I cant say enough about how wonderful the property, home and most of all the host, Kimberly have been. We had an amazing 4 days. Thank you so much!

Excellent

We have rented many properties in Tahoe…if you are looking for a family trip and plan on using a boat you will be hard pressed to find a better setup. Highly recommend!

AmaZing summer property

Best part of the lake. Great house. Great dock. Great bathrooms even. Kitchen well stocked. Huge lawn. Would for sure come back again.

Great!!!

My husband I spent five relaxing days at this lovely cottage. Couldn't have been more perfect!!! The neighborhood and setting is wonderful. The cottage had everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It was so nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake. Loved the stone pathway leading down to the beautiful sandy beach. Kim made sure everything was just perfect for our stay. Hope we can visit this special place again!

Perfect!

Don't understand why this place has no reviews (maybe people want to keep it a secret?). My husband and I just returned from the most wonderful stay at the cottage. Beautiful decorated, very well maintained and clean. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. Great price given the location right on the water. Views from house and the decks are spectacular. Small sandy beach is perfect when you don't want to deal with a ton of people / parking at the public beaches. We also loved taking their kayaks out and exploring rubicon bay and beyond. Lots of nearby parks/beaches/trails and emerald bay is a short drive away too. Kitchen is small as it is a cottage, but has everything that you need. I have stayed at many vacation rentals through vrbo or airbnb and there's usually always something missing - but this place was stocked with all the condiments, spices, oils, etc you need and actually had decent pots and pans to cook with! The outdoor grill was great too. Kimberly was fantastic -- very quick to respond to any emails or questions. Gives you thorough instructions for the cottage as well as any recommendations for groceries/restaurants. Despite having a packed summer with guests was able to accommodate an early check in and immediately informed us when the house was ready. Absolutely fell in love with this place as well as the area (nice quiet community without the crowds of south lake tahoe, tahoe city, or emerald bay). We will be back!!!

Fantastic

Beautiful, unbeatable location & home, even better than the photos. This is a wonderful, beautifully decorated home with high quality furnishings, top notch linens, and everything you need to have a fantastic stay lakeside in Tahoe (kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets). Very clean and well maintained. The owner/host is professional, responsive and answers every question promptly and thoroughly. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable in their home, and was also very proactive about letting us know about things like bear sightings and possible maintenance issues. Overall it was an amazing place for a lakeside Tahoe stay with a fantastic and I highly recommend it.
