This Villa is absolutely gorgeous. The place was huge clean and stunning. Paola did some grocery shopping for us, set up a private chef and took care of all our transfers. I can’t wait to visit again. I highly recommend this Villa.

Amazing and tranquil place to stay

Grounds weee gorgeous, location was perfectly set between two small towns, rooms were clean with individual AC units which was PERFECT - water pressure was great, hostess was amazing and friendly . Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Florence - the entire group loved every inch of this property!!

Spectacular villa!!

Absolutely loved our stay! Stunning villa in stunning location! The property manager, Caroline, was always responsive and very helpful! We were so sorry to leave at the end our stay! Would highly recommend!!!

Family Vacation

Simply breathtaking! The villa was remarkable with all the amenities you could need. Tuscany should be a bucket list destination for everyone. Be sure to check out the Malanchini winery next door.

Tuscany Villa

There were 8 Adults at the villa. There was plenty of room. We even got lost in the villa a few times. lovely property very relaxing. beautifully appointed. Great location to explore wineries and other locations. Highly recommend. Caroline was easily available to assist with any questions and helped in a trip to the Emergency room as well!

Amazing villa

Our 13 family members (3-68) had the pleasure of staying here for 2 weeks. The house is very large and private. There was tons of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable. The grounds are like a small park, and the pool was great. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was comfortable for a couple cooks. Paola, the manager, is very helpful and quick to respond. Villa is in between 2 towns. Both had grocery stores, restaurants and playgrounds. We drove to Florence and parked in Parcheggio Beccaria - 20 minute drive. And a 20 minute walk to Duomo.

Amazing!!

The entire process, from booking the Villa to checking out was amazingly easy and smooth. We were greeted upon check-in at the Villa, and walked through the amazing property. There’s not enough adjectives in the world to describe this special place. So peaceful, it was almost like we were staying in a museum that was our home. The location was absolutely perfect to spend time in the Tuscan countryside, or go into Florence to be in the city. The local restaurants and little towns were fabulous to explore, the winery that is just down the road simply amazing. Each room was stunning, we sat in a different living area each night! The grand dining room was perfection, the kitchen is a dream, and each bedroom was better than the next! Lounging by the pool in such a serene location was a beautiful way to relax from traveling and sightseeing. I would recommend this to anybody! You really did feel like you were staying in a dream, and it was just that…a dream vacation at a dream property.

Villa La Toraicella near Florence

Two families with kids/teens stayed in July 2023 (total group size of 9). The villa is beautiful maintained as it dates back to the Renaissance era and it provides a Tuscan villa retreat experience very close to Florence with beautiful Tuscan views. The villa is very large with multiple sitting rooms and gathering space downstairs. Upstairs has bedrooms and more sitting space. The upstairs part has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the attic gathering spaces. Our group spent a lot of time in the pool area as we traveled during the hottest part of the Summer. The property host is very organized and quick to respond and is able to help coordinate most of your needs while staying: car service, private chef, take away food. She was also quick to respond with questions we had in how to use the kitchen equipment. Overall we had a great experience and wished we had more time or days to enjoy the villa during our short trip to Florence.

Tuscan Sun

Everything was in order and Caroline was most helpful with working through our unfamilar situations. We all knew it would be hot. Each home has ways to optimize cooling to bring the most comfort. T beyond he bedrooms were pleasant after the first night. All the rooms were exceptional and well decorated beyond our needed. The pool and surrounding area was perfect. The water was clean and refreshing. It was great to have towels provided as to bring your own would have added more luggage to drag around. The pool was a BIG help to cool down and have fun. The property is very large and would be wonderful to stay other times of the year to enjoyl each of the seasons. Thank you Caroline for making our stay so memorable.

Exceptional experience and prefect location

This was one of our favourite place's we have stayed in Europe! The property managers were very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. And we did have some challenges with one of our group that that had mobility issue and them needing some extra items to help them. The property managers had a wheelchair waiting for us when we arrived and sourced another item that was required within hours of us contacting them. If I am ever in the area again I would stay here in heart beat! Evenings by the pool with a glass of local wine was my favourite part of the stay here.

Everything and More!

The Villa exceeded all of our wishes and expectations. The house and grounds were stunning. Caroline arranged for fresh food deliveries and transportation allowing us to relax and enjoy the amenities of the villa, the sites of Florence and surrounding areas. She arranged for two lovely chefs to come and cook a delicious family meal and identified a nearby winery where we toured and tasted. This vacation that will provide us with glorious memories. I wish we could visit every year!

Superb large villa exquisitely furnished in tranquil grounds with large swimming pool

We booked this villa as a party of 10 as it was very close to Villa Medicea di Lilliano where our daughter was getting married. Before we arrived we had lots of questions which were answered very promptly and helpfully by Viola who manages the villa.When we arrived we were amazed by the size of the grounds and the panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. The infinity pool was very inviting with excellent facilities including a toilet, changing room ,a fridge/freezer., lots of seating/loungers/tables both shady and sunny.There are 3 huge lounges and an enormous dining room on the ground floor, which are beautifully furnished, much of it with an art nouveau theme. The antiques were complemented by a huge TV in one of the lounges with lots of very comfortable sofas.There was a huge dining table which would have seated at least 20 but we preferred to eat alfresco using the two large tables on the terrace.The large kitchen was very professionally equipped and has a huge range cooker, 2 dishwashers and a huge fridge freezer which made preparing our meals a real joy. We used all 7 bedrooms which were very comfortable and all air-conditioned, most with televisions There was 1 ensuite bathroom and 3 other bathrooms.We all loved staying in this villa, lounging by the pool in the day, and having long lazy dinners in the evening. The wedding venue was only 200m away and sold the wine and olive oil it produced. We really enjoyed a wine tasting there with a tour of the production areas including ancient cellars. The local town of Grassina has a good range of shops, but a car is really essential as it is a steep hill on the way back.We felt the photos of the villas did not do it justice, and we are pleased that the owners are commissioning better ones.We loved our stay here and its ambiance and excellent facilities , and really appreciated its convenience for the wedding-we could not have picked a better place to stay. The gardens looked across a valley to the wedding venue, so we were constantly reminded of the wonderful ceremony. Viola was very responsive to any request we had, without being intrusive.We were pleased to meet the owners towards the end of our stay which gave us a chance to thank them personally for providing us with such wonderful holiday accommodation.We and our guests would thoroughly recommend this villa. We have stayed in many villas over the years and this one is something very special.

Imperdibile!

4 giorni da sogno in una struttura incantevole nella campagna toscana, appena fuori Firenze Tutti i comfort: dalla piscina da sogno, allo splendido arredamento d’epoca, al campo da golf dell’Ugolino raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Bellissime le visite che facilmente abbiamo effettuato a Lucca, Siena e Pisa. Assolutamente da consigliare!!!!!!! Grazie Nicoletta …vecchia moderna signora d’altri tempi!!!!
