Great little spot for a family getaway!

My family of 4 (myself, husband, and 2 kids) had a wonderful time. We are familiar with Abbey Springs and love the resort, and having our own space was wonderful. It was really nice to be able to use the golf cart to get around to the pool and beach, and Chuck was an excellent host providing towels, comfortable bedding, and even a little basket with some goodies for our arrival! We had a little issue with check-in instructions from VRBO, but he was responsive and helped resolve it right away. We would love to stay here again.

Lake Geneva

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay and enjoy all that the Lake Geneva area has to offer, this condo is it! We stayed here in late October and it was PERFECT! The owners are responsive and accommodating. They even left a welcome basket of goodies and wine for us to enjoy upon our arrival which reflects the emphasis they place on ensuring you have a wonderful time & feel at home while staying in their lovely condo. The condo is well appointed and spotless, and near all the top spots in Lake Geneva and a very short walk or 5 minute golf cart ride to the property's own private beach with direct access to the lovely Lake Geneva Lakeshore path. The condo is located within a gated community and we liked knowing that there was a mix of visitors like ourselves as well as families who had full time homes within the property grounds. We took advantage of the complimentary golf cart parked right outside our door to explore the property and the utilized the complimentary gym daily located on the property. Fall in Lake Geneva is magical! I highly recommend you visit and stay at this wonderful condo and take advantage of the owner's gracious hospitality. We are looking forward to returning next year and staying in this lovely property.

Chuck was a great host and the condo was clean and the neighborhood was amazing. Golf cart was a major plus. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The quaint condo is immaculate! The golf cart was a huge plus and the amenities are terrific. Chuck’s welcome wine and goody basket was so kind. Truly a Super Host who offers spices, starter coffee, kitchen cooking supplies and even a bowl for our dog! Thank you…we made some fun memories.

Good but not great

Everything with the house and location was great, but the security is very strict/rude. This location is not very pet friendly. You will be very closely monitored to make sure you appease the HOA. There is a ring camera.

Lovely condo in Abby Springs. It was our first visit and we enjoyed it greatly. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The owner was very responsive and we had all the information we needed for a great weekend.

Cozy quiet condo

My husband and I had a great stay at this rental! The condo was well appointed with thoughtful things like electronics chargers on the night stands, hand sanitizer and tissues as well as air purifiers. The host even had a large snack basket on the counter when we arrived which we really appreciated after a long drive. The location was on a quiet street and the area is beautiful. We travelled in late October and the leaves were gorgeous. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Grest Getaway

Great location. Close to lake Geneva. But less crowded than the main resort hotel. The golf cart included in the rental was a plus. A great way to get around and to drive around the property.

Abbey Springs Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was clean and well maintained. Lots to do at the resort for family and children. We especially enjoyed fishing off the pier and golf cart ride.

Great Abbey Springs vacation!

We stayed in Abbey Springs for the 1st time ever and just fell in love with the community, area, amenities! We will absolutely be back. Great Getaway

We had our family stay for a short week. The place is clean, quiet, and very close to all of the amenities of Abbey Springs. We really enjoyed the two pools and the beach. Highly recommend this unit.

Nice little getaway

Wonderful Condo

We had a great time staying here at Abby Springs. The condo was extremely clean, and the check in process was very easy. Chuck was responsive, and reached out prior to our stay to see if we had questions and to provide detailed information for our stay. The condo was kid friendly, and provide a pack and play, kids life jackets, silverware etc. we would highly recommend staying here and will be back.

Excellent getaway

This was the perfect way our family likes to vacation. The property gave us a home base for our stay where we could cook some of our meals and have a clean nice comfortable stay. All of the amenities of Abby Springs were easy to access on the provided golf cart. The host provided all the information we needed upfront so we didn't even need to reach out for anything during our stay. Everything was well handled and went great.

Everything was great! Perfect little getaway with family. Everything we needed was there for us in the lake house with easy access to the pool and nearby restaurants.

Abbey Springs is one of the Midwest most highly rated family resorts.
We have vacationed and owned property in Lake Geneva for 18 years. We currently own a 2 bd. 1 bath 1000 sq. ft condo.. We recently remodeled the bedrooms and purchased new king size master bedroom furniture. and replaced the bunk beds w a queen bed. Available to rent for a weekend, week or month . This property has undergone a complete renovation and is available for Summer Autumn/ 2023 rentals. (But filling up fast)

Our children and granddaughters enjoy the resort atmosphere where there is always something to do. Bands on weekends, Club sponsored cookouts, and Smore's parties. There's always something going on in Abbey Springs. And you can walk or take your golf carts to go anywhere on the property. We love the option to cook in our kitchen, grill on the Weber or take the golf cart (included ) to one of the three Abbey Springs restaurants. These town homes were beautifully designed and decorated for our family and provide the Lake feel that only Historic Lake Geneva offers. Our home offers a short walk to the clubhouse or take the golf cart. Enjoy!!!

* 601 Country Club Dr is a smaller value (without sacrificing quality) priced condo rental (1000 sq. ft) on one level. Decorated with a comfortable lake feel. The kids love the nightly visits from the deer which are prevalent in the area. It offers 2 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen w island, living and dining area. Outdoor deck with grill and seating,. a fire-pit, two plasma TV's and DVD player, board games, golf cart Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach toys. And best of all it has full access for you and your guests to all the amenities Abbey Springs has to offer. Please read the reviews.

As a guest you and your group or family will enjoy all the benefits of being an Abbey Springs full access member. Starting with the 250 feet of beach, w large sand hill for the kids to conquer. A beachfront picnic area w grills and a playground Lifeguard protected swim and beach area w diving rafts. The adjacent Yacht Club hosts the main dining room and bar w an elegant menu and 270 degree view of the lake. It's open nightly for dinner w entertainment weekends and Holidays. "Below Deck" is an outdoor lakefront grille offering a complete selection of grilled favorites from 8oz burgers, brats, chicken, shrimp and fish Tacos' to exotic drinks. ice cream and more. Feeling competitive there's 2 groomed Bocce Courts, pickleball, tennis, a basketball court and sand Volleyball. Or enjoy the beachfront yoga. The10 million dollar club renovation has a cabana lined outdoor pool w kidde pool, 4 clay tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, pro shop and the Abbey's third restaurant overlooking the golf course, putting green and driving range.
