Spacious place with two balconies and washer/dryer. Close to Poipu Beach and Hyatt.Two unheated pool locations (one with hot tub). Unfortunate they add 200 credit card processing fees.

Perfect Condo on Kauai

5 min walk to Poipu beach. Short distance to great restaurants and activities in Poipu. Condo had everything we needed for our week long stay: beach gear, towels, cooking, bedding, pool and tennis access. Would recommend staying here for your next trip to Kauai on the sunny side of Poipu. Can't wait to return soon. Aloha

Great stay!

I had a wonderful time staying here with my husband and son (1 year old). The property was lovely, the condo was spacious and airy. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. It was a very close walk to Poipu Beach which is an awesome beachfor little ones (and big ones alike). There is only a/c in the bedroom, but that is the only place it was needed as the unit had great circulation. We will definitely return next time we are in Kauai.

This place was awesome. It had everything we wanted/needed. Great location, super easy walk (4min) to the beach. And thats with small kids. The unit came with beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Great views, close easy designated parking. Grocery store, Longs, Dinning, Fruit stands and farmers market within a 5min drive. We will definately be back. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Great unit, some small challenges.

The unit is undersold as far as location, views of the water and design. Two balconies allow for sun free seating on one or both balconies during the course of the day, pool is steps away, nice views of the ocean in the distance, lovely grounds, cool louvered screens on all windows allow for a lovely breeze. We didn’t need AC and enjoyed the unit at all times of day. The bed is a bit firm but we got used to it. There was nothing in terms of seasonings, oils, spices, etc. Not even a coffee filter. We laughed at the short supply of toilet paper, the tiny bottle of dish soap and the single wash box of detergent that was provided considering that we stayed for 8 days. If you don’t mind picking those type of things up for your stay, this is a great choice. The carpets a a bit dirty looking but I suspect that is because of sand, clay, lotions, etc.. I would come back to this unit for all of the positives because they out weigh the shortcomings by a long shot.

The property was in an excellent location and the staff at check in were helpful and friendly. My only complaints would be that the bed was a bit stiff, the hot water only lasted a few minutes while showering and the washing machine spin cycle was super loud and obnoxious. I would recommend this unit to others and overall was pleased with our stay. Thank you

The water heater size is standard fit from the association. our maintenance crew will check the washer and dryer to make sure it works for the future guests. Poipu condo

Carpet was quite dirty. Tile floors would be easier to maintain. Dishes were a mix of many types and no complete sets of anything, all different sizes and shapes. Cutlery was awful. Other than that it was a great condo, quite modern, great location and we would definitely recommend it.

Poipu Condo

Very nice place, but....... Only A/C was in the bedroom.. we knew this was the case going in, but....... It got very warm everyday and did not cool down till late late nights... We we're concerned about this but were told it would be around 70 and 80 degrees. It felt like a sauna until it finally cooled down. So we tried not to come back till later at nights. The views were ok, can't really see the ocean, maybe like 10% at most... Too many trees blocking the beautiful view it may have had in the past.... Still, a very good location and a nice place with these exceptions. This place would be almost perfect if there is air conditioning for the whole unit, not just the bedroom!

Nice spacious condo

We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious condo. We had two kids staying on the foldout and even with the sofa converted into a bed there was still plenty of space for them to run around. We didn’t need to use the AC while we were there, but the abundance of ceiling fans were nice.

Beautiful location, great property

Overall, this condo is a great place to stay for vacation. It's very comfortable and well furnished. Inside, it was very clean. The only drawback is that the patio furniture was dirty, so we didn't use it. Otherwise, this condo is wonderful, and I would stay here again.

Beautiful day friendly.

Absolutely beautiful! Was like something off of a movie. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the restroom in our condo didn’t smell as clean as it looked. I took some cleaning products to it myself. We would give them a second chance though.

Love love love!

Kauai was our last stop for our honeymoon, and boy am I glad we booked this place! In all our years of visiting Hawaii, this has BY FAR been my favorite place to stay. There was wine waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, and the front desk people were so nice at check in. The suite itself was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the two patios, and the view from the bedroom was so pretty in the palm trees. It's a super short walk down to Poipu beach, which was so nice for sunrise/sunset after a busy day exploring the island. It was the perfect place to stay! Cant wait to come back :)

This is a wonderful apartment. Loved being on the second floor, overlooking a foot path rather than a road. The breezes came through the louvered windows; there was no need for air conditioning. Rooms were spacious; the views from every window were lovely.Two lanai seems a great luxury. A closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas etc. came in handy. Location could not be better. Such an easy and pleasant walk to Poipu Beach. My husband loved having a desk space to work at. We felt at home for our whole stay. The Suite Paradise managers were very helpful. The washer and dryer are old and in need of replacement. The dryer does not turn off automatically so users need to be aware never to leave the unit with the dryer going. There could be few more dishes. We ran out of dishes before we could fill the dishwasher. But these are very small complaints. Overall, this unit is great value for the rent. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Spacious condo in the heart of south Kauai

We spent four wonderful nights at the Kahala 724 condo. The condo is a short 5 min walk to the beach & well equipped with everything you need to cook in. There’s even beach towels, snorkel equipment, lawn chairs & boogie boards to use at no charge. The welcoming touches were EXTRA SPECIAL. We had one minor housekeeping issue with the bathroom, which was resolved immediately. The resort grounds are beautiful & well cared for. We stayed busy hiking & snorkeling, so we never used the pools or athletic club, but all looked nice & clean. Poipu is a very special town... especially due to the turtles that congregate at night & the monk seals that entertain beach goers for hours. Brennecke’s & Garden Island Grill were great restaurants & TR Catina had the best margaritas.Overall we enjoyed our stay so much that it was difficult to leave. We will be back! Mahalo!!!

Great place; walk to beach

Had an awesome stay here. Easy walking access to Poipu Beach (great for swimming and snorkling) and great launching point to south and east shore locations. The unit was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the spacious walk in shower. WiFi on the modem wasn't enabled when we got here but the instructions were right on the modem so once I saw that it was a piece of cake. Nice well equipped kitchen. Front and back balconys. Very well kept lanscaping. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
