Heated Pool
Enjoy the private pool during your stay! A new electric pool heater has been installed to help keep the pool comfortable during cooler weather.
Pool heat is available for an additional $10 per night and is intended to cover the additional electricity used for heating. The pool is heated to approximately 83°F, depending on weather conditions.
Please note that pool heat is billed separately after the reservation has been paid in full, as the booking website does not currently provide a way to add the fee during the reservation process.
During colder months, a solar pool blanket must be kept on the pool whenever you are not swimming. This helps retain the heat and allows the electric heater to operate more efficiently.
Explore Sebastian & Florida's Treasure Coast
The home is located in Sebastian, Florida, a wonderful destination on the Treasure Coast between Melbourne and Vero Beach. Sebastian sits along the Indian River Lagoon and Sebastian River and offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for boating, fishing, wildlife viewing, beaches, and outdoor adventures.
The beach is approximately 10 minutes away by car, making it easy to enjoy a day in the sand before returning to your peaceful riverfront retreat.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway, a fishing trip, a family vacation, or simply a place to reconnect with nature, Jumpin Fish House offers a truly special Florida setting.
Guest Access

Important Information
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
If the pool cover is in place, please return it to the pool after each use. During the cooler months, keeping the cover on when the pool is not being used helps retain heat and reduces the amount of electricity needed to maintain the pool temperature.
Come relax, fish, swim, watch the birds, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Sebastian River from your own private Florida retreat!
