Great Beach Vacation

The rental was in great shape and in a perfect location facing the pool, a short 5 minute walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from downtown Port A. Would definitely recommend for a couples trip.

Great Condo / Awful Sofa Bed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. Very clean and well stocked. Close to the beach. My only complaint was the sofa bed was awful. If you are only using the bed in the bedroom, the property is great. If you also need to use the sofa bed, you might to consider somewhere else to stay.

Comfortable Condo

Nice condo that worked for us. Bed is comfortable. Updated appliances, pleanty of room. Liked the large kitchen Island. AC will freeze you out if you set it too low at night. TV in living and bedroom. All in all we would stay here again while in Port A.

Fantastic location and super clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint is that the window by the bed is right next to the light outside which made it too bright to sleep and the smoke detector needed a battery change so it kept beeping. Other than that, fantastic!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent three days enjoying the sights in Port A including some birding. The rental was very nice and close to the beach and town. One suggestion we would make is put blackout curtains in the bedroom. The security lights outside were an annoyance.

Sunrise Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved the place but there is an urgent need to place curtains on the bedroom window! The security light keeps the room lit up and makes it nearly impossible to sleep. We would book this again next year if curtains are installed.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in these condos (last time we rented a different unit), and I really like the location. We rented bikes for the weekend and biked all over the island & beaches, only using our car at night. Although this is an older building, the unit has been updated and looked nice. Good layout, abundant storage, very large shower and a washer/dryer made this a comfortable & relaxing place to spend our long weekend in Port A.

Very disappointing stay

We had no silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, or rug or mat outside of shower. Management did bring most of these items halfway through our trip. The windows to the bedroom should have room darkening shades due to the security light outside the window. Very underwhelming experience.

Return Stay in Sunrise Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: @nd stay in this particular unit. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent--very easy to reach the beach. Two maintenance issues this time, 1)Bedroom AC makes an incredible amount of noise at times--so much so that I had to go into the living room to sleep and close the door to the bedroom--it seems like the ac may be going out, and 2)the bed made a very loud creaking noise--almost like something was broken unde rthe mattress.

Wonderful Anniversary Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 25th anniversary and we honeymooned in one of these condos. We wanted to come back to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed being here. We experienced only 2 issues: 1 there was no carafe to the coffee pot and 2. the light outside the front of the condo lights up the room at night and made it like daytime when we were trying to sleep. On the second night we hung the blanket over the windows and that helped. Over all it was a great experience and were so happy to be there! Thank you!!

Sunrise Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend the sunrise villas for following reasons:-there is no curtain on main bedroom window and the light outside SHINES directly into room super bright -the outdoor little area was FULL of ants, we couldn’t even sit down outside -there was a cockroach in what used to be the laundry room- microwave didn’t work and nobody showed up to fix it when we called - one of the condo has a baby monitor camera on their patio facing the pool which was so creeeepy!!!!

Clean and comfy property that was an easy little walk to the beach, with access to a cozy pool steps outside our door. We slept well, felt comfortable in the space, and we were close to local restaurants when we wanted to dine out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
