Great location in the city. Could walk to almost everywhere in the historic district. Very clean & easy access to property. Parking is right outside the front door. So convenient. Loved the balconies.

Everything was close. We walked everywhere. The house had lots of room and the balcony was great to sit on to enjoy coffee in the morning.

Perfect for our family of five. Parents kept the room downstairs, teens and eleven year old claimed the loft suite. The wine bar downstairs was a welcomed neighbor, and the kids were able to explore plenty without getting too far away from us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The balcony was great to people watch during the day and at night. Wed, Fri, and Sat nights seemed to be the noisy nights for the bar/night life, but we expected it and we were still able to go to sleep at reasonable times. Everyone had a relaxing stay, and the space still provided plenty of opportunity for family time.

Nice location. Property was well maintained. A little loud from the cars revving lat night but host had white noise machines that helped.

parking was convenient but not very secure. The young crowd at the bar close to location was wild. The police arrested several young people around midnight right in front of the location.

We had a wonderful experience at this property in Saint Augustine. It was clean, well appointed, and the communication with the host was excellent. The location is ideal, in the heart of the historic district within walking distance of everything. The layout of the property is very nice, situated on the 2nd and 3rd stories of a building above a wine shop. Be aware there is a bar a few doors down and it was fairly noisy until 1:30 AM or so on Friday and Saturday night. One of the only complaints we had about the property is the pocket door to the bathroom on the 3rd floor was off track and almost impossible to close. If that was our biggest complaint, you can understand how pleased we were with our experience in almost every other way.

Loved being above the wine shop, very tasty wine selections! Key pad door entry was easy and reserved parking was across the street. The bar next door was noisy for Saturday night but weekday nights were quiet. Loved walking St. George St. early mornings before all the people arrived.

The house was beautiful, was in a perfect location, and was well-equipped with everything my wife & her friends wanted for a memorable girls' weekend. Host was very welcoming and a quick response to everything. The streets were loud a couple nights as expected but closing all the curtains helped. Balcony way nice as well.

Location, location, location! Plus a beautiful place to stay. It is very centrally located for Old Town. The bedrooms (one is up a spiral staircase) are comfortable and roomy. The host is VERY responsive and positive and provides great information. Great location for people watching, enjoying the evenings on the balcony
