What a beautiful slice of paradise! The home is stunning. The fishing is phenomenal! The dolphin watching right from the dock is impeccable!

House was great for our girls trip. The living room was very cold but the air did not reach the rest of the house. House needs a little TLC but was perfect for our needs. The screen was not keeping the noseeums and mosquitoes out of the pool. It was convenient for fishing and watching the wildlife but the mosquitoes ruined it we would have love to sit on the boat deck and watch the wildlife. The house itself it worth staying at just the mosquitoes were a huge issue.

Property exceeded our expectations. Fishing, pool swimming, just eating every meal outside. My husband said best vacation ever!!! We want to return. Great experience with rental agency.

The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was lovely and the river behind allowed us to enjoy the wildlife and the beauty of nature. The house was very clean and well equipped, well laid out, and perfect for our family.
Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space with and excellent view!

Lovely house in a great position

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this property, we have enjoyed it so much that we have booked for a month next year, the fishing is good, pool lovely and warm, the house has everything you need for a great holiday. So lovely to sit in the morning and watch the Dolphins swimming in the bay.

Lovely Stay

The house was lovely, it had everything we needed, nice and clean, lovely warm swimming pool and lovely lanai. Fishing was excellent and nice to see dolphins swimming past. We would recommend this house and hope to be back soon.

Perfect

Working on Marco Island for a week with a small crew. We often get a house instead of hotels and this one was the best we have ever rented. Great location, really nice house, best equipped kitchen ever. All we can say is Fantastic stay

My only complaint was the bugs (ants and roaches) and difficulty with hot water at times but honestly it didn't bring the value down. We really enjoyed our time and the house was perfect for our needs. Thank you.

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is ideal . The pool was nice . The house was not clean, the refrigerator was full of food stains, there was layers of grease stains on and surrounding the stove area, this was the first time I had to buy cleaning products to clean the house before use as there was no disinfectants provided . The windows are full of mold and algae . There is a lot of water damage on the inside obviously from being flooded from the hurricane. The lower inside of the doors are rotting and warped, this would be an ideal stay if the property was maintained and cleaned properly . The property management company was great to work with as we had no air conditioning and they took action immediately to remedy the issue . For the cost of the rental, I was disappointed in the condition and cleanliness .

A big disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We based our decision on the rental property according to the previous review and pictures. Yes, exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful home, all the features, gas grill, private pool and fishing. Everything was fine until we decided to grill. It was so rusted out it could barely stand on its own. Hoping our steaks would be done before it collapsed on the floor. Then it was time for a nice relaxing swim. That is the biggest negative. The pool did NOT have a hand rail to get in/out as the photos show. No problem if you don't have any knee issues. I literally had to crawl on my hands and knees to get in and exit the pool. Not only dangerous, but painful. This property should have a SPECIAL notice to ALL guests: Any knee or bending issues this property is NOT for YOU!!! One episode of that experience was enough. This was on day 1. So that left fishing which amounted to cat fish and watch a few dolphins swim by. Not impressed and very disappointed in the misrepresentation presented in the description and photos. It's not like you can drive up and look at everything before you pay your rental charge. Everything is due up front and we feel we were deeply taken advantage of. What is vacation for other than rent a very beautiful home with all the amenities.

Our morning sunrises were spectacular, especially when we saw several dolphin!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Both bathrooms were newly remodeled and gorgeous. Master bed was very comfortable. The management company was wonderful! The check in/out and our other communications were great. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect and Relaxing!

Furniture was perfect too - nice big couch where the four of us could sit and not be cramped. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. Pool toys, fishing poles and beach chairs were in the garage. Area is very quiet and what a view from the back! We fished off the dock every day. Didn't catch anything to brag about but it was still a great time. The pool is very nice too. We got a kick out of feeding the iguanas out back. They love apples. Any place we wanted to go on the Island was about a 5-10 minute drive. If you stay here, you have to drive to the Crabby Lady Restaurant in Goodland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning on staying there again!

Another Wonderful Vacation in Marco Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have booked through Marco Island Vacation Properties many times and have nothing but praise for their service. Similarly, we have stayed in the property on Starfish Court many times and love it's position. Waking up every morning and watching the beautiful sunrise is wonderful, but it's the nature we love the most. We saw dolphins, rays, ospreys, iguanas, myriads of fish and for the first time, a small black tip reef shark. The only negative is that the property is looking very tired and desperately needs some TLC.
