Wonderful stay!

This location is totally prime and the house is gorgeous! We had tons of space and plenty of room to sit together and enjoy each other's company. Absolutely would stay again!

Great stay!

The house and location are perfect. It is a very beautiful house and easy walk to the beach. We had an incredible time and did not want to leave! The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Amazing Property

The home layout was even more spacious in person than than what is shown from website photos. We were very pleased!

Fantastic rental property!

We loved our stay at this house so much! The layout is absolute perfection, with 3 distinct bedroom “wings”, which worked amazingly for our multigenerational guests. The proximity to the beach and the resident alligator in the backyard were some additional highlights. Highly recommend this house to others - many gathering rooms to spread out in and the mattresses were so incredibly comfortable!

Beautiful Home with many bedroom options

Stayed here with a group of friends for a college reunion. Home was beautiful and well outfitted. Master bedroom shower was dreamy. Convenient to bike paths and beach. We liked that it had two bedrooms with two beds in them which enabled more people to stay. Driveway is a bit narrow and hard to turnaround if you have 3 cars.

Kiawah 2023 - 212 Glen Abbey

Overall stay was good. Property was as advertised with plenty of room for our extended family. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't that great during our stay and caused a little more inside time. With that being the case, the Wifi & TV's could use an upgrade. Otherwise, everyone was pleased.

40th birthday celebration

It was a perfect house that was comfortable and well equipped! Only one thing, toilet in FROG had a broken lever and one air vent needed cleaning. Other than that, loved the comfortable beds and close proximity to ocean!!! Loved it!!!

It was exactly as described a wonderful locate with a short walk to the beach. The lagoon provided us with a delightful mixture of birds, alligators and jumping fish. Every one at Akers Ellis were helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this property and working with Akers Ellis to anyone.

Just a Great Property

For those not familiar with Kiawah, it is quite a large place, and location is key. Of course, the closer to the ocean the better but you pay for it. This home is just across the lagoon from the ocean and next to a public walkway going over a large lagoon and beach access making the walk to the water very short and pleasant. There were exotic birds, deer and alligators every day. The home was large, clean and quiet. The views were spectacular. If you can afford the oceanfront, go for it. If you want to economize a bit, this home was perfectly placed and a great value.

Nice spacious house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen is great - the rooms are good. Sunroom is awesome! Master is huge. We received quicke responses re: the AC. Some rooms had to be colder in order for the smaller bedrooms to get cool. Separation of space in the hosue was good for multiple families. The only downside is the halfbath in FROG - which is otherwise a terrific room.Family loved the house and the short access to the beach! And the resident alligator and her baby. And.. the deer, doe and babies in the yard.For a large house as this - a few more additions to the kitchen would have been nice (we ate inside most of the time), additional silverware and a casserole dish would have kept us from using the dishwasher os frequently. Otherwise, coffee maker was nice a clean, other kitchen supplies were most appreciated.

PGA Family Vacation HQ ; Well maintained and clean home

Very easy and pleasant to work with. When we needed anything or had questions I received a quick answer! Will do it again for sure!
