We came for the weekend for my Bachelorette trip and every part of this stay was outstanding! Easy setup with the clean sheets, everything was exactly as expected and we absolutely loved the kayaks and the hot tub. We already talk about coming back, would highly recommend to any large group.

Beautiful Beachy Cottage , very cozy, yet big enough for the nine of us The lake view and sunsets are just AMAZING. Julie reached out to us , making sure everything was fine . A perfect host . This is our 2nd time staying at Julie's Falmouth house. The property is great and there is plenty of space. We loved kayaking and swimming in the pond and the location is nice and quiet with a great view. The fenced in yard makes it nice for the dogs and Falmouth has plenty of good walking trails for hikes. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit at the end of the day. The wash and fold laundry service that was provided was an extra special bonus! Thanks again for a great stay!

This property was exactly what was listed. Everything was clean and the host responded quickly to any questions. The pond was a blessing as the kids went kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. This was great when everyone had enough of beaches for the day.The fenced in yard was great for the dog.Everyone enjoyed the game room and the kids really enjoyed it.

Communication with Julie was the best I’ve ever had with any vacation host. With 4 generations and a couple pet doggies (with separation anxiety!) we all had room to enjoy our time together. We especially loved the pool table and beverage cooler downstairs. Also, the home was very clean and the location was great for access to the water for swimming, kayaking and fishing enjoyment. If you are bored here it is your own choice!

We absolute loved this house. We came for a family vacation with 11 and it fit all of our needs. The private beach on the pond was perfect for a day of fun in the water. We were lucky enough to see the resident eagle in the area. We believe we saw a juvenile eagle also. The home was beautifully decorated and had such cute touches. The host truly puts a lot of thought into their home. The host was responsive and checked in with us. I would absolutely rent here again if I make it back to the cape.

The home was exactly as listed. Cute, cozy and comfy. Our family had a nice stay. Loved the huge deck overlooking water. Time out in kayaks was fun. Kids liked the small hot tub and had a blast with cousins playing pool and ping pong, too.

The property was perfect for our extended family of 14 (8 adults, 6 teens). The lake was amazing on the super hot days to keep everyone cool and having fun. Everything we hoped to have available to us while traveling was there (plenty of towels, fans, coffee makers, icemaker, lake toys, chairs, etc.). We felt very central to everything we did on the Cape. It seemed everything was about 10 minutes away, no matter which direction we headed. We highly recommend the property for large families! So fun!

This is our second year staying as a family at Julie’s house and we can’t wait to return again! Our group included 6 adults, 3 children ages 2-8 and our dog. The property is perfect for family to have plenty of space and the best part is the pond and beach right in the backyard which we took advantage of everyday and never had to pack up the kids and all our gear to head to the beach. The house provides plenty of lounge chairs, sand toys and rafts which kept the kids occupied all week! We had lovely dinners on the back deck overlooking the water and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The house was clean and exactly as advertised! The location is ideal as it’s a very short drive to downtown Falmouth, woods hole, mashpee commons etc. We can’t wait to return!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay on the Cape look no further!The wonderful property that has so much to offer a family. We had a reunion over a long weekend with 10 people from 3 to 72 and everyone had a great time. We even had a very rainy Saturday and still had so much fun with the game room area, upstairs TV/Movie space or games at the large table.The lake is beautiful and great for the kayaks. Great beaches on the ocean and cute downtown just a short drive.Very clean and Host Julie is very responsive and communicative.Highly recommend this one!

The house was awesome and exceeded our expectations. Very clean and plenty of room for all both inside and out. The lake view was beautiful. Downstairs rec room and bar was a huge bonus. Communication with Host Julie was prompt and extremely responsive. Thank you, Julie! A good time was had by all!

Our group of 5 had an amazing stay! Plenty of space for everyone! We loved enjoying the backyard space. Looking out at the pond was stunning. Amazing views 24/7. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. The host made everything so simple from check in to check out and made herself available in case we had any issue but also let us enjoy our time privately with our group. Neighborhood was quiet and the few people we saw were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and we cannot wait to rebook for another stay in the future!

This was an amazing stay in a house that is the perfect combination of “beach cottage” and updated comfort with plenty of amenities that had something for everyone in our family. The game room was perfect for our teenagers (and the adults). The pool table and ping pong table are well maintained and have plenty of paddles, balls, cues, etc. There are also cards, poker chips and a roulette/craps table that were a lot of fun. The outdoor space was a lot of fun even on a chilly, gray day. The kayaks and small row boat allowed for some fishing and gorgeous fall views on the pond. The fenced in yard made it perfect for our pup to get his zoomies on! In general, this is such a dog-friendly place. Whether it’s dog beds, soft dog blankets, or poop bags by the patio door, every small detail is covered for the fur babies. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets. The bathrooms and kitchen were all well stocked with towels, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, etc. check in and check out were both so easy. Julie is an amazing host and has gone out of her way to make sure her guests have everything they need and more. She is very responsive and even reached before we checked in to let us know that the house was ready early if we wanted to take advantage of an earlier check in time. Highly recommend this stay and I’m sure we’ll be back!

The house was amazing!!! As a family get away it was ideal with small children. Plenty of beds, safety fence for the stairs inside and outside the house (for sure a life saver with 2 under 2). The yard was perfect fenced in so the littles couldn't wonder off and the shed was FILLED with plenty for some water fun. I completely forgot our safety vests at home but worry not there was plenty in all different sizes even for the babies. The older kids favorite spot was the hot tub, the adults enjoyed the relaxness of the lake and the fire pit at the end of the night as the kids rested from playing all day in the water.
