Welcome to Coco Plum Cottage, a beautifully restored 1939 vacation home that combines historic character with modern comfort. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood near downtown West Palm Beach, this two-bedroom cottage offers two king beds, two bathrooms, a private deck, driveway parking, and access to a shared heated saline pool and BBQ area.

The cottage is conveniently located near the Palm Beach County Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, The Square, local restaurants, shopping, and the island of Palm Beach.

Coco Plum Cottage features an open and comfortable layout with original oak floors, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and plenty of space to relax.

The cottage includes:

The north bedroom is located near the hall bathroom, which includes a shower and bathtub combination. The second bathroom, known as the Cabana bath, features a Coventry soaking tub with handheld and rainfall shower options.

Step outside onto the private back deck, furnished with a bar-height umbrella table, bar stools, a rocker chaise, and a club chair with an ottoman. It is a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee, read in the afternoon, or unwind after exploring West Palm Beach.

Guests also have access to the beautifully landscaped shared pool area. The heated saline pool is shared among the neighboring cottages and provides a peaceful place to swim, lounge in the sun, or relax in the shade.

The pool temperature and equipment are managed exclusively by property staff. Guests do not have access to the pool equipment or temperature controls. Please note that the pool’s heat pump automatically stops operating when the outdoor temperature falls below approximately 50°F.

Each cottage has its own private entrance to the pool area, secured with a child-safe latch.

Guests may enjoy the heated pool but do not have access to the pool equipment, heater, or temperature controls.

### Shared BBQ Grill

A stainless-steel BBQ grill is available in the shared outdoor area. Guests must reserve the grill at least two hours before use.

Coco Plum Cottage itself is completely private. Only the pool and BBQ areas are shared with guests staying in the neighboring cottages.

The driveway accommodates one vehicle. One additional vehicle may be parked on P Street when legally available. Vehicles must be parked in the direction of traffic. Do not park beside double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

## IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES

* Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
* Pool and BBQ hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
* The BBQ grill must be reserved at least two hours before use.
* Guests do not have access to the pool equipment or temperature controls.
* No smoking is permitted inside the cottage.
* No pets are permitted inside or outside the cottage.
* No parties or events are allowed.
* Only registered guests may be on the property.
* Occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
* Outdoor music and excessive noise are not permitted.
* Please respect the surrounding residential neighborhood.
* Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
* Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, diapers, paper towels, or other materials.
* Guests must follow all local laws and property rules.
* Guests use the pool at their own risk.
