Nye ejere afsluttet netop en $ 300.000 renovering! Dette fantastiske hjem er smukt renoveret og professionelt dekoreret og har designertænder og et beroligende gråt farveskema overalt.

312 Ariola Drive administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Dette direkte hjem ved bugten ligger bogstaveligt skridt fra vandet og kan prale af et stort dæk med masser af siddepladser og en grill - det perfekte sted at nyde spektakulære solnedgange og solopgange eller bare slappe af dagen væk. Den elegante, men alligevel komfortable stue / spisestue har vid åben udsigt over stranden og bugten, et stort fladskærms-tv, sovesofa, plads til otte og spisestue med plads til 10. Den store, åbne plantegning har et veludstyret køkken med splinternye apparater i rustfrit stål, stor ø, masser af klar plads, under køkkenbordet ismaskine, flisebelagt rygstens og en stor morgenmadsbar med rigelig siddepladser. We stayed in this property in late May with our family of 14. 8 adults and 6 kids between 2 and 15. The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, or hang out together. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We placed several grocery, food, and other item deliveries and all came usually within the expected time. The pool and outdoor area were great. Large deck overlooking the pool and beach. Was a great place for pizza party, etc. Highly recommend this home for location and amenities. Close enough to everything if you want, but just far enough away from the busy area to be quiet and relaxing. Host was very responsive to our needs and the check in and out process was quick and easy.

This property sits right on the water so you have a Gulf view and pool view down below. Excellent amenities including the furniture kitchen bedding, etcOne of the biggest things is, it has plenty of parking.

Family vacation

Our family gets together for a week to be together. This was the best week we have had in the 12 years we have been doing this. The house layout, location, and beach was wonderful. We will definitely book again.

Great trip for large family

Great location directly on the Gulf and convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Beautiful and comfortable layout with all rooms on one floor. Great for large family and group with the luxury of a private pool when the weather is warm enough to use it. Great trip and would go back!
