As a top-floor apartment, it has only one direct neighbor, offering a particularly pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing vacation right on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The apartment is decorated in harmonious, soothing colors and creates a bright, relaxed living atmosphere. The open-concept living and dining area, with its large windows, makes the view of the Baltic Sea a special vacation experience even from inside. The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and induction cooktop, blends seamlessly into the space. The spacious kitchen island offers a lovely spot for breakfast together or for relaxing evenings.<br><br>In the separate bedroom, you’ll find an exceptionally comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Through the window, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea right from your bed—a wonderful way to start your day. The living area also features a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm).<br><br>The modern shower room offers a high level of comfort with its floor-to-ceiling shower. A private washing machine in the bathroom makes even longer stays particularly pleasant. Additionally, there is a communal laundry room on the premises available for a fee.<br><br>A free parking space is available in the parking garage; stairs lead from there to the apartment. A side entrance leads to the elevator, which allows for ground-level loading and unloading.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the price and can either be brought from home or rented for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.<br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected under strict nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The balconies can generally still be used during this time. <br><br>The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer.
