Dette Keauhou Akahi ejerlejlighed med smuk flot havudsigt udsigt den nyligt genopstået Akahi swimmingpool og 9. tee af den berømte Kona Country Club Golf Course. Indkvarteret med fladskærms-HD kabel-tv, højhastigheds-internet, Tempur-Pedic king-size mester seng, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, opvaskemaskine, badekar, bruser, ekstra murphy seng med dronning madras, loft fans og Lanai våde bar. Med en rummelig balkon og opholdsstue der er rigeligt plads til at underholde eller bare slappe af og geare ned. Vågn op om morgenen til de seværdigheder og lyde af outrigger kano klubber praktiserer for det næste løb, og give vores smukke solnedgange at tage din ånde væk. Måske vil du få øje på hvaler cruising offshore eller en pod af delfiner svømme forbi. Bekvemt beliggende nær Keauhou indkøbscenter med dagligvarer, shopping og biografer til rådighed.
Den Kona Country Club golfbane er nu åben også for din conveniance! Meget tæt på denne ejendom!
Amici Vista Italian Restaurant på Kona Country Club er åben til frokost og middag, og ligger en kort gåtur fra lejligheden! .. Du kan bestille din middag på prisbelønnet kok Sam Choys nye restaurant Kai Lana mindre end en kilometer væk. Du vil føle sig helt afslappet med alt hvad du har brug for i denne fuldt udstyrede ejerlejlighed.
Ejerne af Unit # 210 konsekvent foretager ændringer for at sikre egenskaberne fysisk integritet opretholdes. I marts 2018 er møblerne i stuen og spisestuen blevet restaureret og nye, mere komfortable og lysere farvede puder tilføjet. De tilføjede også nye fans.
Spisestuen har en ny granit toppede halvø og lys samt!
Alle de gamle lanai møbler er blevet fjernet og erstattet med et lille bord med 4 stole og to nye chaiselonger!

The communication from the property management was very helpful. They were also very prompt to answer any questions. The condo was perfect for our needs. We attended a wedding at the nearby Outrigger resort which was a five minute walk. The condo had a spacious master bedroom with bath. The second bed was a murphy bed in the common area which had a folding wall for privacy. The condo was well equipped with a full kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Be aware that this condo requires the ability to climb stairs to the top floor. There is no elevator. The best part of the stay was enjoying the spectacular views from the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular view

This is a great property if you want to be in this area of the big island. View is stunning. We pretty much lived on the lanai. Whale watching and golf course watching. A few minor flaws but overall a great condo

Delightful Stay in Kailua-Kona (South)

Located just South of town. Convenient access off main highway. Top floor, great view. Four-building complex. Large living space including dining and living area. King bedroom and Murphy bed felt like 2nd BR. Overall Clean and well decorated. Attractive outdoor lanai with cooking grill and sink. Completely furnished kitchen and two bathrooms. Also, beach chairs and towels were a great addition. Full laundry was convenient, too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent a wonderful week here and highly recommend staying here. We came for a vacation full of relaxation with little on the agenda, and this was the perfect place to hang out, mix cocktails, and cook many of our dinners at home while enjoying them on the lanai and watching the incredible sunsets. It’s also a short drive to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and sights if that’s more your thing. We also appreciated the eclectic collection of books, CDs and DVDs (when’s the last time you listened to Boyz II Men, I ask? Not recently enough, is the only right answer). The condo and grounds were all well-maintained and peaceful, and this felt like staying in a friend’s home rather than an impersonal hotel room. Two happy thumbs up!

Adorable with Amazing Views

We loved staying at this property. The value of this property was outstanding. Compared to the hotels in town, we paid about half the price for on of the best ocean views in the Keauhou area. As per other reviews, yes, there is road noise from Ali'i from people commuting from South Kona, and yes, it is a top floor unit so you have stairs. If climbing stairs to a top floor unit and road noise are going to bother you, then this amazing little gem may not be for you. However, we loved our little bird nest above the pool. Total privacy on the lanai, and the murphy bed with the privacy screen around it was a great fit for our family of 4 to get a phenomenal condo at a great price. The condo was peaceful as it had mostly local residents and very few vacation rentals. Please be respectful of the permanent residents if you choose to book this unit, tourist life is a lot more busy than local life. This condo is also an older condo than some of the other condos, but for us, that only made its charm even more appealing. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Ocean Views

The stairs are a good reminder to be mindful, to not overpack (there's laundry in the unit), and to be grateful you can still do the stairs! The condo had what we needed to cook our meals, eat them comfortably, and do the dishes. the owners have thoughtfully provided A/C which wasn't necessarily needed every night - but was sure appreciated when needed. Comfortable beds - including the murphy bed with handy screens for making a private space at night. Clean, comfortable and easy to be there. You cannot beat the ocean view. It's so lovely to watch it, and the golfers on the 9th hole of the Kona Country Club teeing off. Friendly, quiet place. Nice pool. Easy to walk down to several beaches and to the boat harbor. There's a fun weekly farmers market with food, crafts and music at the Outrigger down the road. Easy access to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and to golf. We really enjoyed the place. Best View at Keauhou Akahi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third unit at Keauhou Akahi that we have stayed in, and it was by far our favourite. Out of the four buildings at Akahi, this building sits further back, giving this particular top floor unit the best view of the entire complex. Yes, there are lots of stairs, but it didn't bother us. It is very tastefully decorated with a blend of modern and traditional Hawaiian décor. It was super clean. It didn’t come with any spices or supplies in the kitchen but was otherwise very well equipped. They supply a roll of toilet paper and some hotel sized toiletries in each bathroom, but if you are staying for any length of time, you will need to bring your own. The management company sent us the odd text to check in on us which was convenient since we had a small issue with the toilet in one of the bathrooms. They promptly sent a repairman over to fix it. The location isn’t in town and about a mile walk to the closest shopping centre. I knew this and personally like the location of this complex, as it is conveniently located between Historic Kailua town, coffee country and the wonderful snorkeling at Honaunau. We will be visiting Kona again next year and will try to book this same condo.

Lovely Keauhou Location!

I simply love this quiet, small condo complex. I’ve stayed in this complex many times. Such a lovely unit with great views. There’s a very private swimming pool, and you’re close to a Wednesday farmers’ market, grocery and drug store. I highly recommend breakfast nearby at the Kona Country Club. Just a perfect location!

Awesome place to stay awhile, Knutson service is excellent.

I stayed for 2 months and really enjoyed it! The location is excellent and the unit is well situated, very private with great views. I loved walking down to the farmers market and Keauhou bay. Knutson staff are all very helpful!
