The Space:

You'll love having this beautiful Keahou home as your place to stay for your Big Island vacation. The enclosed lanai provides ample seating to watch the golfers putt for pride while enjoying a morning coffee. In the evenings, walk about 100 yards to the shoreline to watch the waves crash against the rocks while the sunset paints the Kona sky. With top-notch tennis courts, a pool with an ocean view, and easy access to everything, you'll return year after year!



There are lots of beach options! You're less than a half-mile away from excellent snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park, while Magic Sands and La'aloa are just a mile past that. The golf course you see from your lanai is part of Kona Country Club, where you can tee off about a mile south. A great dinner or happy hour with an ocean view can be had just up the hill at Sam Choy's. A great day trip is five miles away down Ali'i Drive, where you can shop, dine, and walk while never losing sight of the ocean in downtown Kailua-Kona.

This home provided us with some much needed relaxation! It was clean, quiet, and right by the water. Doesn't get much better than that.

Great vacay house

Great place, very clean! The place is in a great location. Loved the extras (boogie boards, towels, beach mats, etc). Easy check in/out. We would stay there again.

Most comfortable unit is we’ve ever had in Kona

Unit is well appointed for the foodie, the adventurer and those seeking relaxation. It is especially nice to have all the beach gear a family would need- water shoes, snorkels, sunscreen- we would rent this unit again.

Our family of 6 loved staying at this property. Very well stocked kitchen, always felt safe, and loved grilling at the community bbq area. There was an activity closet, which was so great, stocked with water and beach gear as well as beach towels. Unit was a great size, there was lots of room for our family to have their own personal space. Lanai looked over the golf course and was lovely.

Great location and spacious 2 bedroom

Easy parking directly in front of stairs to building. There are three flights of stairs so if you have walking restrictions you may want to consider another rental. The 2 bedroom and 2 full bath set up was very spacious. Beautiful views of a lush landscape from the screened in porch. The community has a pool and a nice walking trail. There is a grocery store, movie theater and restaurants and bars within about a mile each way walk which was a nice surprise and enjoyed.

Great stay but oven didn’t work

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and well equipped. The only problem was the oven wasn’t working for our entire stay. Which made cooking for 6 people quite difficult. We were to be compensated for the inconvenience but this never happened

Beautiful, comfortable, we’ll be back!!

The ONLY downfall to this place, was hauling my suitcase up three flight of stairs. When we entered the house, we knew it was worth the trek up there. The condo has amazing views of the golf course. From the enclosed balcony/patio, we could hear the sound of the ocean, I loved sleeping with the sliding glass doors open to hear the birds every morning. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need from cooking, to outdoor activities. We will be back.

Disagree with damage claim re: small amount of blood on sheets

Overall: very good I do not wish to pay $334 for small spots that can be easily removed May change plans to stay @ this location again...

Highly recommend this home!

Walking into this home exceeded our expectations as we had just come from a small 1BR timeshare in Maui. Being a family of 5, this home provided all the comfort and space we needed. I absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor lanai area where I was also able to work and take video calls. WiFi was great for us all! All the amenities and activities gear was ready for us as well which was so great! Thank you for providing us such an amazing experience. This was a 4.5 star experience. Our only challenge was not being able to check in earlier which would have pushed it up to a 5. I know because of Covid restrictions this simply wasn’t an option which is understandable. It would have been nice though. Thank you!

Beautiful condo and grounds on the Kona Coast

The property was very livable and clean. All systems in the unit functioned properly. Furniture is less than new but in good condition. The screened lanai is wonderful with an okay view of the golf course. The pool and tennis/pickleball area is clean and modern. The grounds are well kept. Walks along the golf course and the seaside were beautiful and clean. The little-used public beach is more of a reef area and not for boarding or swimming, however other beaches are close by. Grocery and limited cafe choices are within one minute by vehicle. It’s a good location. The only complaint I experienced was that the website map indicated a waterfront location although had I checked closer I might have determined that it was not. I recommend it. It is up two flights of stairs. It’s under a wonderful canopy of trees in almost a jungle type atmosphere.

So loud and not very clean

The pros to this place- location is about 15 minutes from downtown and close to a snorkel beach. The cons- took them 3 days to email/message me back, dirty/doesn’t look like it’s ever been dusted, neighbors were so loud every single night that their noises literally shook our beds until about 3am daily. We ended up needing to call the police on them it was so bad. The walls are paper thin and the loft area gets so hot it is cruel to make someone sleep up there. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap were provided at all. Only given 2 rolls of TP and 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people for a full week. Master bathroom sink did not drain at all and it took maintenance 3 days to fix it. Ice maker has not worked at all either. Overall I would not recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful get away. It was so much more hassle than it’s worth and the neighbors made it impossible to sleep.

Overall a comfortable condo. Kept cool in summer heat Lanai was comfortable only in morning hours. Bathroom sink drain was disgustingly ugly (had rust around the outer ring). Kitchen was well stocked with dishware and appliances. Beds were fine. Did feel clean (except bathroom sink drain)
