Disabled veteran speaking. The good: it was clean and located conveniently to the boardwalk area. The bad: It was complicated to check in due to the building security. The unit was located right next to a sidewalk and road and was often quite loud. The curtains to the outside sitting area were damaged and did not offer privacy to from the people walking along the sidewalk just five or so feet away. The worst part though was that in order to access the resident areas you have to use a fob to unlock everything. That includes the elevator to the parking area. The instructions to check in literally say that it was, “a bit of a maze.” This was an understatement given what followed. The second night there the fob quit working with the elevator. So, you who were on the first floor could not access the fourth through sixth floors where the parking was. No stairs in sight. So, I literally had to walk up the six floors through the entire parking structure to get to my car. While carrying my luggage. Did I mention that I am a disabled vet? It was neither easy or comfortable. If they get the fob issue more reliable and the check in process more smooth, it may be worth it, but as it stands I feel it was over priced and lacking in convenience. Not an issue you would want to deal with after a night of partying down on Broadway.
