Most Amazing Vacation Ever

This beautiful and quiet home is simply the best property we've rented in Santa Barbara. The location on the Mesa is close to everything and the spectacular views of the city and mountains are incredible. The home was outfitted with every amenity you could possibly need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We just loved every minute of our stay!

The best house ever is a dream !!

The house and view is amazing !!, the decor, mattress, everything at the house, everthing is better than any 5 star hotel. When something needed repair it took less than 8 hours snd it was solve. The living room, rooms, kitchen is cozy, and perfect. Feels like a home, with everything you need … the best vacation rental i have ever stayed. I just dream to be back, thank you

Book now, because I am coming back!

The pictures do not do Mira Vista Retreat justice. This hilltop house above Mesa overlooks the entirety of downtown Santa Barbara and, if you walk around the 4 acre working avocado grove on the premises, the Pacific Ocean. As mentioned, the property is somewhat of a working agriturismo with avocados, oranges, lemons and mint surrounding the home, and will see gardeners periodically. Yet despite its size, it is only a 6 minute drive from State Street and all the restaurants and bars downtown Santa Barbara has to offer. The home is incredibly quiet, full of light, has high ceilings, an excellent open concept and offers every amenity you may need to make for a comfortable and memorable stay with your family. There is a chef's kitchen, two washer/dryers, and a basement home theatre with stadium seating not included in the photos. Hot tub and outdoor fireplace for cool nights, built-in grill for al fresco dining. There were days where all we wanted to do was crack open a bottle of wine and watch the colors of the distant mountain range change as the sun set from behind us. We stayed in this house for just over a month and couldn't be happier with the amenities. This truly felt like home to us. The property managers, Jennet, Stephanie and Jason were always available to address our needs and quick to resolve any issues we encountered. They were genuinely interested in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay - and we did. Hats off to them. If you are balancing this with another property, know that you cant beat the location, you cant beat the views, and the service was perfection. Don't even bother reviewing another listing, you've made your choice.

Mira Vista exceeds expectations!

My husband and I hosted 3 other couples who are friends from TX, NY, & AZ. Mira Vista was the perfect setting for our reunion. The location in the Mesa overlooking Santa Barbara is breathtaking. The home is lovely... well appointed for a group to share common areas as well as king or queen bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining inside and out. We had a fabulous local chef come in the first night...made for a wonderful, relaxing evening. Massages for all the next day at Mira Vista was also a highlight. Much of our time was spent outside enjoying the natural beauty around us. Santa Barbara & Montecito are both charming, offering great restaurants and specialty shops. We will definitely return to Mira Vista or one of the other properties offered by Invited Home. Of all the sites that I researched, Invited Home is the most professional and has personnel who are both knowledgeable and accommodating.

Absolutely Amazing

When my girlfriends and I pulled up into driveway and hopped out of the car, we started jumping up and down like we were 13 years old and going to our first dance. The views are incredible and the layout of the house is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I was here with my daughters, sister and closest friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. The location is perfect and close to everything. We rode our bikes all the way to Montecito for lunch one day. The outdoor fireplace was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The linens on the beds were some of the most coziest I've ever slept in, it was hard to get out of bed. The only thing that was a drag was the theatre room, we couldn't get the projector to work. (this part of the house needs a little updating), but it wasn't that big of a deal because the tv in the family room is plenty big. I will recommend this place and will definitely book again.
