Typisk toscansk villa med enestående udsigt 8 sovepladser privat pool 12 x 6 m.

I am so pleased to hear that Kenneth and his guests loved Casa Cappella as much as we do. He has described it exactly as we see it and we are very happy to have shared it with them. I am glad he appreciated the size of the pool as that size was at my insistence. It's a real grown up pool with a shallow end with graduated steps for little ones and a deep end with a diving board for the more able and adventurous swimmers. Thank you so much Kenneth it was a pleasure to get to know you and I look forward to maybe hearing about future possible holidays that might bring you down our way!

Thank you for your appreciation of Casa Cappella. We always love hearing about how guests feel after staying here especially when we hear that they have really loved it as much as we do ourselves. Thank you!

Great description of Casa Cappella! It is in a truly remarkable setting and guests do tend to choose to spend most of their time by the pool eating, drinking and relaxing. Lovely to hear that our guests have had such a great experience and that they would happily recommend Casa Cappella to anyone.

So pleased to hear that Cath and her family enjoyed their stay at Casa Cappella and thank you to them for being great guests. Casa Cappella is. as described by Cath, a very peaceful and tranquil place but with easy access to all the places that are a must for visits when you are in Tuscany. Being available to guests for any questions they may have before their stay and at any time during their holiday is, in my opinion, an important role as a host. Also we are lucky to have Cristina, as our local contact, who can help out practically when needed.

A very belated thank you for such a positive review. Casa Cappella is indeed a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives and well worth the drive up the mountains to enjoy the incredible views from the villa and from the terrace.

I am so pleased that Lucy and her family had a great time at Casa Cappella. I am always delighted to hear from guests and glad that they appreciated having the inflatables provided. Fortunately the fabulous view can be seen from most locations in and around the villa but as Lucy rightly noted the terrace is a more enclosed area that comes into its own in the evenings. Lights on, Prosecco popped and some delicious italian food plus the view of the pool make it quite enchanting. I do provide detailed directions including photo views along the route and this usually makes the villa fairly easy to locate. I can think of nothing worse at the end of a long journey than having difficulty locating your destination! And the Esselunga supermarket is excellent.

I am always happy to hear that guests have enjoyed their stay at Casa Cappella. Thank you to Kara and her family. Arriving at Casa Cappella the view is the perfect reward after travelling. It has many different presentations. One of my favourites is the night view with the moon in the sky and all the lights in the valley twinkling below me. The large pool is always welcoming - especially great to come back to after a day out sight seeing. I consider it important as a host to make myself easily contactable for guests as any problems that arise can usually be resolved between myself and Cristina the housekeeper who lives nearby. We are in regular contact with each other throughout the rental season. Thank you to Kara for letting let us know that they were going to be late.

Thank you Christian for describing Casa Cappella as being in a 'Totally enchanting location'. Many guests and visitors have commented on the tranquillity and privacy of the location which, together with the far reaching views, all add up to offer a wonderful holiday experience. Thank you also Christian and Mira and all of your group for being lovely guests. You will be welcome back any time!

We are delighted to hear that Hannah and her family enjoyed their stay at Casa Cappella. The pool is in a beautiful setting and the views are indeed amazing. I will be out there myself next week and will certainly check on the bathroom walls as she mentioned they might need some attention. I appreciate any concerns being mentioned as we like to maintain the highest standards for all our guests.

Thank you for your lovely review Anne. I am so pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay. I take your point about a shower near the pool however there is a shower room just inside the back door which we usually go to after a swim in the pool. I am also glad that you appreciated the fact that Casa Cappella is in such a tranquil and private location. And I see from your photos that you enjoyed the amazing view!

I love that the guests have described Casa Cappella as a lovely relaxing house and happy that they obviously felt at home here. I am also pleased that they enjoyed the beautiful views that come from Casa Cappella being located on a mountainside. The 12x6 metres pool is in a beautiful position being behind the villa and completely private. The villa is surrounded by gardens together with its own olive groves and chestnut woods. Cristina, the housekeeper, enjoys meeting guests on arrival and is available to help out whenever she is needed.

The location of Casa Cappella is stunning with views that are far reaching and frequently admired. To ensure there are no problems with arriving at the property we send out detailed directions with the Guest Information Pack by Email which is received by guests a number of weeks before their departures. Photos of the advised route are included as well as detailed written directions. I am sorry that the guests appear not to have followed these directions on their first arrival but fortunately they discovered them later for themselves! I am glad to hear that they explored much of the surrounding areas but also enjoyed Casa Cappella as somewhere to spend time relaxing.

I was pleased that Andreas found the check in to be easy and that I had been helpful with information before their family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped as I enjoy cooking and try to make sure that everything that is needed is provided. Casa Cappella is a villa with historic origins that has been modernised without losing the character of a Tuscan country home.

I am so pleased that Cecelia and her family enjoyed staying at Casa Cappella. Cristina who is the housekeeper asked me to thank them for being such delightful guests. It is so amazing to see the incredible view when you arrive at the villa. As you drive up the hillside you keep wondering - will it be around the next corner? Then when you pull into the drive the whole view opens up before you. You walk through the villa and the back door opens out onto the terrace and then you see the pool - first there is a completely private terrace with comfortable seating and a dining area and then the steps down to the pool. The pool is not overlooked at all and has beautiful planting all around three sides. Casa Cappella has been described as an oasis of calm whilst still being within reasonable driving distances of Pisa, Florence, the Cinque Terre and not forgetting Lucca which is almost Florence in miniature with all its historical buildings, cathedral, churches and so many restaurants to choose from! All this is within a drive of less than half an hour from the villa. What’s not to love about it?!!!

Thank you for your review and I am delighted to hear that you had a great time. Casa Cappella is in such a unique location giving complete privacy and so much fun for both adults and children with the pool and plenty of areas to explore. I would be happy to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you to Fabian and family for the lovely review describing Casa Cappella as a little paradise. It is indeed a lovely peaceful place where you can feel fully relaxed in a completely secluded setting. On arriving at Casa Cappella you really appreciate that the location and setting of the villa make it quite unique. I am delighted to hear that the family appreciated the care given to them by myself, Cristina and Alessandro and we would happily host them again if they wished to return.
