Fantastic Villa whit a nice pool and a gorgeous view over the sea. Many places in the Villa to have dinner and have a view sea.The landlord was also excellent….

A spacious Villa, very well fitted out, in a stunning position with the most amazing views.The Villa is fully airconditioned and the beautiful pool was exclusively for us.The lady managing the Villa anticipated most of our questions and dealt with them even before we arrived. She ensured that we could easily find the property, as it could have been a little difficult.The Villa is quite centrally located and most of the sights of Puglia are within a short drive.A great Villa for anyone visiting Puglia.

The Villa was amazing, very special as was Maura.The Jacuzzi bath was not working and this was a disappointment.

I'm sorry you were disappointed that the jacuzzi bath was not working, As I explained to you we have been searching for a part for it for over a year so we actually removed all reference to it from the villa listing information last year in order not to mislead/disappoint any guests expecting to find it working on arrival the villa this year. I know your young grandson was disappointed when he saw it but as I explained at the time it wasn't advertised as part of the rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Maura provided us with detailed directions, and our GPS matched them, so it was an easy drive from the airport. The home is more beautiful than the photos. We arrived stressed from travel, but upon entering the home, we exhaled and immediately relaxed in this quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean, well-kept, and inviting. Feels like you just want to stay forever. The welcome basket provided exactly what we needed until we were able to go grocery shopping. The pool is larger than the photos, clean, and warm. The views from all patios capture the beauty of the surrounding areas. We hope to come back. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful property with a great location. Fasano, Cisternino, Martina Franca and other cities are a short drive away, and they all have beautiful piazzas and delicious food. Maura was a wonderful host, she met with us upon arrival and gave us great recommendations for food and activities, and was responsive on WhatsApp for the rest of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Beautiful property exactly as advertised.View was amazing and enjoyed having dinner several times on the balcony. Great location, seemed as though everything you could need or town to visit was within a 20 minute drive. Maura was only a text away and so you always had an answer to any question you may have about the property.

Great place for vacation

Great and specious property with an amazing view of the landscape with olive trees and the sea. Perfect location with "everything" in Puglia within quick reach. Very helpful and attentive hosts that helped making this a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend it!

Lovely villa

We spent a week in Villa Francesca. The house itself is lovely and functional, with an impressing view all the way down to the sea, from the terrace and the pool area, and the location is quite central for local visits.

Villa Francesca

This is an outstanding property, with unparalleled views and Villa. It is well stocked for onsite cooking and conveniently located close to all local highlights. Highly recommend - we were a family of 6 adults and one baby (1 yr old). Maura (host) was incredible to work/communicate with - super professional.

Villa in Puglia

Lovely villa, well equipped, fabulous view out to the ocean. Maura was the perfect property manager with all sorts of advice and immediately responsive to any need. Large spaces in and out for relaxed time together for six friends and well located for travel to many surrounding towns. All in all a great choice for our Puglia stay

The views from the villa are incredible. It is extremely nice, well kept, and is very spacious and comfortable to be in. Maura is a fantastic host and is always (literally) available for any questions or assistance. Maura arranged for a chef to come in the first evening to make dinner for us. The meal was excellent and the local chef, Pasquina, was a pleasure to be with. The only warning I would have is to follow the instructions to the villa that Maura provides. If you do, you will drive on a major road until you take the final road up to the top where the villa is located. If you choose not to follow Maura's instructions, but instead follow your navigation system like we did, you will find yourself driving through town on narrow and busy streets and a narrow "hill climb roadway" until you finally intersect with the road that Maura told you to be on in the first place.

Amazing experience

From the time we arrived at Villa Francesca, everything was really fantastic. The villa is beautiful and comfortable and Maura could not have been more accommodating with all kinds of information about where to go and what to see. The villa itself is amazing and contains everything one could possible need for a wonderful stay- even a high chair and crib for our little grandson. Highly recommended.

Great villa with awesome heated pool and views

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, clean villa located in the hills about 15-20 mins from the coast with breathtaking views over to the coast. We enjoyed relaxing in and around the pool, trips to local historic towns and cities - Martina Franca, Ostuni and others. A trip to the zoo safari was a highlight for the kids. Host was brilliant - very helpful in terms of suggestions, sorted a couple of very minor issues arising immediately. I thoroughly recommend the villa and the region.

Unexpected Italy

We loved our stay at Villa Francesca! Comfortable, good size for two couple, even three, great to come back each afternoon and sit by the pool. Loved the various spots to sit and appreciated the welcome on arrival. Our host Maura was lovely and very helpful, even organising a hair and nail appointment for me. The location is pretty much 25min from all the towns you want to hit, but closer to Fasano. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful villa, just what we needed!The villa was spotless and smelt amazing, have to say that the welcome hamper is the best that we have ever received at any property that we have stayed in over the past 10 years - thank you.We were contacted by Maura and had a What’s App chat between us which was a nice touch and the welcome visit on our 1st full day was welcomed. We were given guidance of where to visit and local restaurants to try.On our departure Maura came to say goodbye again a lovely touch.Sky, Netflix, plenty of books, DVD’s and games available to keep you occupied.Definitely recommend if only for the views!

Stunning Property

The property, the pool, the furnishings, the appliances were all of top quality. The managers were on location at a minute’s notice if needed. The information left in the villa re the surrounding area and the restaurants was spot on and of great use to us. We are contemplating our return next year. Just perfection. Ciao, Maura and GC!

Beautiful house and setting

We enjoyed our stay very much and Maura was helpful/responsive. A few things that would have made it better include a good set of sharp knives (we cooked in a lot), some much needed repair to the road leading to the house and increased water pressure in bathrooms. For this level of high end house the water pressure in the showers was terrible.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at the villa so much and found Maura helpful and responsive. Part of the magic of this special property is its seclusion as the last property perched on top of the hill at the end of a road which winds up through an area of residential villas; the inevitable potholes do get repaired by the local commune in due course and the road is always perfectly manageable with a normal rental car. As regards the water pressure, the villa is connected to mains water which means the pressure can occasionally drop below normal levels for a while before it is restored by the water company, which unfortunately took longer than normal on this occasion. Many thanks too for your suggestion re a full set of knives which we have now provided, given that many of our guests do choose to cook in the well-equipped kitchen in order to take advantage of the multiple dining areas with beautiful views. We hope to see you back again soon.
