Everything about our stay was perfect for our family and 3 young children! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with amazing amenities and a perfect location. Cinzia was an incredible host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating, and truly special. She felt like family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and dream villa. We loved every minute and didn’t want to leave! We will be returning as soon as we can!!

A great Villa with plenty of space, the pool is quite large. Very relaxing, we wished we stayed longer to enjoy the Villa and see more of Tuscany.

Villa get away

Everything was as good or better as the pictures! Beautiful location and the villa was perfect. Cinzia was very helpful in getting us names of drivers and a chef.

This Villa is set on a gorgeous hillside overlooking the Tuscany hills. Every amenity is taken care of, the grounds, the pool, the bedrooms perfect. Very quiet location but easy access to Tuscany.

Epic vacation

The property was amazing. Cinzia could not have been a better host. The views are stunning. Dinners with chief patrizia were some of the best meals I’ve eaten. Can’t say enough about this awesome place.

Simply Beautiful!

The essence of Tuscany is captured in this gorgeous house and surroundings! It was the highlight of our Italy trip and simply put - heaven on earth! Cinzia is a wonderful host! Until next trip back to Tuscany! Grazie!!!

Nice property

This was a beautiful place and the host was nice. Hot tub did not work which was a big disappointment for us as it was chilly at night.

We loved every minute

Cinzia is a wonderful hostess and her property is lovely. She was very helpful and always answered our questions. The villa is gorgeous. The pictures don't really do it justice. We would love to stay there again. Our family (4 adults, 2 children) highly recommends this place for you vacation.

Like a dream

Cinzia is as wonderful as her beautiful home. My family enjoyed the breathtaking views and beautiful house. The only sounds you hear are of nature and the bells of an off distance church. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing place - 토스카니 최고의 집

Wonderful place to be in Tuscany - we enjoyed the large swimming pool, the tennis court at evening, the amazing view and the cook Patrizia. Many thanks to Cinzia, the owner she is there to make us feel home. Merci beaucoup. 좋은 시간 잘 지냈습니다.

Villa Cinzia - perfect house ... perfect holidays

We have joined Villa Cinzia in June 2017 and everything was perfect. The house, the garden and this fantastic pool are amazing. The near to Florence and the Tuscany Hills are also a big advantage. The owner of the house, Cinzia Masi, is very friendly and helpful! We need 10 years of visiting Tuscany to find the perfect property. Villa Cinzia will see us again!!

Can't Recommend Highly Enough

Where to start? The location, the ambiance, the pool, the kitchen (wonderful: both inside and out), al fresco dining, and, of course, the owner, Cinzia--she's just super! This villa has it all, peace and quiet, convenience, and all close to Florence and the towns of Tuscany. True gem! We loved it!

We spent a week in Chianti at Villa Mesi. The property, and the experience, were fantastic! The villa is private but close to the town of Grassina. The vila itself provided a great background for eating together, drinking wine, and catching up in an immensely relaxing and comfortable setting. The grounds and the pool (too cold to use in March), hot tub, and tennis court provided additional value. They were well maintained and used during our stay. There was an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven we did not take advantage of but enjoyed coffee each morning enjoying the lush grounds and admiring the sunrise over the Tuscan mountains. Cinzia was a lovely host and receptive to all of our needs. She greeted us on arrival and was available for any needs during the week. Her friend Patrizia prepared a remarkable, traditional Italian dinner, with local flare, for us in the Villa which was a highlight of the week. Beyond that the property is close to at least 20 incredible Tuscan villages with remarkable sites, food, and hospitality. We also visited several local vineyards including Antinori which was a great experience. We look forward to returning to Tuscany and Villa Cinzia in the future. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property to others!!!!

Villa fun!

Cinzia was the ultimate host. The property was beautiful and the photos don't do it justice! There was plenty of room for two families. We really enjoyed the use of the tennis court, and of course, the pool was spectacular. We had two fun nights with Chef Patrizia, making pizza and pasta.Amazing villa. we would go back!! Thanks you Cinzia!

Beyond expectations!

We had an incredible week at Cinzia’s villa. The property is spectacular and the pictures online do not do it justice. We spent as much time outside as we possibly could, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, soaking us the sun in the glorious swimming pool, playing tennis, and dining al fresco. Spacious rooms with AC in each and en suite bathrooms kept all guests very comfortable. Cinzia was an amazing host, and Duccio the driver and Patrizia the chef she recommended made our trip unforgettable.

Bellissimo!

Can’t say enough about this Villa! Wonderful stay. Wonderful and accommodating host. Beautiful grounds. Clean. Cozy. Just perfect. We were 6 adults and had an amazing time. Rooms were very spacious. We were lucky enough to hire Chef Patrizia and our driver Duccio, who were both gems! I wish we can take both of them back home with us! We look forward to coming back with our families hopefully sometime in the near future. Book this Villa, you won’t regret it!

Magical - staying at Cinzia's villa was like being in a movie or staying at a resort but with privacy. How often do you get to play tennis on your own court and with LIGHTS?! We spent early mornings and cool evenings in the relaxingly warm jacuzzi/hot tub. Some lounged under the cabana while others swam in the gorgeous pool large enough for lap swimming. The grounds and views are absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The house/beds/bathrooms/kitchen were comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room and privacy for 5 adults. We were delighted with the water pressure and hot water. Cinzia connected us with Chef Patrizia who conducted a hands on pasta making class resulting in the best lasagna we have ever tasted as well as ravioli & tagliatelle. On another evening she made pizzas in the outside pizza oven and we were treated to delicious pizzas and focaccia with varied toppings. She also set up and cleaned up while being friendly and funny. We had many of our meals outside at a family table under lights. Cinzia also connected us with Mario who was able to drive us to and fro many days and if he wasn't available, he quickly found us another driver. It was so nice not to have to worry about directions, locations or transportation. Mario is also an excellent driver who took us to Florence along a very scenic route. The villa is less than a mile walk to town where we found bakeries, cafes and groceries. Also a bus route. Cinzia was a good communicator as well. A experience

Picturesque Italian Countryside

Our stay at this picturesque estate in Grassina was a trip we’ll never forget. The house was a perfect setup and impeccably clean. We spent hours around the kitchen table with family talking and laughing. We chose this location because of its close proximity to Florence but found ourselves having a hard time venturing off the property because it was so peaceful. We did go into Florence for multiple dinners and took a quick train ride to Rome for a day. We would love to return in the summer to spend days by the amazing pool. Cinzia was an amazing host. Super helpful and responsive, 5 starts for sure!!

Amazing place - we will definitely book Cinzia’s house again, when we come back to Tuscany

We spent a great week at the house which just has everything. Fantastic and large pool with a kids pool / spa on the side, a nice garden, great terrace with really good views looking over Tuscany hills, a nice outer kitchen with everything you need including a pizza oven and it even has a tennis court. The house and kitchens are generally very well equipped. The location and the atmosphere are really good. Cinzia is really nice, and were doing everything for us so we could have a great week. We had the pizza party with very good food while the kids were also participating in making pizzas. All in all, this comes with a very high recommendation from us.

the most beautifull house we have ever rented

the villa cinzia is a quiet absolutely perfect holiday house in a typical toscana landscape with a large park,an olympic swimming pool which is cleaned every day.flowers everywhere,an outside dining area under umbrellas,a perfectly equipped grilling place. the house itself is cool,very tastfully furnished,large bedrooms,good beds,which is very important for a perfect relaxing holiday, the kitchen has everything you need even for family cooking. car park in the shadow,a very good slow food restaurant in grassina,which is very close to the house,also supermarkets. the lady owner of the house is extremely helpfull and friendly,she treats you like a family member in summary:this is the most beautifull house we have ever rented,it is a 5 star house,even 5 star plus!
