A charming vacation home (100 m²) awaits you, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 children’s room (sleeps 7 guests + a baby crib).
Our cozy, well-furnished vacation home is located in beautiful Bertsdorf, in the scenic foothills of the Zittau Mountains in the lovely Upper Lusatia region.
In the immediate vicinity (max. 10 minutes by car), you’ll find many popular attractions, such as the ice rink and the butterfly house in Jonsdorf, the Olbersdorf and Jonsdorf swimming pools, the large Trixi water park in Großschönau, or the beautiful recreational area at Lake Olbersdorf. If you’d like to enjoy your day with a backpack and hiking gear, you can hike along beautiful trails through our small low mountain range. There are extensive opportunities for rock climbing on unique sandstone formations.
In addition, the Zittauer Mountains are ideal for cyclists. Every year, a cross-triathlon takes place here, attracting significant public attention.

Vincent Vacation Home:

The vacation home’s amenities and the layout of the large property are ideal for families with children. The property is a beautiful half-timbered house.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms (Note: The bedrooms are accessed via a steep staircase). On the lower level of the house is a large log-walled living room with a kitchen-diner, as well as a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped.
We have a garage with a ping-pong table; bicycles can also be stored there. The beautiful garden features a fire pit and is bathed in sunlight.



On-site costs: A deposit of 10% of the rental price is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. The final cleaning fee of €65.00 should be paid on-site to our property manager, Mr. Wendler. You have the option to book a laundry package (€10.00 per person). Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation: 4 weeks before arrival, 30%; 3 weeks before arrival, 40%; 2 weeks before arrival, 50%; 1 week before arrival, 80%. Note: Large events and parties are not permitted. 



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
