one from home, I forgot mine. Thanks for sharing your beach home with our family!

Great location and rental

It did take some time to understand the parking situation and where to park but once this was figured out our stay was great! The home was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed to make meals plus the home was convenient to the pools. The short walk to the beach was a plus! Very nice place. Clean and would recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Amazing stay, the condo was even better than described! 10/10 place to stay!The only issue was check-in. PLEASE PLEASE include in the text/email that the face to face/late check-in is in a different location than the condo. I was born & raised in Sandbridge and still struggled having to make calls & ask for help.Thanks!

We were a bit uncertain about location on first floor, but when inside the condo, little pool noise was heard. We enjoyed being close to the pool and grills. Furniture and beds comfortable. Starter packages and linen packages were great- dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels all there.

Amazing!

Me and my husband decided to get away for a long weekend…. This was the perfect place, not only was it so clean and comfortable , it is on the beach, walking distance to the Baja, the Pier and a bike ride to the back bay! We had a great weekend!

Great location for pool lovers

We stay in these condos every year so obviously we already love Sandbridge and what the condo complex has to offer. This was our first time staying in a 1st floor poolside unit. It was fantastic for access to the pool and the grills for cooking meals. Can walk in and out if you forget something. Really easy to take my youngest for a swim any time she wanted. The condo has all the basics you need.

Excellent Place!

The condo was exactly like the photos. I can't think of anything that we needed that we didn't find there. Plenty of blankets, towels, and dishes. There were even a few games and books to read. Vacasa was super easy to deal with and we highly recommend them as a place to go to for vacation rentals.

Nice condo, good location (4.5 stars)

Condo was comfortable, clean and generally well maintained. Pools were accessible and clean. Condo complex was on oceanfront location, which was great. Main elevator didn't always work. Dryer had to be fixed, but management was gracious about it.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Place was clean and big. Grounds and pool were beautiful. Only complaint was the refrigerator was warm upon arrival. Took over a day to cool down causing us to throw away over $100 worth of food we brought down. Other than that inconvenience, everything was great.

To clarify, we ask guests to give fridges 24 to cool back down once they are loaded with warm groceries as these will raise the internal temperature. Lovely condo

We stayed for 5 nights and the 1st two nights were great, however the 3rd night a large group of college aged kids surrounded our unit- there was yelling, running, drunk kids all over the patio area outside our unit, loud music and a fight broke out right outside our bedroom window so needless to say, the past 3 nights we did not sleep as they were right outside our place both front and back doors until about 4 am-I heard people from other units yelling for them to quiet down also and the photos were a bit misleading- could not see the beach at all from this unitAnd to make matters worse, I get a text that OUR unit was too loud and we needed to quiet down!! I couldn’t believe it! We are an older retired couple! I did explain to the lady in the office this morning about everything that happened

This is much nicer than just getting a hotel. Its truly a home away from home feel. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer are very nice when staying more than a few days. It took a minute to figure out check in procedures since it's not done on site as you'd expect. Also took a minute to figure out where everything was in the building. The maps provided don't explain where elevators or stairs are at or where you access the beach. But even with those few opportunities, it was a pleasant getaway!

Perfect little get away for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 10 and 7). Our kids loved being steps from the pool. The week we visited were red flag beach days for 5 of the 6 days and 1 day had a yellow flag, so ocean swimming was not an option. The pass got us access to all three pools in the condos so there was variety and options if one pool was really busy.The condo we stayed in was right next to the smaller pool. Once inside the condo we didn't hear any activity from the pool area at all!The amenities were better than expected. When we arrived there were not only linens but also all the basics like paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sponge and dish soap, a few dishwasher and clothes washer detergents, even the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was more like a hotel stay than a house rental. Plus the kitchen had all the essential pots, pans, blender, coffeemaker, toaster etc. The beach front was well kept and not too crowded. The only cons were that the sliding door in the master bedroom had a broken latch and was being secured with a 2x4 so we couldn't use that door for the week, and something mush have leaked or broken in the master bathroom shower head because there was a section of drywall missing. Neither impacted the quality of our stay. Oh and the refrigerator shelves do not have enough space for a gallon of milk to fit upright in so that was a minor inconvenience. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
