Lejlighed meget stille og lyse (4 viser) placeret mellem Sacré Coeur (10 minutters gang) og stormagasiner (10 minutters gang). Fra balkonen kan man beundre Sacred Heart og høre ringetoner kirkens klokker af St. Vincent de Paul. Fra verandaen og værelser sæt gårdsplads, hører du kun kirkeklokken og fugle.

Stue: rummelige værelse åbner ud til en veranda med flot udsigt over de typiske hustagene i Paris.

Lejligheden har 4 soveværelser, herunder 3 med en dobbeltseng og en har to enkeltsenge. Et kontor værelse er også udstyret med en ekstra seng.


Området er meget livlig, og du vil finde mange små butikker i nærheden (bagerier, supermarkeder, restauranter, købmandsforretninger ...). Området er også godt tjent med offentlig transport, da der er 3 buslinjer, 3 metrolinjer og 2 RER-linjer (Roissy CDG og Orly) i nærheden. Den nærmeste metrostation er Poissonnière (linje 7).
Gare du Nord er nær, det tjener London i 2 timer og 15 minutter og Bruxelles i 1 time og 15 minutter.

Spacious for seven

Enough space in the apartment for seven to be together at times and at other times to spend time privately. Location was convenient to Metro, groceries and restaurants. A bit more instruction on use of washer and dryer would have been helpful. We found instructions for trash and recycling a bit confusing. We especially enjoyed the eclectic decor and the wonderful views from multiple rooms.

Wonderful visit!

We are a family of five and had plenty of space in the apartment. The online profile was accurate and we felt very safe in the apartment. Anne was most accommodating to our early arrival, which was most appreciated. It was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here especially if you plan to use Gare du Nord to leave Paris at any point during your stay. Thank you for a very memorable family holiday week in Paris!

Original, espacioso y muy bien situado

Ha sido una gran experiencia debido a las increíbles vistas y la originalidad de las diferentes habitaciones. Nos sentimos como en casa y los niños disfrutaron leyendo comics y tocando el piano. La localización, muy buena para ir caminando al centro o a Montmartre. Algunas de las camas quizás podrían actualizarse. Anne ha sido una gran anfitriona.

Large apartment in a great location! Perfect for a big group!

Our family of 9 just stayed at this property for 10 days. We were amazed at how our large group easily fit into this space - three couples had their own rooms, and three "kids" fit into the two remaining rooms with 2 boys in one, and 1 girl in the other. The bathroom arrangements worked well, because the three toilets and two showers are split between 4 different rooms, everyone could access a bathroom when needed - shocking with 9 people. We ate breakfast at the apartment each morning and a few dinners as well. We found all the equipment we needed, and all the staples as well (like oil, sugar, salt, etc). The host also thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine which we very much enjoyed! The apartment is on what is essentially the 6th floor - a long walk up! But the elevator, though small, was very fast and we used it a lot. There is no air conditioning (typical in Paris!) and it did get warm towards the end of our stay. The apartment has several fans which helped a great deal! The only negative we experienced was that in leaving windows open to get cool night air, we discovered that Paris has nasty mosquitos! We ended up getting bug spray to reduce the biting. The location is wonderful. A very short walk to the nearest Metro (Poissonaire). Beware that during rush hour the trains are PACKED and since there is no transfer at this stop, you will end up just needing to push on if there is a square inch of space. Fortunately, the trains come constantly, so you can let a couple go by until it looks a little better. Also, walk down to the end of the platform and try for the first car. And it's just a few blocks to Gare Nord, where you can also catch several other metro lines. The host suggests several restaurant options. And the best part of my day was the morning pastry run and getting a cup of cafe creme for myself :) There is a delightful fromagerie nearby (Ferdinands) who was SO helpful and friendly in helping us pick out cheeses! The host was very helpful in our planning and so welcoming when we arrived. Our whole family would highly recommend this property!!

Great views!

Our group of seven loved this location. Lots of space and clean bedding. Elevator is very small (2-3 people at time) but part of the old time feel of building. Very authentic Parisian feel. Close to metro and buses and Gare du Nord. Very quiet building. Our only issue was very dim lighting. Anne is very attentive to any needs and concerns.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento accogliente e in ottima posizione, anche a piedi si possono raggiungere siti e monumenti da visitare oltre che passeggiare per le vie di Parigi. Consigliato.....

gemütliche Wohnung mit Pariser Charme

Bereits vor der Anreise gab es wertvolle Informationen zur Wohnung und Umgebung; Das Einchecken war unkompliziert (sogar vor der üblichen Zeit). Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 7 Jugendliche, die sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wohnung weitläufig, man kann sich also auch mal in Ruhe zurückziehen. Gute Lage und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten von der Gare de l'Est zu erreichen. Auch Sacré Coeur gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Küche gut ausgestattet obwohl wir alles, was wir benutzt haben, vor Gebrauch spülen mussten. Am Abreisetag durften wir (nach dem Auschecken um 10 Uhr) unser Gepäck sogar bis 13 Uhr in der Wohnung stehen lassen. Wir können diese Wohnung empfehlen und würden sie bei Bedarf gerne wieder buchen.

Couldn't get enough of the views!

We had two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) stay for a week at Anne's wonderful home. It was conveniently located near Gare du Nord (walking distance even with rolling suitcases!) and down the hill from Montmatre. We really appreciated coming home in the evening to this quiet neighborhood, and getting away from the crowds of tourists that mob Paris this time of year (yes, we were among them!). Temperatures in Paris for our week were high 80s (F) with humidity (not bad really, but still warm) and add to that the fact that very little is air conditioned in Paris so you get hot and sweaty pretty quickly when you are out and about. This apartment, however, is located on the top floor of the building (there is a small elevator), away from the heat and the noise of the street, and the evening and morning breezes in the home (with all the lovely, huge windows) were so nice and cool. The luxury of 3 toilets (2 bathrooms, 3 toilets) was a big plus for our group, and the unit is so spacious that everyone had space to get away when the need arose. We never tired of the fabulous views of Sacre-Coeur, and the lovely Square Aristide-Cavaille-Coll across the street. The photos are very representative of the home. This is not a perfect, professional rental; it's someone's home and thus feels "lived-in". We spent most of our time in the light-filled living room eating breakfast, planning our day, or having a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing, before heading out again for dinner. We all agreed that it was a lovely spot. Oh! And the restaurant at the corner (La Maison Bleue) was a good bistro! Our kids scarfed down the tiramisu in 2 seconds flat and I had a tomato/watermelon gazpacho that was fabulous! Thanks for a great stay in Paris!

A great taste of Paris

We loved the apartment-it was so cool! I don't know when the building was built, but it has to be over 100 years old and has a very authentic feel. That made it even more fun for our family. It felt very safe and secure. The sidewalk café and bakery right down the street was a cool attraction too. Anne was very accommodating and great to work with.

Wonderful Parisian home in a great location

Me, my wife, and 3 of our adult children stayed in Anne's beautiful home for 4 nights over the New Year. We were entranced by the style and appointment of the home. The home was spacious, filled with delightful antiques, a great kitchen and we really appreciated how Anne and her daughter took care of us. The home is in a perfect location, on a quieter side street near both Gare du Nord and several Metro stations, as well as grocery stores, shops, and historic locations. We LOVED our stay there and highly recommend it. Next time we venture to Paris this will be the place for us. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your beautiful home, Anne. Bon Annee!

Perfect for our group of 7 and good location for first-timers to Paris

We really appreciated the hosts accommodating our late (10pm) arrival to the city. It was about a 30 minute drive from the airport and we were tired from our journey - having Luc waiting for us was super helpful. Also, it was on the hottest day of the year (!)... and the apartment is not air-conditioned but the room fans and high-ceilings helped a lot. The eclectic nature of the apartment's decor' was both comfortable and interesting. It was fun to 'explore'. With 2 families (and 3 teens between us) the space, number of bedrooms and beds was perfect. In fact it could have accommodated perhaps one more if needed. Everyone had their own space and privacy when they wanted it. We were able to make the 2 bathrooms 'work' for our large crew. The views were really stunning, too. Our girls spent most of their waking hours in the apartment on the balcony! Ann and Luc have detailed instructions about all the particulars (including recommendations for transportation and local fare). This was a good source of information. The only small drawback was that because it is a lived-in home, we had to make room in the drawers for our personal items. I would recommend that the hosts remove some of their personal items to make this easier on guests using the bedrooms. Overall, we would stay there again!

Like Home in Paris

If you can imagine the perfect apartment in Paris, this would be it. We were two families (9 people) and we had plenty of room for all. The building and decor were old Paris charm and the artwork displayed in the apartment made you feel like you were a true Parisienne. We spent the days site seeing, came back to our apartment for dinner and took late night strolls through the city. It is centrally located to many charming neighborhoods and only a short walk to bakeries, grocery stores, wine shops and all public transportation. The house is filled with a vast library of books that can keep you curled up on the couch for hours as you read and gaze out the window at the Paris skyline. We spent several late nights playing board games (French Monopoly really helped us with our language skills) and cards on the large dining table. I highly recommend this apartment and couldn't be more grateful to Anne for letting us use her home to make our Paris vacation perfect!

What an amazing stay

Thank you so much Anne. Your helpfulness, attentiveness and kindness was second to none. Your apartment was amazing. Close to everything including trains, bus, shops and cafés. And walking distance to the most popular sightseeing things. Our group of 9 had such a wonderful time in beautiful Paris. Plenty of space for us all and such a home feel. Amazing and charming

truly magnificent apartment in lovely area in Paris. Views are beautiful especially at night and the location is accessible to all transport options marches and cafes. Personally I loved the serenade of the cathedral chimes and the view of Sacre Coeur all lit up at night. Must see for any group or family. LOVE!!

Lovely apartment!

We had a great and comfortable stay at Anne’s apartment. Everything was as discussed and arranged in advance. The apartment is spacious and bright and ideal for a group of people /we were 8/. Just perfect!

A fabulous 200m2 apartment; that easily accommodated the eight of us; a truely enjoyable 5 days, right in the centre of Paris. Anne & Luc are wonderful hosts who couldn't have done enough to make our stay perfect. If you are a group of between 4 and 8 people, then look no further, this holiday apartment has everything that will make your stay wonderful!

Beautiful apartment and great location

We had the most wonderful stay in Anne's apartment as well as in Paris in general. Everything was great, and we enjoyed the beautiful view as well as the practical location. 'The boys' also enjoyed the vast amount of English language cartoons :-) A bientôt !

Great location and beautiful spacious apartment !

We loved this apartment! We had the pleasure of renting Anne´s beautiful apartment during 1 week in July. It was very spacious for us, a family of 6 adults and 3 children (between 1-7 years old). The apartment had everything we needed and the location was great. We had walking distance to both Montmartre area and also to city center with the shopping area. We found several supermarkets nearby and also some nice restaurants around. Close to the apartment was also a very nice play area for the children surrounded with big trees, which is good during hot days. Just one tips during hot weather, it would have been even better with a fan available in the bedrooms :-). We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone! Thank you Anne for sharing your home with us.

Calme en plein Paris

Très belle location. Bien placée, spacieuse et calme. Excellent confort. Bus et lignes de métro à proximité sans compter une station Velib dans la rue ! Nous reviendrions sans hésiter dans cet appartement lors d'un séjour à Paris.
