Beliggende direkte på det hvide sand i den smukke Pensacola-strand, har dette tre-værelses to-bad hjørneenhed på første sal en fantastisk udsigt.

Emerald Isle # 101 administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Når du kommer ind i enheden, finder du det nyrenoverede og veludstyrede køkken med morgenmadsbar, siddepladser i rustfrit stål og bordplader af granit. Køkkenet er åbent til spisestue og opholdsstue. Nyd familie måltider ved spisebordet med plads til otte. Stuen har store vinduer med fantastisk udsigt over bugten. Der er masser af siddepladser, inklusive en behagelig sofa, der trækker ud til en sovesofa.

Slap af og nyd udsigten eller nyd udendørs spisning på den private balkon, der er tilgængelig fra stuen og soveværelset. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, privat badeværelse med granitbord forfængelighed og udsigt over bugten. Føreren bad har en stor have badekar og bruser. På stedet findes to svømmebassiner, boblebad, sauna og fitnesscenter. Shopping, restauranter og natteliv ligger kun en kort gåtur fra dette centralt beliggende condo, hvilket gør det til et ideelt sted for en strandferie.

Beautiful property, large unit with more than enough room for 3 couples and a little one. Just one issue was the work (jackhammers and grinding) being done on the property which started every morning at 7:55 which woke my grandson and he wasn't able to nap for the same reason. Will definitely be back but hoping all is quiet.

Wonderful beach vacation

We liked being a very short walk to the beach and right by the pool. It was also a 10 minute walk to multiple restaurants and ice cream shops. It was a wonderful place to stay with grandchildren.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle with our kids and grandkids. It’s within walking distance to fun family friendly restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable for the 6 of us! The first floor gave us quick access to the beach and the pool, but the view would probably be better a few floors higher.

Overall we were satisfied with the property and would recommend. Gates and codes are a hassle and pool was dirty. Location is perfect as we like staying in this area. Room was clean would recommend having more towels and some beach towels.

The king size bed in the master room feels hard at first when you sit on it but BEST sleep we have ever had with the firm mattress. If you have a fire stick I'd recommend bringing it. Plenty of counter space for meal prep and nice big kitchen table for everyone to sit at. No complaints at all easy check in and out!

Emerald Isle is a wonderful place. From check in to check out everything is perfect. Our condo has an ocean view. The condo is beautiful and has everything u need. There r two pools, exercise room and a hot tub. It is in a great location, u can walk everywhere! I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back next summer.

Great location! Beautiful view!

We were in town for a college graduation and were able to make it even more enjoyable by staying in this beautiful beachfront condo. The beach and pools were great! The condo is very spacious- plenty of room for a family. The king beds were especially comfortable. The one negative about the building is that there are only 2 elevators. This was okay in the middle of the week, but made it very difficult Friday-Sunday. We had to take our luggage down the stairs as we literally could not get onto the elevator due to high traffic. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo. Just budget extra time for delays with the elevators.

Condo was exactly as described. Slight delay checking in, but it was after hours. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the off site check in. Although the view isn’t as great as a higher floor, it made using the stairs much easier than waiting on the slow elevator(building issue, not a condo issue!!!) would definitely rent again. Comfy beds & furniture. & my group of teens loved being so close to shopping & restaurants.

Pensacola Getaway amid Virus

We also were fortunate in having stairs close so we could go out to parking lot without using elevator(can’t get back in that way) Space was clean and has good appliances. Loved the windows in front and side. Two things that could be improved are: More kitchen utensils , pots etc. would be good and more than one towel per person. Instead of ironing board-who irons these days- a folding drying rack would be great in rentals like this.

Comfortable Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I (7) stayed here for a week and were very comfortable. It is homey and easy to keep. My complaints were it was not as clan as it should have been. The coffee pot was dirty and one of the beds had not been changed. However, those were easy fixes. I always clean when I rent anyway. If you stay here and plan to cook, bring your own knives if you need a sharp one. Also the vacuum cleaner smelled when you used it. We had to open the doors to let air flow through. All minor things. And as I said, it was comfortable.
