At the house there were a few lockboxes so it took a second to identify which one was the digital one, but otherwise everything was super easy and we had a great stay.The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans, and we had everything we needed to make a week stay for a family of 4 great in Puerto Rico.

Great vacation home in San Juan near the airport. We will definitely stay again in the future

We travel regularly and this was the best owner interaction in a VRBO rental we've ever had. Highly recommended !

Family vacay

Beautiful home, low key location, everything you need, great local area, close to everything. My family and I had a great time and we were very comfortable. Will definitely come back to stay again!

The air conditioner in the room is very hot. The people around is no good, the location is terrible. But the property inside is very, very good.

Great amenities & accommodations

Nice home, the amenities inside of the house were great. The house is in a low-key location close to everything, the area where the house is located was safe, but is not a clean and maintained street.The only downside of the area was so close to the airport literally the runway of the airport , so you constantly hear the take off for the planes and flying over the street, it is difficult to watch tv or have a conversation within our family and it is more difficult to sleep and specially after 3:00am when planes will wake up taking off every other half hour. So if you if you looking for a place to rest and get a good night sleep after your travel sites in Puerto Rico take that in consideration. We didn’t mind the noises from roosters, dogs or pigeons it is part of our island custom.Check in and communication with the host was good.

Not happy

We never even walked in the front door first impressions are important the place was on a dead end street garbage all over the street not in a safe neighborhood sure for the owner the house pictures were good enough but not for a family on vacation. The house pictures were very deceiving , didn't stay there .Vrbo should take a closer look into places like that . Stopped payment right away . He claims it's a good place but not for us no safe. People please be smart when looking on Vrbo

The house is not on a dead-end street so that is a lie and I’m not really sure why you’re even writing a review for a house you never went to. Amazing getaway !

Literally the whole house was for my mom, my boyfriend and I. Your own parking spot. never a problem with water. I have OCD and this the cleanliness is immaculate. We even had some nice Dominican beer waiting for us in fridge. lots of towels, chairs for the beach, tanning oil. In the morning there is a bit of a smell but it’s from the lagoon. If u walk to it in the morning ( right in front of the house) , it has a family of otters and about 75 turtles. There are dogs and cats, chicken, roosters that wake u a little early but that’s Puerto Rico for ya. I had a bit trouble getting in the house, the owner responded within seconds. Andy was very attentive. Breakfast spot about a 10 minute walk. This is an amazing Private home !

The issue I had was the home looked way nicer in the pictures. The home is spacious! However, Once I got to the home, I realized the home needs some love, the ceiling in the front bedroom, the windows where the ac units are. The back bedroom needs something to block out noise because the you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING since the back wall, half of it is basically just a screen. The housekeeping of the home needed a little more, it wasn’t 100% clean. The kitchen area had ants, on the counter, the table and up the walls. The refrigerator had a dead bug inside and some very old ice packs were in it. Although the home is located very conveniently by the airport and near beaches as stated, the actual street it is on seemed very abandoned, many run down homes. There are a rooster or roosters, that seem as if they don’t EVER SLEEP. I get it it’s an island thing, but wow those creatures are EXTREMELY LOUD almost the entire 24 hours of the day. The owner offered Wi-Fi, the connection was extremely slow, at times it didn’t even connect so that might be an issue for someone in the future that might work remotely. I have given my honest opinion; I stayed in this home with family and I was disappointed because I picked it based on location and from what I saw in pictures. Like I stated location was great for my plans, just the home itself needs some TLC.

I’m glad the Home met all of your needs. And at the price point you chose to pay for the location you paid for . I’m unclear what you are trying to accomplish with this review but I take all of my properties and the condition of them very seriously. I’m not really sure why you did not communicate any issues to me during your stay as I would have done my best to remedy them immediately. You instead chose to wait weeks later to communicate that the roosters were loud and you did not like the condition of my neighbors houses for everyone to read. Our entire business is based on good reviews and hosts and guests.interacting with each other when you are in need of something. There is regular maintenance performed on the house and no one has ever complained about the Wi-Fi until you. I hope you can see the value you received for five people to stay in the location you did. Again thanks for your stay and god bless you always in the future.

Not as expected

There was an unpleasant smell either mildew or old funk coming from the next home that is abandonded. Lights cut off for over two hours, was stuck in home and unable to leave, communication wasn't that well more so nonchalant about the issues I was experiencing. Was asked to changed light bulbs in bathroom because they were out. Constant noise the area is not quiet

Sorry about the neighbors house and also that the power went out, those are things I can not control and should not be in the review… I believe your car was stuck in the garage for less than 30 minutes and I called you an Uber immediately so as to not waste your time…you didn’t need it because the power came back on that fast. The light bulb was changed within 2 hours of notifying me. That’s far from a nonchalant responses. When you thanked me for the stay I was under the impression that you had a great time… 1 star reviews really hurt hosts who go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable like I did. I gave you a a 5 star review based on our interaction. I can’t help but think you have generated negative karma. So I wish all the best now and forever. God Bless.

Very nice place. Everything is well maintained and just as pictured. It was a little tricky to find, but Andy was very helpful in getting us to the right spot. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot and a blender. It is a loud neighborhood (dogs and neighbors). An actual glass pain window in back bedroom would help keep out neighborhood noises. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

Great location

It was a great location housed looked like in the pictures lights did go out in Puerto Rico while staying there but landlord had all the things we needed for the occasion I would definitely recommend this location to anybody and everybody

We stayed in 3 different properties while in Puerto Rico. This was by far the best equipped. It has a nice big kitchen and living room with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. There was a dog next door that woke us up at 3 a.m., and some roosters nearby that were up with the sun. So bring your ear plugs! Otherwise we were pleased with this rental and it's very conveniently located near the airport.

Home away from home

The house is everything we expected and a little more. Close to everything you need and even close to San Juan traffic just gets bad. House was clean and the beds were comfortable! Me and my family loved it and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us !

The Best place in Carolina

Stayed at Andy's property and It was a great stay the way you see the pictures but better is how the place is. Is close to the Airport to all the car rentals and close old San Juan I recommend everyone to stay here you won't be disappointed and would have a great Time
