Jeg prioriterer det at give mine gæster et behageligt ophold! Lejligheden er beliggende i et roligt lukket område og ligger på øverste etage i to etager. Der er rigelig parkering, inklusive en overdækket carport. WiFi, kabel-tv i stuen og soveværelse har et smart storskærms-tv. Inkluderende Youtube, Netflex, Ruku, Hulu osv. Er bare en finger væk.
Om ejeren. Jeg nyder Palm Springs-området for dets unikke, afslappende og smukke omgivelser. Jeg nyder at være vært for andre på min komfortable condo.
Tæt på centrum af Palm Springs kun 1. 5 miles væk med rigelige valg til spisesteder, underholdning, rekreation. Også tæt på Palm Springs International Airport kun 1 km væk.

Mesquite Country Club golfbane (18 huller) er knyttet til komplekset.

Tennisbaner er få skridt væk fra hoveddøren. Fantastiske puljer at nyde.

The location in Palm Springs is very convenient. The Prescott Preserve, formerly the Mesquite Country Club Golf course, next to the condo is unique and a great place to walk. The gated community has four different small pools all of which are within walking distance. The grounds are attractive and well-kept. The second floor condo is laid out well with a roomy master suite and very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well-stocked, although the cookware is worn but adequate. Linens and towels are abundant. The washer and dryer are located in a closet outside on the master suite balcony.

Sossi place is a great unit stocked well with everything you need. Really liked the location as to the patio facing north so don’t get all the sun and as it was 100 plus degrees it was nice to be able to still sit on patio. Also really comfortable patio furniture. Sossi’s condo was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. While it is close to busy streets and conveniently about a mile from the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. We loved walking the Prescott Preserve paths right next door, and enjoyed the pool and spa areas within the beautiful, well-kept grounds. Sossi was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay, one of the better hosts we’ve had during our 15 years of using services like VRBO. We definitely will return!

Sossi, the host, was very helpful and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The location is great, close to the airport but quiet. Salt water pool(s). Great hiking just outside the development. The deck is on the north side, so not much sunshine. Parking is very easy. There is a bike to use, but stairs are pretty steep, so I did not dare to move it downstairs. Washer/dryer outside on the deck, very handy.

Host was accessible and communication good. I mentioned to our host there were issues with the primary bed it had broken support legs that were broken. , The living room furniture was miserably uncomfortable. Blinds by the kitchen table were chewed up and a broken window in the guest bedroom needs repair. Primary bath/shower floor deteriorating and has black stains or enamel worn off. The photo on the website was misleading.Things were not as shown in the picture. Some updates are needed Best part was the outdoor space and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Coffee maker is old and rusty. Beware of leakage.

I sincerely apologize for the aspects of the property that did not meet your expectations, particularly the concerns you raised about the couch comfort, the coffee maker overflowing, the condition of the blinds, and the enamel wear in the bathtub. While some of these items reflect normal wear over time, I take all guest feedback seriously and will be addressing these maintenance matters promptly to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. That said, I must address the significant damage discovered immediately following your departure. Upon receiving your message at checkout indicating that the bed was broken, I went to the property right away to personally inspect the issue. During that inspection — conducted the same day you vacated the property — I confirmed that the bed frame was indeed broken. In addition, I discovered that the side structure of the couch had also sustained damage. The couch damage was not mentioned in your message and was only identified during the post-checkout inspection. It is important to note that these issues were not reported at any point during your stay. Had I been informed when the damage was first noticed — particularly regarding the bed — I would have taken immediate action to assess and remedy the situation. Reporting the issue only upon checkout limited the opportunity to address it in real time. Following the inspection, I documented the damages thoroughly and have filed a formal damage claim in accordance with VRBO policies. The condition of both the bed and the couch after your stay clearly indicates damage beyond normal wear and tear. While I regret that certain aspects of the property did not meet your comfort standards, the structural damage to the furnishings occurred during your stay and remains the responsibility of the booking party under the rental agreement. I believe in maintaining transparency and professionalism in all guest interactions, and I trust this matter will be handled appropriately through the established resolution process. Lovely Condo!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay during our week's vacation. It was newly renovated, nicely furnished, clean and well equipped. We had access to all the amenities. The owner was very helpful while we were making our arrangements. I would definitely rent this one again!

Our Palm Springs Vacation

This is a great community. Well located and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our condo. It was perfect for our 2 weeks in PS. Everything you could ask for at a great price. Owner response was prompt and we made use of the bikes, the pools and of course....enjoyed the weather.....thx!

Great Location

The condo is ideally located and only minutes from downtown with shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the large balcony and seating. We had to cut our stay short by 12 days due to coronavirus and the owner graciously agreed to a partial refund for the 12 unused nights. Thanks Sossi - very much appreciated.

Wonderful time

Very nice condo….roomy…high ceilings.AC worked effortlessly.Appliances and dishware dated but did the job.Grounds including pool and flower beds were immaculate.Location is great as close to groceries,airport,downtown and surrounding communities.Sossi was accessible and quickly responded to any concerns.

Relaxing Secure Location

This property is clean and efficient with modern appliances. Close to pool and lots of parking right at the unit. The owner is very available and helpful with any issues that might come up. It's in a secure gated community. The only negative to the location is that it is adjacent to a busy road with traffic noise.

Great Location and Attractive Community

This location is very convenient to all of Palm Springs and the gated community is very well kept, attractive, and secure. Outside seating was comfortable and pleasant and one of the pools was nearby. The kitchen was efficient and the king master bed was comfortable. The owner was very responsive to suggestions about updates, and she plans to replace the mattress in the second bedroom, and I believe also the furniture in the living space. Those updates will improve the comfort a great deal.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with beautifully maintained gardens and pools

The property grounds were beautiful. The grounds had beautiful flowers planted everywhere. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were very clean and heated to perfect temperatures. The condo was very spacious and well supplied. Sossi was always available to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed walking the Prescott Reserve adjacent to the property. The VRBO property description said there was a 18 hole golf course adjacent but is now the Prescott Reserve. We are not golfers so were not disappointed to have the Reserve to explore instead. We saw turtles, egrets, road runners and coyotes on our morning walks. We will definitely come again!!

Great place

This is a spacious, beautiful condo in a good, safe, central part of town where you are 5 minutes from everything by car. The walk along the golf course is beautiful too. The condo has absolutely everything you need (including a huge variety of spices). It has super fast wifi, a great cable package which includes all the sports and HBO channels, and two patios on either side of this corner unit. The pool and hot tub are a twenty second walk from the front door. The owner is always a phone call away and is very accommodating. I've stayed in several places in the Palm Springs area and this one is the best.

Amazing space!!!

What a fantastic place! When we booked it, the pictures looked good, so we knew we would be fine. It's better in real life! So nicely done and so well equipped! There wasn't anything we needed that it didn't have. Little things, like a needle. Or everyday things like cookware. Comfortable furniture, super-fast wi-fi, great cable for those nights in. Huge balcony to relax outside, nice pool area. It was so easy to feel at home. And Sossi was so easy to communicate with. It was super easy checking in and out and any questions were answered in minutes! I would definitely stay here again. Our next trip will probably be longer, so we'll just have to see what happens! Stay here, you'll love it! This place was almost perfect!

Holidays in Palm Springs

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nice to have a pool and hot tub nearby. Had most everything we needed for our 10-day holiday stay. The bike situation was strange as they are parked in the living area, locked together, and if one wants to use the bikes they have to be rented. Not sure how that all works, because we passed on the bikes. There is a nearby preserve (used to be the golf course) that is a good place for walking. Inside the condo complex was quiet. However, we often heard sirens and the loud racing cars from the streets. We got used to hearing them, but if you don't want that kind of noise in the background, this may not be the location for you. It is within easy walking distance of the Saturday Farmers' Market, where many fresh veggies and fruit can be purchased. Easy driving distance to downtown for the Thursday night street fair, restaurants and shopping. There were a few items that needed attention: a broken TV in the guest room, a broken blender (there was a replacement) and a sliding door screen permanently off its track (when told about this, owner said she was aware of broken screen door.) All in all, this was a good condo and provided us with a comfortable place to stay for the holidays.

Hello Chris! In my profile I’ve mentioned about the bikes.. Yes, it’s available to rent.. I’m very clear with my instructions on the bikes.. I’m also available 24 /7 to answer any questions… I’m rather surprised after communicating with you several times you didn’t mention anything about the bikes , the TV nor the noises.. Due to COVID situation the screen door is not available and it’s also custom made.. We are waiting to find a solution to replace it as soon as possible… The TV in the guest room is not broken.. We are waiting for the handyman to be available to install it in the room.. You seemed to have been very happy with your stay when I reached out to you.. Palm Springs Stay

The grounds, pool and location of this condo are wonderful. We had our bikes with us and loved how bike-friendly Palm Springs is. There are also many terrific hiking trails in the area that we enjoyed.Our rental was comfortable but we were disappointed in the host’s inattention to detail. We were initially provided (3 days out by email and on the VRBO site) with an incorrect unit entry code and wifi access info. Both of those issues took a while to resolve plus the TV remote batteries were dead. (There were some replacement batteries in a kitchen drawer.) There was only a small amount of toilet paper provided and no dishwasher detergent. Upon looking for these items and then contacting the host to ask where they might be stored, I was told we needed to buy these ourselves. We were surprised and dismayed that after spending 1,967 to rent for 1 week (including the insurance we were required to buy) that an ample supply of these “basics” weren’t provided. Also, the pepper shaker was empty and there was no additional paper towel other than one partial roll. We didn’t need to use the 2nd bedroom or bathroom so it was a non-issue for us, but we hadn’t known about the toilet issue in the 2nd bathroom until we arrived and saw the note that said all used toilet paper must be discarded in the wastebasket instead of flushed. Yuck. We got by fine during our stay. Yet for the price, we believe that many reasonable expectations were not met.

Judy, You didn't mention anything to me about how bothered you were of these issues you had experience. If it was something that you thought it was not to your standered you should've just asked and I would have been more than happy to send my cleaning crew to correct the supply issues. As for the toilet tissues we have experienced with the previous guests they have accessible disposed the toilet tissues in the stall and caused major pluming problems. Also, we've never had any issues with the wifi and at times I can not help if the remote battery dies. Sorry I couldn't keep you satisfied.. Thank you !

Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. Too bad the tree trimming was being done while we were there.

Spring break

Location of condo complex is great. The location of condo is close to a busy road so it can be very loud while sitting on the balcony or using the pool closest to the condo.

There are opportunities for total relaxation as well as many and varied activities in Palm Springs and the surrounding area. The locale is a popular refuge from cold climates, and of course, golf is a favorite for many visitors and locals alike.
My husband I love to bike , hike, walk, swim, golf, dine out, relax, spa and messages, enjoy the night life, shopping , museum, The tram ride, bars and the farmers market . I can go on but I have limited space to write. I LOVE PALM SPRINGS.

We are close to the entrance of the complex and we have plenty of parking choices. We have the view of the mountains and the pools. We also have one of the largest balcony's in the complex it feels like home.. It also is very bright it feels great to wake up to a nice sunshine.

Everything you can imagine we have in our condo. I keep my place fully supplied with all the essentials. You just bring your clothes and that's it. The views from the living room and the bedrooms are amazing full of love and relaxation with bright lights in the day time..
