We are repeat customers for this house. It is very comfortable indoor and out with wonderful furniture, a fantastic south facing pool, nice bathrooms, and even a garage large enough for our full sized SUV. The location is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood for morning walks.

Amazing!

My family and I stayed in this amazing home for 10 days. It was perfect. The home was captured perfectly in the photos. It was clean and very inviting. We spent most of our time outside, coffee in the morning under the tiki hut, afternoons were spent on the lounge chairs by the pool, evenings on the lanai-bbq, fridge, sink and tv were so convenient. Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful, and kitchen was very well stocked.

Great family time

This home is in a lovely neighborhood. It was located close to many restaurants and places of interest. The pool area was extraordinary. We spent a majority of our time there. Morning coffee on the lanai or under the Tiki hut. Afternoons lounging in the pool and evenings eating dinner outside. We enjoyed our time and would certainly return!💕 Thank you for opening your lovely home to us 😊

Thank you for choosing Villa Sunshine through RentCapeCoral and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The majority of Cape Coral properties charge for electricity usage by charging a large upfront deposit and then refunding any unused electricity allowance (this includes ALL electric, not just hot tub heater). We charge a flat $25/night to heat the hot tub as described in the listing.

Memorable Vacation

This rental was incredible! Had everything a family was wanting from pool, indoor as well as outdoor amenities and beautiful sunrises as well as sunsets. The sound system was amazing, highly recommend and this property will not disappoint! If any questions or concerns arose, the property owners immediately responded. Great place to visit, good seafood restaurants near by and will more than likely rent again. Thanks for all the fun filled memories!

This house exceeded our expectations!!! It’s obvious that they spared no expense!! It was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels…beach & bathing… Kitchen was also very well equipped. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t there. They also had anything you would need for a day at the beach. The outside was spectacular!! The pool …hot tub ..outside kitchen.
