The house was clean with a beautiful view! Our host was always prompt and available when we had a question. It was such a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and yet just a few minutes from town to wonderful restaurants. I appreciated all the information given to us about Sayulita prior to our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Fantastic Vacation Spot

This home exceeded our expectations. Loved the view from the patio, perfect morning coffee spot and afternoon cocktails. The home was larger than I expected and very quiet. All that was stated on the listing is accurate. Highly recommend!

It was all we hoped for: perfect location, right on beach, clean, quiet great daily home service, wonderful and in depth very friendly and useful welcome notes, on premises handyman, fully stocked kitchen, plenty bottled water, all was really really great if I had to say one thing that could be improved was the sharpening of the big kitchen knives and potatoe peeler. But that’s it! Look forward to coming back here again. Thank you hosts!

Amazing location!!!

What a stunning place to wake up in every morning. The open plan with large open doors is fabulous. Unobstructed view to the beach with ocean waves crashing and the most delicious spot for a hot tub! The house had everything we needed including daily housekeeping from Vicki. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic vib

The house worked out great for us the view of the ocean from the deck was fantastic. We spent most of our time on it when we were in the house. The house layout was good and the place was very clean and well equipped. The maid service was vert good! The noise level was good and location was great. The place is close to town but just far enough away to not have the noise and traffic but a easy walk

Amazing Property

This is our 2nd stay at this property in less than a year - and we are rather picky. The property is in what we believe is the perfect location - seafront, close to town, away from the occasional party-noise on the north side of town and yet far enough away from the south side that you feel removed from the bustle. Jeff and Theo are responsive and the property is kept tidy by service people. If there were more starts to offer I wouldn’t hesitate to post them.

Great location and beautiful view

Totally accessible to the beach and located in the quieter part of town. Theo (the property manager) was very responsive and Vicky the house cleaner is a gem! Hot tub was an added bonus.

Sayulita

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was especially wonderful after a long day at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. Communication with the host was great.

This house was perfect for our group!

Everything about this experience was excellent. From booking to leaving it was all seamless. The owner provided excellent information about everything to do in the area and how to get there. The house was clean and the maids did a great job of keeping it that way. The house manager was responsive if we needed anything. We enjoyed mornings on the beach followed by evenings in the hot tub. Everything in town was so close to walk to that we never felt left out of the hustle just because we were staying on the north end. In fact that was a bonus, nice and quiet at night. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely book it again when we return.

The Perfect Sayulita Home

Fantastic in every way. Amazing location, beautiful home and excellent communication with the owner and property managers. Our family loved this house and hope to return to it. The rooms are larger than they appear in photos and there is lots of drawer and hanging space for clothing. All rooms are decorated with local art, which gave the house a lovely feel. The daily maid service was very appreciated, as was a plentiful supply of paper towels, tp, etc. I loved being right on the edge of the “festive” part of the beach. Walk left to be in the thick of the beach bars and massage tents; walk right and have a long quiet stretch of sand almost to yourself.

Lovely home with beachfront access

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. It's just a few short steps from the beach and feels very private. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed for a fun day at the beach was provided. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for family vacation in Sayulita

Great family living space opening on to inviting terrace with small, heated infinity pool. Direct access to the beach beyond the lawn and colorful garden. The manager, Theo, was friendly and quick to respond to our every need. Thru him, we organized a chef one night and a cook another night. All went smoothly and made for a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic thanksgiving week stay…

View of ocean! Sound of the ocean!! 30 yard walk to the ocean!!! 200 yard walk to release baby sea turtles!!!! Everything described about this property is TRUE. We felt very safe and secure in the house and throughout Sayulita. Sayulita a special place that we will not forget. Thank you for all your recommendations and the use of your amazing home.

Best Rental in Sayulita!

From the minute we walked in the door, our jaw hit the floor. The 20’ opening wall embodies the spirit of true indoor outdoor living on the beach. Short walk to town, beachside restaurants and bars. All modern upgraded conveniences, perfect beds, exquisitely decorated with maid service every other day keeping the home spotless. It felt like a detached home instead of being part of a complex. If you want a massage, walk on the beach next door for $30US and enjoy (we certainly did several times). I promise you won’t be disappointed In this villa. Pro tip- DO not rent a car. Take ground transportation and rent a fun golf cart. I learned this the hard way!

As good as it looks!

We had an amazing stay at Surfistas. The house is so beautiful, so comfortable, so well-appointed, and - well - location, location, location! It was difficult to pry ourselves away from the property, but when we did we fell in love with the quaint, authentic Mexican town. The people are beautiful. The food and drink fantastic. We felt safe walking the streets anytime of day or evening. Definitely the best of many very good VRBO experiences.

We loved our stay in Sayulita and at this wonderful home. Such an excellent location - quiet beachfront location but within walking distance to everything! The home has such a cool, artsy vibe with a great floor plan, spacious covered patio, small pool/hot tub, etc. All communications with the host were easy, thorough and helpful.

Surfista doesn’t dissapoint

We have vacationed to this property several times over the last 12 to 15 years. We have watched as the owners have continued to improve the casita and now it is better than it has ever been. This is a beautiful beachfront casita overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Large retractable windows can be pushed back so that nothing of obscures the view from inside the casita out to the ocean. Sayulita is a gem of the community.

An amazing getaway in a stunning location!

The location and space are absolutely amazing, and the amenities made the stay even more wonderful than expected. Being so close to the beach with two young kids meant we could make it there on a whim rather than having to plan a trip, and the views from the table are just as stunning as the pictures. It's the perfect distance from town, easily walkable but far enough away that it's quiet, and the sound of crashing waves is what you'll hear the most. The other notable thing worth sharing is that the common room and deck were actually larger than I expected from the photos. My only concern going down was that it would be a little small but I was very pleasantly surprised. Jeff was super responsive to all of our emails and Theo the property manager was on hand to help with the minor issues we had. Vickie cleaning daily was amazing as well; sometimes vacations with kids end up being chores in another country, but she was so helpful and quiet and respectful when we were in the space, working around us. It was easily the nicest place we've stayed and we'll be back in the future. Book it! You won't regret it!
