Great clean two story home! The pool is a short walk away and there were monkeys in the trees by the house daily. The beach club had great food. Golf was close by. Brenda was a fabulous host!

The host Brenda was great at communication. Such a smooth process when we arrived. The villa was immaculate, everything worked, and it was the most delightful stay especially looking out at the ocean view on the upstairs patio.

Family Getaway

Wonderful villa! We have been visiting Hacienda Pinilla for 20 years and find ourselves returning to this villa time and time again. Best location and views, private, of high quality and close to the pool. Our family loves it. We will be back!

Wonderful place

This house was perfect for our family with 3 teens. Plenty of space for every one and the location was great. The neighborhood pool is an amazing bonus and loved that it’s so close. Brenda was so responsive and helpful, we loved our stay here!

Awesome location, close to the community pool and private beach. House was super clean and it had everything you need. Beds are very comfy. The beach club is great. The best part of the stay is the concierge service. Brenda was extremely responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Great Condo, Great Host

My family and I had a great stay at this condo in Pinilla. This is our second stay in this condo and it didn’t disappoint. The condo is spacious and clean and perfectly located. Our Host was extremely helpful and responsive with all of our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this spot!

Terrific home, responsive owner, definitely will be back

Everything about the listing is accurate. This is a great place to call home for a family vacation. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great A/C and the morning coffee on the deck was sublime. Brenda is a terrific host as well, super responsive and helped make our stay even better. One of our best family vacations.

Beautiful & as expected

We had a great time at Hacienda Pinilla! Beautiful views and wrap around porch, well stocked kitchen and lots of space. Property was clean and checking in was very easy. We will return - thanks for a great trip!

Great place to spend with family, if you have a vehicle to get around. Very very isolated.

The place is fantastic and we’re planning to go back this year!

Excellent - best vacation ever. It’s a great location - quiet and close to beaches. Horses out in the pasture in the morning and a family of monkeys came around for a visit one day. Close to Tamarindo - great restaurants and grocery shopping. Brenda is the best!!

Luxury Villa near Beach!

This villa in the Palmas Real section is very spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished. Perhaps most important, it is an easy five-minute walk to the white sand Pacific Ocean beach next to the J.W. Marriott - no expensive golf cart or rent-a-car required!

Gorgeous Villa with Amazing Views!

This villa was beyond amazing and just absolutely gorgeous! The perfect location for chilling out, walks on the beach, cooling off in the pools, and enjoying nature at its finest! Everything was beautiful and the views were just jaw-dropping! Can't say enough about our host Brenda who was extremely helpful. I loved the time we spent there and would highly recommend.

Great Stay in Hacienda Pinilla

This is an excellent well equipped townhome in Hacienda Pinilla. You can enjoy the pool, beach club, surfing, local restaurants, hiking, biking etc. from this home away from home. Comfortable beds and a nice wrap around porches. Spectacular sunset views. We loved the horses that came by and saw monkeys and other Costa Rican wild life right from our front door. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Town Home with Ocean View

Upon booking, Brenda, the property manager contacted me immediately. She was on top of everything and made our stay so easy. She was super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The town house was clean and pristine. It was perfect for our family of five. We would without a doubt stay there again!

Girls get-away and multi-birthday celebration

The accommodations were wonderful with a short walk to pools and beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. En route from Liberia airport, we picked up groceries and fruit from a local stand. Was was nice to have some casual meals but also visited some of the local restaurants that our hostess Brenda recommended.

Delightful property

This is a beautiful two-story townhouse with a view of the Pacific Ocean in Hacienda Pinilla. You are walking distance from a beach that is essentially private, because the development in which it is located is so large that others are unable to walk from public beaches. The property manager is a joy. The townhouse is immaculate. We strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful Property!

We are a family of five and loved our stay at this property. It was VERY quiet and a beautiful location. My husband and I took advantage of the mountain bike trails. Awesome! As a family, we enjoyed the beaches, workout room, nearby restaurants and walking trails. The host has put together a binder of all kinds of activities and restaurants. Very helpful!! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen and grill were wonderful, and the upper deck with sunset views was delightful! If you stay, definitely take advantage of Playa Avellanas and a meal at Lola’s.

Hacienda Pinilla

Great property. Ideal location. Not overly developed, but very comfortable and Modern. Very quiet. Great surroundings, including wildlife. Many many varieties of birds. Many different things to do. Day trips: fishing, river cruise, beach, etc. Very relaxed. Do not come expecting formal dinners. Shorts and beach attire. Very secure. The security was on point.

Great three weeks at the property

Great property. Clean. Safe. Close to beach. Nice short drive to Tamarindo and Playa Negra but nice to escape from the crowds of those locations to our villa in Pinella. Property manager was wonderful. Helpful. Thoughtful and available at all times. Dozens of great restaurants nearby and a lovely number of beaches within five minutes or property. Great aircon. Nice gym yards away with lost equipment needed and a club house with a larger gym. Pool and bar/restaurant.

Beautiful Property with a great Property Manager

We stayed here for a wedding which was nearby at Las Palapas. The Villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very close to the pool and within walking distance of the beach and the JW Marriott. The property Manager Brenda was amazing. Her communication before and during our stay was excellent. She provisioned the villa for us so that we had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and several dinners. She also set up our private shuttle to and from the airport and after we arrived she helped get a golf cart delivered so we could get around the vast Hacienda Pinilla property. It was a seamless and easy vacation and we could not be happier. The ocean view with horses, deer and other wildlife viewed off the lovely deck was amazing. You'll be happy if you stay at this property.

Hacienda Pinilla Perfection

We loved our stay at Hacienda Pinilla! Brenda was fantastic and provided so much information in advance. Her information helped us plan our days and our entire trip. We loved the view from the balcony and saw deer and horses grazing. We loved visiting the Beach Club, and although it cost us $10/person to enter, we then had a credit for the same amount to use for food and drinks at the pool bar or restaurant. The o ly thing we would change about our trip would be to grab groceries before we checked in, which was our own fault as we were tired. Brenda also helped us reserve our snorkeling catamaran tour, which was the best one we have been on. The staff was fantastic and super friendly, and we saw dolphins. sea turtles and humpback whales. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
