Communication was great. Great location!! Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint was that the bathroom fan was really loud…but in the grand scheme of things that was a small detail in a wonderful stay.

Great stay

Great spacious place to stay close to beaches and restaurants. Really clean! You get a reserved parking spot right in front of the building too.

Very Spacious One Bedroom Condo Near Beach

We were amazed at how spacious this place was for a one bedroom. Well appointed and great location. Love the vaulted ceilings.

Well located townhouse with beach and amenity access

Walk across the lawn to several beaches, great access (short drive) to restaurants, access to indoor / outdoor fitness center with basketball, tennis, pickle ball courts.

Loved our stay here. The resort is across the street from the beach as are most of the resorts are. It is within walking distance to Several beaches and good eats like Brenneckes. There is a restaurant/bar at the resort. Sometimes it is hit or miss if they are open for lunch but the food and people are great.

Awesome

We loved staying here. Loved being in this area of Kauai, so relaxing with plenty of food and groceries nearby. The resort area was well maintained and beautiful. The pools were nice as was the hot tub. Our unit had all the amenities we needed was and was well stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. We will definitely be back and would love to stay there again. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed a beautiful breeze thru this apartment. Although it is listed as a garden view, we discovered an ocean view from the bedroom! This condo is in a complex on the greenbelt to Poipu Beach. Greatest location!

Overall a good experience. Great location. Condo needs some updating and TLC. Bed was firm but comfortable. Two lawn chairs provided, one was broken. We bought another one and left it there. Formica countertops in kitchen buckled in places. Kitchen not very well equipped. Still, all in all, an enjoyable stay for a reasonable price for the area.

Ideal home away from home

This condo is fantastic. It’s on the third floor and has high ceilings and is very spacious- it has a walk in closet, dresser, and two sink vanity. The bathtub is also huge! It also has a washer and dryer. The breeze setup is phenomenal- it feels like there is air conditioning, but it’s fresh air flowing through the house at all the key places. It was clean and had detergent, coffee, soap, etc. they even had robes! It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach and the pools are not great- small and no view, but the athletic club has a bigger pool (but no view). This trip was for my husband and I for quiet, quality time and this amazing condo provided us with that. As a plus- the staff were also amazing and very accommodating. Will definitely use Suite Paradise if we come here again!

Great location, walk to the beach for sunset

We really liked staying at this property. The parking was conveniently in front. There are numerous, spotless Weber grills located nearby to cook on which was nice. We never took advantage of the fitness facilities but it was nice to know they were available. Each day or evening we would walk down the path to the beach for swimming and snorkeling and mingling with the families. There always seemed to be a turtle or a few monk seals hauled out on the sand at the beach. I would definitely stay at this location again. One constructive bit of advice would be to update the kitchen in the unit. The cabinets are near the end of their life. The particle board is starting to shed little particles that get on the dishes, no deal breaker though. The porch was really nice to have and the wifi was consistent. Maybe a newer and larger tv would be nice too. Another positive was the washer and dryer which was convenient and worked very well. Mahalo!!

Honeymoon at Poipu

Check in was quick and easy, a couple of minutes at most. Kitchen had all of needed utensils, there was also a few bbq grills on the property and a pool. The only down part was that it was sometimes getting too hot in the house, there is no AC (could be that we were on the 2nd floor). Otherwise, we enjoyed it!

decent but has some flaws

The location of the condo is good. Its a nice walk through the condo grounds to the beach or Brennecke's restaurant. The staff at Suite Paradise were very nice and helpful. When we arrived at the condo it was exremely hot inside, especially the bedroom. We called to the office and they provided much needed extra fans. It did however remain quite hot in the bedroom that night which made it diffecult to sleep. Through out the rest of our stay we took measures to try to keep it cool but the bedroom was alway the warmest part of the condo. The supplies in the condo were limited. I'm used to beach rentals that have a lot of supplies for the beach. The beach chairs were very uncomfortable and there was no beach umbrella and no cooler of any kind. This was very disapointing. There are a couple of boogie boards and a large doughnut float as well as some noodles. The condo itself was clean but hasn't been updated so it's a bit dingy in the kitchen and bathroom. Over all I would say that there was nothing horrible but also so many little things that for us we wouldn't come back.

For the price, this is an amazing property! It is very clean and it has all the amenities we needed: a great balcony to have an outdoors breakfast, a full kitchen to prepare our meals, big bedroom, a bathroom with dual sinks, access to 3 different pools and access to fitness classes (for $5) at the nearby athletic club! It had everything we needed and more. And the location is just fantastic! We had an amazing time in this property and would love to stay here again when we visit in the future.

We loved this rental

Very spacious and luxurious rental. All rooms are good sized, including the walk in closet. Mountain view is very nice, and you get a nice ocean view from the bedroom. A pleasant walk down the walking trail brings you to the beach, and along the way you can get to the on site restaurant, tennis courts, and outside BBQ's. The pool is a few steps from the unit. One thing to keep in mind if you have issues with stairs - you will need to go up a couple of flights of stairs, and you'll need to carry luggage up the stairs. We did not have a problem with that but if you have limitations this might be a concern. Extra nice touch of a complimentary bottle of wine.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean. Beautiful garden/mountain view from the spacious lanai. Appreciated all of the amenities, from fixings for coffee to chairs and towels for the beach. Liked having an assigned parking place near the unit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
