Shores of Panama 2303 ~ Fantastisk Condo Filling Fast ~ RSVP ASAP!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the pool, tiki bar, restaurant, and friendly resort staff. We’re happy the reserved parking spot added convenience to your visit. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking garage and understand how frustrating navigating tight spaces can be. We hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the incredible view and had a nice overall stay. We appreciate your feedback about the wear and tear in the unit. Condos right on the beach do experience a bit more use and exposure, but we’re always working with owners and our maintenance team to keep everything refreshed and in great condition for our guests. Elevator wait times can occasionally be a challenge at larger beachfront resorts, especially during peak times, but we’re happy to hear it didn’t take away from enjoying that beautiful Gulf view. Thank you for choosing Vacation Life Properties. We hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the ocean view from the rooms, but we’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness, furniture, and TV did not meet your expectations. We were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, but we would have been happy to address them right away had we known. Our goal is always to give guests the best experience possible, and timely communication allows us the opportunity to inspect and correct anything that may need attention. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can address your concerns!

Thank you for the review and we are so delighted you had a wonderful time! We look forward to having you back again!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re glad to hear you loved the condo, the amazing views, and that the layout worked well for your group. We also appreciate your note about the kitchen basics. For health and safety reasons, items like spices, oils, and other consumables aren’t provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils, and we’re always happy to answer questions in advance to help guests plan. We’re thrilled you had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to host you again!

Thank you for the great review Tracy! We are so glad everything met your expectations. We regret during the winter months the shops in the resort are not open but Laketown Wharf is right next door, Salty Dog is across the street, Pineapple Willy's is a tourist favorite and many other specialty shops around Shores of Panama for you to enjoy. We look forward to you booking with us again and hopefully you will be able to visit other interesting places near Shores of Panama!

Thank you so much for your kind review, Jessica! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and that communication and early check-in went smoothly. We're glad the elevators exceeded your expectations, too! We understand the walk from the parking deck can be a bit of a hassle, and we truly appreciate your patience with that. Looking forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Hi Heather, we are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. After speaking with staff and also reviewing reports from your stay-- it doesn't look like we were ever notified that the unit was not cleaned upon check in. We were only made aware that an additional parking pass was wanting to be purchased and unfortunately we have to abide by resort rules and policies and could not give out another. We do hope that you change your mind and give one of our other beautiful properties a try. Best, Dakota

Thank you for your review, Lindsey! We love to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed this beautiful condo as much as we do, and that we were able to get you what you needed in a timely manner. We can't wait to have you stay with us again!

Thank you for your review Rick. We are happy the condo was nice and well equipped for you and we are glad you were able to enjoy the pool and we agree the beach is amazing! We understand your frustration with the elevators and advise our guests to avoid peak times as the wait can be long. We look forward to having you back again.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival with the missing wristband and for the delay in our response. We're glad our team was able to resolve the issue as soon as we became aware of it, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the breakdown with the answering service. We will be reviewing this process to help prevent similar situations in the future. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the floors and the items you found under the furniture. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and we will be addressing these concerns with our housekeeping team. We understand that the parking garage layout and elevator wait times can be frustrating, particularly during busy periods, as these are resort-wide features outside of our direct control. We truly appreciate you sharing your honest feedback, as it helps set expectations for future guests and allows us to continue improving where we can. Thank you again for your valuable comments, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.

Hey Whitney, Thanks so much for the 5 stars and great review. We are so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed the decor during your stay with us. We apologize there was a little sand on the floor and wish you would have let us know so we could have sent a cleaner back right away to address any and all concerns for you. We would love to have you back again for another lovely vacation! Best Wishes, VLP

Thank you for your review, Lori! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed this beautiful condo. We do try to let guests know that the elevator waits can be extensive during peak times as it is a large and busy resort. We don't manage the resort, only the condo, but we would be happy to pass along your criticism to the resort for you. We hope to see you again soon!

We are so sorry Daniel that you had to walk those stairs with such a painful back! If the resort would have contacted us we would have passed on the information immediately about the fire drills. We are happy the rest of your stay was enjoyable.

Thank you so much Kevin for the amazing review and five stars! We are so pleased to hear the management staff was wonderful and the condo was very accommodating. We will have that couch and pots and pans checked out and replaced, thank you for letting us know! We can not wait for you to book with us again soon! Best Wishes-VLP
