This was our second stay at the property. We love the location, house, pool! Communication was great with Keely and team. It would another 10/10 had we not had issues with the pool for the first 3 days. There was a chemical imbalance that bleached 2 swimsuits and caused multiple rashes for our kids. After putting water in the pool two nights in a row, this did clear up the issue.

Thank you Brandon for coming back to see us once more and for your kind words about the home, location, and communication — we truly appreciate it. We did want to follow up regarding the pool concerns. The pool is a saltwater system, which operates differently from traditional chlorine pools but is still carefully maintained and regularly tested. We tested the water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels, and all readings were within normal, safe ranges. We have not had any similar reports before or since your visit. So all in all this is a bit of a mystery! That said, we always take guest feedback seriously and immediately rechecked everything to ensure the pool remained properly balanced. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the remainder of your stay and truly value you as returning guests. We would be happy to welcome you back anytime!

This was our second stay at this particular rental home. My family and I absolutely love the home! I'll start by saying the management company is amazing. They respond so quickly and are always so helpful. The check in process was easy and they send you all of the information a few days prior so that you are all set for check in day. The property itself was very clean and stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans and towels. The pool and spa area are beautiful and you can control the heater settings. Now to discuss the fishing in the canal off the dock... We caught small stingrays, puffer fish, catfish, mojarra, mangrove snapper and sheep heads. (I hope I'm spelling those all correctly, as it is my son and husband that are the fishermen and wanted me to add that in my review just in case anyone wants to know how the fishing is in that canal). They were very pleased with the fishing off the dock. Overall, we had a great vacation and are so happy we decided to stay again at this property. Thank you to the management team for making our stay a great experience!

Villa Serenity Star

Villa Serenity Star is a lovely home in a nice residential neighborhood. The immaculate home is very comfortable with upscale decorative touches. We enjoyed drinks on the dock area on the canal in the evenings and coffee around the beautiful pool each morning. The location is conveniently close to everything and the host is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent time in Cape Coral

We all had such a great week at this wonderful place! Super clean, very spacious, relaxing pool area, and great views from the canal. They even have beach supplies and fishing gear in the garage as well as floats for the pool. I would definitely rent here again! One small heads up, dont have anything sent via US mail to the house while youre there, it will get returned! 😬 Overall five stars!

Pictures for this home does not do it justice, it's beautiful and has any and everything you could need for lounging there or going to the beach! Tons of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, lots of movies, books, pool toys the list goes on and on! I have used vrbo quite a few times and this particular management team is hands down the best! Grandkids are already asking if we will be back next year! We hope to be :)

Wonderful Home

We had an awesome vacation staying at this property. We especially enjoyed the large hot tub! It was fantastic! Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and even an extra bathroom by the pool, so didn't have to track water through the house! Everything was updated and nice! Kitchen was big and had everything we needed. It was also nice being able to use the large 2 car garage. Only issue was that the pool and hot tub lights were not working. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :-)

Thank you Keith for talking with us prior to your departure. We are happy to explain to future guests what occurred. We had a power outage in the neighborhood. When the power came back to the area the power remained out in half of the house which was strange. We called out the local utility company who indicated the power problem was being caused by a neighbor's tree interfering with the overhead power lines. The tree had to be severely chopped about to restore power. This took many hours to resolve. The guest decided to depart a night earlier due to this disruption. The issue is now fixed & the house is back to normal.
