Enter an open and bright main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The country kitchen is well-equipped and roomy. The dining area is just off the kitchen. Sliders lead from the dining area to the deck and patio. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. A slider from the living room leads to a sunroom with three futons and a TV with cable and DVD player--an ideal spot for conversation, a movie or a board game. This cozy space has a vaulted ceiling, skylight and sliders to the patio and yard.

In addition to the main living area, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

The home's other three bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has two twins. All of the bedrooms on this floor have sloped ceilings and skylights. There is also a bathroom with a jetted tub on this floor.

Note: This home does not have air conditioning.

The property has nice outdoor spaces including a deck with an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table and a patio with Adirondack chairs--a pleasant spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet. Head to Duck Pond (1.25 mi), Great Pond (2.25 mi) or Cahoon Hollow Beach (3 mi) without having to get on Route 6. Only 1.5 mi to Burton Baker Beach on the bay or 1.9 mi to Lecount Hollow on the ocean. Just 1.0 mi to the Wellfleet Trailhead of the Cape Cod Rail Trail and PB Boulangerie. Head to the town center for amazing restaurants, shops and galleries. Short drive to the Wellfleet Drive-In, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
