Guests enjoy 3 bathrooms and 1 half bath, with one master on the first floor featuring a soothing bathtub and a separate walk in shower, and a separate water closet. This nice home keeps you comfortable with center AC and ceiling fans in every room and both living rooms. A front pouch offers you some outdoor sitting space whether it is for a couple of coffee, read a book, talk on your phone and not disturbing others. Whether you want to spend time to shop tax free from the outlets, or local boutiques, eat in national or regional chain restaurants or local favorites, visiting inland bays or the white sandy beaches, spend a day at a water park or relax at the gorgeous community club house, there is always an option for you! The club house has game room, pool tables, a large meeting room, a kitchen, steam room and sauna room, pickle ball courts, shuffle ball lane, and a large well designed outdoor swimming pool with a kitty pool. You may see picture or description of an indoor pool somewhere, but keep in mind that indoor pool is only available to owners and their guests, not to tenants. The community requires 7 nights minimum stay so when choosing dates, please keep in mind that you have to select 7 nights or more for the calendar to work.
