The Space:

****Under new ownership, this home has been thoughtfully updated with fresh paint and modern improvements throughout**** Bennett Point is a beautiful 4-bedroom townhome, located just two miles away from Bethany Beach in Ocean View, DE. This large 2,600+ sq. ft. home offers you all the amenities of home and has great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces as well as community amenities to enjoy like the outdoor community pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, and game room. What a great place to make new family memories! The open concept dining/kitchen/living area creates the perfect setting for meals and entertaining. The home has a separate living area so kids and adults can have their separate living areas. Out back, you'll sit on the patio under the overhead string lights and enjoy an evening cocktail. Go out on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms and the kids can enjoy a loft area to hang out and watch TV. When you're not relaxing at our beautiful townhome, you can explore the nearby attractions. Head to Bethany Beach and walk along the boardwalk and enjoy some ice cream or browse in the many intimate shops. There are so many restaurants you will have to choose your favorite like Grotto Pizza, Off the Hook, The Blue Crab, or maybe the Bethany Diner or Fins Ale House and Raw Bar. The Ocean View Beach Club community offers an outdoor pool, a children's pool, a tennis court, and a fitness center. Other fun activities in the area include going on a fishing charter, kayaking, or renting out jet skis or stand up paddle boards. Get in a round of putt-putt golf and see who the family champion is! This beautiful home will be one where great family memories are made and just might want to come back year after year. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know The 2026 fee for renter wristbands is $45 per person age 6+ per week. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Beautiful and perfect location!

We loved the property and location. Home is beautiful and perfect for family and friends. Beach club access was very nice and convenient. Shopping is close by and easy to get to beach. Would love to stay again here! Staff was attentive to anything we needed.

Amazing Stay!

This house is magnificent! The layout is amazing, the place was spotless, and now my wife wants a house just like it...Quite honestly, this was a great experience from the booking all the way through. I can't say enough good things about this stay and I'll definitely be looking to stay here again!

Nice place but not fully prepared

Place was roomy, nicely furnished and clean. I had several issues with things that didn't work or weren't prepped correctly. Overall a good stay.

Willing to try again

Beautiful home. Well cared for. Perfect size for our family of six. The pool fee, uncertainty about the where to put the trash and dirty dishes when we arrived was disappointing g but not enough for us not to use the house again.

This was a very nice house to stay in! Only downside is that the pool pass from the house didn’t work and it was a pain to get straightened out ( took 2 days), and you need it to get access into to the clubhouse, which leads to the pool. Plus you have to pay $35 per person to use the pool. I think it should be included in the cost of the home rental. Overall, nice place to stay.

One week stay

We were very happy with this property. Overall a good stay. Plenty for space to spread out. It was very hot the week we were there and the AC has a hard time cooling the back bedrooms. The clubhouse requires a fob for entrance and if you have a large party that doesn’t go at the same time it is a inconvenience. Our property had a toaster that didn’t work, not a deal buster but a bummer for big breakfast days. Having a garage was a bonus, wish we would have a code to close the door instead of having to leave through the house. Would recommend this area to a friend.

We had a wonderful time!

The house is huge and furnishings are beautiful. It was so clean too! A very well-appointed kitchen too, with lots of supplies to cook with. We enjoyed the community pool too. The online listing is slightly incorrect: there weren't 2 separate queen bedrooms, only 1, and there was an additional room with a single day bed with a trundle. Plenty of comfy sleeping options, just slightly different from what the listing says. Also, the listing didn't include that there was a charcoal grill, but we appreciated that there was one!It would have been nice if we could open the garage from the back of the house; not a huge deal, but a little bit inconvenient when coming back from the beach. Thank you for a great time at the beach! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any group!

Amazing Beach Vacation Home; Lacking Attention

This home was updated and in a very new neighborhood. Our purchased amenities (gym, pool, and pickleball court etc) were a short walk away and were exactly what we were looking for. Being only a 6 minute drive away from the beach was perfect for us shuttling our 18 month old son back and forth most days. We spent a lot of time in the very spacious middle floor/kitchen area and made good use of the large garage to workout in when needing to stay out of the sun. The downsides of the stay were all of the little things - the house was not very clean when we arrived (my Mom spent over an hour cleaning various areas) the string lights on the patio did not work and the patio and chairs were covered in dirt, the washing machine did not do a thorough cleaning job, (we had to wash our clothes twice) and there was no outdoor working water source to wash off sandy feet when returning to the house. We will certainly consider returning again but really hope some attention is paid to these relatively easily fixed issues.
