Condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Only thing that was lacking was a hair dryer, so bring one from home, I forgot mine. Thanks for sharing your beach home with our family!

Great location and rental

It did take some time to understand the parking situation and where to park but once this was figured out our stay was great! The home was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed to make meals plus the home was convenient to the pools. The short walk to the beach was a plus! Very nice place. Clean and would recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Amazing stay, the condo was even better than described! 10/10 place to stay! The only issue was check-in. PLEASE PLEASE include in the text/email that the face to face/late check-in is in a different location than the condo. I was born & raised in Sandbridge and still struggled having to make calls & ask for help. Thanks!

Better than expected

We were a bit uncertain about location on first floor, but when inside the condo, little pool noise was heard. We enjoyed being close to the pool and grills. Furniture and beds comfortable. Starter packages and linen packages were great- dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels all there.

What a great place

Went down there for a five day stay. As a family of four, we had Plenty of room and amenities for anything you could think of. We would 100% rent this again.

Condo was great! Some of the employees were very rude!!!

I loved that the condo was right by the pool for my kids to enjoy. Also so close to the beach.

Nice experience

Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. There's a lot of construction going on around the property but that's understandable due to off season.

Excellent Place!

The condo was exactly like the photos. I can't think of anything that we needed that we didn't find there. Plenty of blankets, towels, and dishes. There were even a few games and books to read. Vacasa was super easy to deal with and we highly recommend them as a place to go to for vacation rentals.

Great location for pool lovers

We stay in these condos every year so obviously we already love Sandbridge and what the condo complex has to offer. This was our first time staying in a 1st floor poolside unit. It was fantastic for access to the pool and the grills for cooking meals. Can walk in and out if you forget something. Really easy to take my youngest for a swim any time she wanted. The condo has all the basics you need.

Nice condo, good location (4.5 stars)

Condo was comfortable, clean and generally well maintained. Pools were accessible and clean. Condo complex was on oceanfront location, which was great. Main elevator didn't always work. Dryer had to be fixed, but management was gracious about it.

Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the amenities, location and the premium clean performed by our team. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced due to elevator, we will passed along this feedback to our local staff so they can check this with the management building. On the other hand, we're happy that dryer issues resolved during your stay and that you have been refunded for the complications you experienced. We hope to impress you on a future stay.

Refrigerator

Everything was absolutely amazing. Place was clean and big. Grounds and pool were beautiful. Only complaint was the refrigerator was warm upon arrival. Took over a day to cool down causing us to throw away over $100 worth of food we brought down. Other than that inconvenience, everything was great.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 21. jun. 2023
Thank you for your review, Kristi, we're glad you were able to enjoy your stay. We sincerely apologize for any issues the refrigerator caused your party. To clarify, we ask guests to give fridges 24 to cool back down once they are loaded with warm groceries as these will raise the internal temperature. We understand this was not the carefree vacation you were expecting and we hope to have the opportunity to truly impress you in the future.

Crab Dip B118

This is much nicer than just getting a hotel. Its truly a home away from home feel. Having a full kitchen, washer and dryer are very nice when staying more than a few days. It took a minute to figure out check in procedures since it's not done on site as you'd expect. Also took a minute to figure out where everything was in the building. The maps provided don't explain where elevators or stairs are at or where you access the beach. But even with those few opportunities, it was a pleasant getaway!

Lovely condo

We stayed for 5 nights and the 1st two nights were great, however the 3rd night a large group of college aged kids surrounded our unit- there was yelling, running, drunk kids all over the patio area outside our unit, loud music and a fight broke out right outside our bedroom window so needless to say, the past 3 nights we did not sleep as they were right outside our place both front and back doors until about 4 am-I heard people from other units yelling for them to quiet down also and the photos were a bit misleading- could not see the beach at all from this unitAnd to make matters worse, I get a text that OUR unit was too loud and we needed to quiet down!! I couldn’t believe it! We are an older retired couple! I did explain to the lady in the office this morning about everything that happened

Disappointed

Promised the pools would be open and they were not. Thought there would be grills to use and they were not in use until the last day. House was nice but the amenities were not able to be used as advertised when we booked. We felt like we wasted a lot of money.

Hi Ryan, thank you for leaving your review. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding this listing. We attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible and provide accurate and current photos, amenities lists, and descriptions so guests can make an informed choice about what they are paying for and make the right decision for their needs. Unfortunately, the HOA does not open the pool before memorial day weekend and the gas grills were undergoing maintenance repairs. We encourage guests to reach out with any questions or concerns before booking, as we are happy to help. We hope to host you again with the chance to impress you.
