Perfect Spot

This was our second time staying at Las Olas and loved it just as much as before! The views are beautiful and the host was great!

Beautiful and relaxing

The condo is located in a lovely spot with incredible sunrise balcony views of the ocean. It is spacious and clean and we loved the location.

Great location for surfers and beach lovers!

Great spot right in front of a few surf breaks, and, right down the beach is a fun outdoor restaurant called Zippers. The complex is well maintained and has everything you could want. We would go back!

Great spot!

We had a great time staying here at the condo. Beds were super comfortable and the noise wasn’t an issue - we used the noise makers just in case. The beach was awesome and we ate most of our meals at Pescadero Break. Ubers were reliable and easy.

Great view and access to Sea of Cortex

Spacious condo for 6 adults. Enjoyed our stay in San Jose and appreciated prompt response from Dana with our requests Traffic noise was somewhat loud at times

Nice condo, great beach

Nice condo, great beach. I didn't really like that it was very close to the expressway. A little loud at night. Loved that it was a swimmable beach, but wear water shoes, there are some rocks. Overall a great condo and a great stay.

Beautiful location

Our quick trip to San Jose del Cabo was fantastic in this large beach front condo. It is right off the highway, but between the incredible views, ocean waves and sound machines in each bedroom the noise was barely noticeable. The hosts were quick and communicative. The welcome drinks were a welcome sight! Will definitely plan to come back.

Beautiful Unit & Views

We visit this beach several times a year and Las Olas is the best condo complex on the beach. 180 degree ocean views, bright and sunny corner unit. Will be back soon!

Cozy cabin

This cabin was darling. Lisa spent time with details. There was something for everyone to do! Kids loved playing games. I was able to relax with some hot tea and a great book. The trip was very relaxing. The beds are super comfortable and had a great nights sleep.

Loved it here!

We truly enjoyed our stay! So nice they left beers and mineral water for our arrival. Great beach you can snorkel, swim or surf right out front! The pool and hottub were lovely and clean as well, and the beach loungers were great. The road was very noisy at night from the bedrooms- bring ear plugs- but they also provided noise machines to drown it out if you like that. We would stay again!

Views! Pool! Surf breaks!

This property’s location couldn’t be more incredible! A couple of the surf breaks are visible from the condo, and it almost feels like you’re on a cruise ship or swomrhjnf when sitting on the couch in the living room! The access to the beach is amazing, just a few steps from the property, and the pool and hot tubs are great. We really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable in the condo and any needs that we had were met right away. Thanks for letting us share the fun of your awesome place Dana, and we are hoping to be back!

Perfect Cabo Vacation

We had a lovely time at Las Olas. The property was exactly as described in the listing and photos. We had a gorgeous view of the beach and the ocean. We enjoyed watching the surfers. We even gave surfing a try. The pool and hot tub were great. We walked for miles down the beach and also enjoyed hiking up the nearby canyon to find a waterfall. The restaurants on the beach nearby were convenient and tasty. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions and had great recommendations. Our time couldn’t have been better. We are sad to go!

Cabo Surf trip 2023

Very nice place. The view is spectacular. The Condo is really nice and comfortable. We felt the the place looked a little tired and could use some upgrades in the quality of the cabinetry and furnishings considering what they are charging in comparison to other places we've stayed. There were some issues with the sliding doors and windows, which were partially resolved. The Barbecue didn't work, but they fixed it when we informed them. The unit needs a garbage disposal and it would be great if the TV would have cable or Satellite and not just Streaming. Really just minor things that with a little TLC the place could easily be 5 Star. The Host was fantastic. They were pleasant, responsive and tried to accommodate our needs as much as possible. We would definitely stay there again.

Surfs Up!

Excellent location. Very nice time with locals beachside and food at walking distance. A great place to relax. The view from the balconies is breathtaking!

Beautiful views! BAD road noise!

The views were stupendous! I mean really great! Took two stars off for road noise. Location of property sits right on the bend of a highway so your constantly hearing the hydraulics of semi’s braking and it’s extremely loud during the day. They do provide noise machine for bedrooms to help with the noise when your sleeping. But the trade off is the beautiful views on back side of condo. Hard to beat!

As you are aware and experienced first hand, we take seriously our commitment to every guest having a 5-star experience. Even after helping to arrange transportation, helping to arrange your COVID test, and making ourselves available 24/7 to answer questions, we are sorry and disappointed that you didn’t feel like a 5-star review was earned. Also, as you stated, we provide noise machines to assist with the noise caused by the highway, so we are trying to provide a helpful tool for something that is completely out of our control. Like you said, we have the best views in all of Las Olas, and most guests do not notice the road noise during the day as most are enjoying the beautiful beach and relaxing by the pool. If you plan on returning to Cabo or San Jose del Cabo sometime in the future, please take into consideration that every beachfront resort and condo backs the highway.

Great location, beautiful view

We had a great time! The condo was perfect for us. Ricky the property manager was ready to help if needed and easy to communicate with. It's a great setting for ocean view and surfing. We plan to come again!

Amazing vacation destination

Las Olas was amazing . Perfect views, great surfing, fun with the kids. The property was great! Everything was as expected and great communication with property management. We will definetly be coming back!

Great place--a little road noise

Place was great and well-appointed. We appreciated the surf racks and soft top in locker. The staff were very helpful and quickly sorted through any requests we had. The trade-off for the great view (5th floor)and balcony on this side of the complex is the road noise, which is a minor nuisance.
