Hus dedikeret til familieophold helst.
Vi byder ikke grupper velkommen til festlige begivenheder med respekt for kvarteret og ejendom.

I en privat træforet gårdsplads, i stueetagen, fotografens hems på 160 m2, i to etager. Med en privat terrasse, der giver adgang til en stue på 80m2. Meget behagelig, varm og rolig. 3 soveværelser. 2 badeværelser. Tæt på St. Martin-kanalen. Ideel til familier på ferie i Paris, komfort til 4 voksne og to børn ideel. Vi er beliggende mellem 2 metroer, Louis Blanc og Stalingrad. Det er let at nå alle turistattraktioner. Jeg tager særlig hensyn til mine værter. Sæsonudlejning.

Et depositum på 300 euro anmodes ved ankomsten om at blive returneret direkte til ejeren. Ved check for fransk eller kontant.

We absolutely loved our trip to Paris! Paul was friendly, informative, and communicative during our whole trip. The apartment is close to 2 metro stations and walking distance to a train station. We also had an easy time getting uber pick ups. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store all within walking distance. We are a family of 5 and were all very comfortable during our stay.

This place felt like an oasis in the heart of the City. It was spacious, clean, and amazingly decorated! The terrace was a wonderful spot to hang out and have a glass of wine after a day of exploring Paris.We loved the location, easy to reach anywhere in the city via the Metro. Highly recommended!

Such a luxury to have this spacious, well equipped stay in Paris. The photos were actually less impressive than the actual home that you can tell Paul put a lot of love into. Beds very comfortable, Paul very responsive. Conveniently located next to Metro. Loved it!

Paul is a lovely host. His home is very welcoming. The kitchen is full for all of your cooking needs. There is an area to relax and play games. The home is located near mass transit entrances. The community is very walkable with cafes, stores and restaurants. It was a wonderful home to be in while in Paris.

Relaxing time in Paris

We enjoyed the stay very much. The terrace is really a green idyll. We also had a lot of fun with the table football.

Perfect for a Family of 4

Spacious accommodations! Paul was very responsive and always available if needed. Great bakery on the corner. Canal is a fun area to hangout. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay over April vacation - Paul could not have been more helpful and thoughtful. The garden terrace is just beautiful and the kitchen is super well-equipped. My daughter loved the hanging chair.A few things of note: the 10th is outside of the tourist areas, which we preferred, but you will need to walk a good distance (2 miles US) to get to La Marais or into town. Better to take the metro, and of course Uber is always available and never took more than a minute or two to arrive. Ordering in is easy, and if you want to cook Paul left cooking oils and all the implements. There's markets right nearby. This was our first trip to Paris and we just loved it. We would come back in an instant.

Fantastic home

The host was communicative and helpful from the time of booking through check out. His home is wonderful and spacious and an oasis for tired travelers. A good family space and a good location close to markets and trains. I would go right back anytime.

Family trip to Paris

We enjoyed this lovely apartment during our recent multi-generational vacation in France. The location provided easy access to the Metro along with plenty of local shops and restaurants close by. The quiet courtyard was a lovely place to unwind after busy days of sightseeing. The owner was incredibly receptive and answered all communications promptly.

Travelers Three, July, 2024

The host was very easy to communicate with and provided excellent advice about getting around in Paris during the Olympics. On our last day he woke up very early to see us off to the airport. The property has everything you need for a visit! We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful oasis in the city

This charming home was perfect for our group of 3 friends. It was an ideal setup for a week in Paris. Comfortable and spacious, with delightful artsy decor. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. And, the patio was our favorite! After a day sightseeing in crowds of tourist, we retreated to our peaceful outdoor oasis. Paul was a gracious and helpful host. A perfect find.

Amazing

Our stay in the artists loft was amazing. Paul, was such a fantastic host and really made sure that we had everything that we needed and answered any and all of our questions. The loft itself is very unique, beautiful, artistic while also having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We have never had such an attentive host before and this made our first trip to Paris extra special.

Peaceful Sanctuary

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed into our very own little oasis. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need as well as clear instructions, maps and tips for all the favorite local eating/shopping spots. We were close to a lot of train stations for the metro which is handy as this was the best way for us to get around in Paris. The apartment complex felt very safe and Paul (our host) was so friendly and accomodating to all our questions and needs. Great place to stay!! Thanks Paul...We'll be back!

Simply amazing!

Property was so fun and beautifully decorated. Everything you need and more is available. Area 1 block to Metro which takes you into the heart of Paris. Lots of little restaurants, grocery and fhe .ost amazing bakery 1 block away. The apartment has such a welcoming feel and love fhe outside courtyard. Paul was very attentive to our questions and easily available if we needed him. A true hidden gem!

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, eccentric, eclectic, and cozy. Paul, your host is a wonderful person and could not be any better of a host. You are completely secure in that apartment and access through the two steel doors with your key fob is easy. Although we were there over the Christmas holidays, I’m sure the garden area is even more wonderful in the spring in summer. If you’re going to be there for a couple of weeks as we were and feel the need to rent a car which we are glad we did then parking is a bit of a challenge even in the parking garage. Commute time to where you want to be in Paris can be a little longer than ideal, but frankly for this country boy driving in Paris and looking at the sites of the inner city, even those aspects that were less appealing was part of the overall experience in short I’d like to step up and give a very high recommendation in terms of value, charm, comfort, and hospitality.

A wonderful apartment!

The flat with the glass façade and the covered patio was fascinating! The large living room with the kitchen area has a loft character and is very cosily furnished. We really liked the work area with the old hairdresser's chair. A big thank to Paul for looking after us via WhatsApp throughout - despite his absence due to travelling - even when it got very cold in Paris. Thanks also for the great recommendations regarding restaurants (Brasserie Jaures!), which also suited our tastes! All in all, a successful offer for a wonderful stay in Paris! Alexandra K.-L.

Wonderful Place to stay

The house is amazing after a heavy day of walking and seeing the sites you go back to your own little oasis away from all the hustle and bustle. there is a lovely bakery, right down the street where we spent a lot of money and thankfully we walked on all the calories. Paul is an amazing host and even a more amazing interesting person. He was delightful if I lived in Paris, I would be his friend. we stayed with two teens and we were two friends traveling, and it was plenty of space. beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment looks exactly the way it is in the pictures beautiful I would not hesitate to stay there again if I was lucky enough to come back to Paris! Thank you, Paul for the help getting in from the train station. You were a wonderful host and I wish you and your family all the very best in the future.

Absolutely Amazing.

I have stayed in 40+ properties all over the world over the last 10 years and by far this is the best property I have ever stayed in. The Owner, Paul, is very attentive and is readily available to answer any of your questions about the loft or Paris in general. Almost as soon as we booked his loft he reached out to us and began the logistics process of checking in and getting acquainted with his property. The day we arrived he greeted us himself and gave us a tour of the loft. And the loft itself, amazing! Better than what is shown in the pictures. Paul made a very helpful binder that shows you were the good cafe's, wine stores, grocery stores, bakers, etc. are in the area. Paul makes every effort to ensure you enjoy your stay in his loft. If you planning on staying in Paris and want something outside of the main tourist areas, this is your place! I will definitely be renting this loft again.

Paul’s place was a quirky and interesting we loved it. Paul is such an amazing host and was extremely accommodating, especially for those with mobility issues. One of the guests had a mobility scooter and an oxygen concentrator. The bathroom is downstairs but we managed to make it work. The only thing I did not like about the apartment was that was so warm and cozy we did not want to leave it to explore Paris. The terrace and floor to ceiling loft windows with all the plants made it so wonderful and meditative. We stood in on rainy day and ordered in. The atrium covering the courtyard allowed light while keeping the rain out. Overall, Paul was an amazing and accommodating host and the apartment ended up OK for my friend with mobility issue. We were able to get the electric scooter into the courtyard and in the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here especially with Paul as the host. I loved the décor, the movie seat chair, the hot dog wiener dog pillow draft stopper of the door floor, the 3 barber chairs, and the plants inside were all so cute and artistic. Really do not have anything bad to say about the stay, apartment or host. Great time staying here.

We stayed for two weeks and this spot helped make our full family experience-us, our kids, and their grandparents-of Paris wonderful. I would highly recommend it for a family experience. It especially gave our kids a lot of room to spread out and move and had many things to help keep them entertained when we weren’t out in the city, like a foosball table, toys, books, and interesting things to explore. It is also situated ideally for getting around both within Paris and around France. The neighborhood isn’t overwhelmed with tourists but all of the sightseeing hits are within very reasonable metro rides. The major gares are within walking distance making day trips outside the city easy (we went to Strasbourg and back in a day). Finally, there are lots of bike lanes around, including up and down the Canal St. Martin (which is beautiful and minutes away) making hopping on a Velib to explore simple and safe if you’re comfortable with protected bike lane urban riding. There are excellent neighborhood spots including boulangeries, groceries, and an organic grocery store and the kitchen is well appointed for a rental. We made a ha it of eating out one meal and cooking one meal each day and stopped in neighborhood cafes for apéro. Many buzzy spots that have gotten positive press are a walk or short ride away but still within the 10th arrondissement. Finally, as others have said, Paul is an excellent host who goes above and beyond, and is super friendly and responsive.

Amazing experience!

I can't speak highly enough of our wonderful experience with Paul and his lovely home. We stayed for two weeks and knew we'd need space to have our times to decompress. Paul met us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of his lovely home. Taught us how to work the machines, lights, etc. He even made sure we knew where everything was in the neighborhood. The home was fully stocked with breads, fruits, all necessities, and champagne for New Year's! We enjoyed playing games he left and listening to music on his Bluetooth stereo. Sitting on the covered patio was so lovely...he even put up a Christmas tree for us to enjoy. I've never experienced a more warm reception. The flat felt completely safe behind two huge metal magnetic doors and is very conveniently located near a metro. My favorite stop- Montemarte is only two stops away. Paul checked on us several times to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed. He was always available. Will definitely use this beautiful flat again when we return. Thank you, Paul for you wonderful hospitality! ❤️
