Hi Anil, Thank you very much for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for getting around Paris, as well as the nearby restaurants and bakeries. It’s great to know the apartment layout worked well for your family and that you appreciated the kitchen amenities and the washing machine. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the bathroom. Many traditional Parisian apartments were built before the 20th century, at a time when there were no dedicated bathrooms as we know them today. These were added later on, often within the existing structure of the apartment, which sometimes meant working with very limited space. While this reflects the historical character of the building, we understand it may feel less spacious compared to more modern layouts. We’re glad this didn’t take away from your overall experience and sincerely appreciate your recommendation. We’d be delighted to welcome you back on a future visit to Paris! Sincerely, Paul

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you found the apartment to be quiet, safe, clean, roomy, and in a wonderful area of Paris! Hope to host you again in Paris. Sincerely, Paul

We’re also happy that communication with our rental office met your expectations. Thank you for mentioning the stairs as well — we always appreciate guests highlighting this for future travelers. Hi Linda, Thank you for your taking the time and reviewing your recent stay with us in Paris. We are glad that you had a nice stay and rated it with 5 stars! Concerning the stairs here is the historical explanation: In the old part of Paris, many buildings including this one have been built a long time ago, with narrow stairs. When later the elevator was invented, there was not enough space left to insert one. Parisians are used to it and consider it a part of the charm of living in a historical building. We wouldn’t recommend this kind of apartment to anybody needing or preferring to have an elevator, more recent buildings have elevators. Hope to host you again in Paris. Do not hesitate to ask us for your next trip, we also manage apartments with an elevator in the building. Sincerely, Paul

Hi Karen, Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you were very happy with your stay and found the apartment to be perfect for three adults, well furnished and comfortable. Hope to host you again in Paris. Sincerely, Paul

As an agency we use all our organization to continuously improve our service and the nice apts we manage. Any issue would be systematically acted upon. We informed the owner so that she can add a sharp knife in the kitchen. Actually, not many of our guests cook in the apts. This must be the reason why we never had that feedback. We are always happy when our guests are fully satisfied with their stay AND mention it. Thanks for your nice comment. Please come back any time.

Hi Kristin, Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that you found the apartment well-suited for your family with its convenient location and amenities. The information about the stairs and the quiet atmosphere of the building is very helpful for future guests to know. We appreciate your consideration for the downstairs residents and are glad you had a peaceful stay overall. For information many old Parisian buildings have hardwood floors. Parisians consider it a part of the charm of their apartment and prefer to keep them like they are. Should your travels bring you back to Paris, we would love to host you again! Sincerely, Paul

Hi Christine, Thanks for your review. Glad to know you found the apartment to be large and comfortable, and the location to be awesome. Hope to host you again in Paris. Sincerely, Paul

As an agency we use all our organization to continuously improve our service and the nice apts we manage. Any issue would be systematically acted upon. We are always happy when our guests are satisfied with their stay AND mention it. We are aware of the water stain on the ceiling. It is not mould, but plaster that as dried after a leak coming form the kitchen on the above floor. The insurance was in process of doing the expertise. In the meantime one cannot repaint. It is now dry and in process of being repainted. Remember it is the owner’s main residence, she definitely want this to be solved. Please come back anytime.
