Thank you for your review. We always welcome constructive feedback, as long as it reflects the truth and is shared with respect. That said, it's important to clarify a few points. You reported in the morning that the pool heater wasn’t working, and later that same day claimed the water was so hot it caused burns — this contradiction is, at the very least, questionable. Regarding the kitchen supplies and other amenities like the poker table, no issues were reported during your stay. If they had been, we would have promptly addressed them, as we always strive to ensure our guests are well taken care of. We take communication seriously and make every effort to maintain clear and respectful contact with all our guests. However, we do not accept disrespectful attitudes toward our staff. Mutual respect is essential for a positive experience on both sides. We regret that your expectations weren’t fully met and remain committed to improving our service wherever possible.

In regards to the pool heater, we promptly inform guests of the cost and the estimated time required to fully heat the pool. We also highlight the option to schedule the heater to start one day before the guest's arrival, ensuring hot water is available upon their arrival. In your case, this option was not selected. All our properties undergo a rigorous inspection before the arrival of any guest. It's important to note that no issues with the breakers or bathrooms were identified before your arrival. In our home instructions documentation, we meticulously detail all items provided to guests, allowing them to plan according to the available resources. We acknowledge that personal hygiene items are, as the name suggests, personal in nature, and therefore, we provide enough to accommodate up to 14 people, the maximum capacity of the house. However, the consumption of these items can vary from person to person, and it's possible that your consumption is higher than average.
