We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - After hearing your feedback we followed up with our cleaning service to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. In addition, the comforters are quality comforters but are slightly thinner to ensure they can be cleaned and ready for the next incoming guests. - We followed up with our maintenance team and have replaced all light bulbs, We're truly sorry this happened during your stay. From the Owner: I am not sure about any smell that would be in the condo. We did get a new couch with a sleeper delivered recently but I don’t know why that would cause a sour smell. Our cleaning team will be performing a deep clean on the next visit to ensure all odors and dust/mold is taken care of. As for the TVs, this is the first we have heard that they are difficult to use. We will definitely take a look on our next visit to troubleshoot this issue. Also, the closet door does come off the track, so we will be getting that fixed ASAP. Kitchen items are difficult to keep track of since our place is so heavily booked. We will get an assessment next time we are down there and replace/add items that have been overused or are no longer there.

Additionally, we're implementing more rigorous checks with our cleaning team to prevent this from happening in the future.-Our maintenance team has been notified to prioritize the repair of the exposed nails from the trim. -We apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. Old food, stains on the sleeper sofa and pack n play mattress, and disorganized spare bedding are not up to our standards. We have addressed these concerns by replacing the affected items, improving our cleaning protocols, and ensuring that all linens are inspected and properly organized.
