Aloha! Denne fantastiske Waikoloa Beach Villa er omgivet af seværdigheder, lyde og følelse af havet, og har to soveværelser, to komplette badeværelser og plads til op til seks gæster.

Det primære opholdsstue har en åben grundplan, hvilket gør villaen perfekt til afslapning med venner eller familie. I stuen er der et stort fladskærms-tv og designermøbler. Et fuldt udstyret køkken er fuldt udstyret med et spisebord med plads til seks, og alt det nødvendige køkkenudstyr (herunder en blender til at gøre din yndlings Hawaiianske cocktail). Fra stuen er en overdækket spisestue Lanai med en indbygget grill, et spisebord med plads til fire og fantastisk udsigt over golfbanen og søen.


Soveværelse suite har en hyggelig king-size seng, fladskærms-tv og et smukt badeværelse med to håndvaske, dybder badekar og separat brusebad. Gæstesoveværelset har to fuld størrelse senge, fladskærms-tv, og er tæt på det største badeværelse. Ekstra gæster vil nyde brug af sovesofaen og en selvopblæsende luftmadras.



Også inkluderet i din enhed er; aircondition og loft fans, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, komplementær parkering og gratis WiFi. Desværre tillader vi ikke kæledyr. Alle enheder har informative guidebøger, der hjælper dig med at få mest muligt ud af dit ophold.


Du er kun en kort gåtur til de to swimmingpools, to boblebad og fitnesscenter, og A-Bay Beach ligger en kort 15 minutters gang og en smuk indstilling til snorkling, svømning og solnedgange!


Beliggende på tværs af gaden er Queens 'Market Place og nabohuset The Kings' Shops, komplet med mad domstol, kunstgallerier, sushi, creamery is, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks og mange andre butikker, daglig lokalunderholdning, klasser og kulturelle begivenheder. Længere ned ad vejen (10 til 15 minutters kørsel) er andre lokale strande, hvad enten du vil have den uberørte hvide sand på Hapuna Beach, eller klipper, træer og sikre indrejsesteder i nærheden "Strand 69" (ved milmarkør 69).


Alle vores ferieboliger omfatter en grundlæggende "start-up supply" af: vaskemiddel, skraldespand, køkken svamp, flydende sæbe, opvaskemaskine faner, papirhåndklæder, toiletpapir, shampoo / balsam, lille bar sæbe og salt / peber. Lovely, conveniently located condo

Just as described. Clean, spacious condo with beautiful lanai. Across the street from the Queens Shops and a short walk from A-Bay, but also feels very private. The garage had plenty of gear for beach trips. And the Hilton Pool Pass was a big hit with my kids. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at J33 as a family of 5, it’s a spacious condominium with full kitchen, garage, gorgeous view patio, everything you need for the beach ( chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids beach toys), and had great experience, it’s very close to Queens Marketplace and Kings (minutes to walk) which is a huge plus, our teenage boys could go and get some food or coffee without us driving them. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful stay for first time in Hawaii

What a beautiful villa to have as our home base for 4 days! It was clean and spacious and so quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered Lanai. The villa was close to so many beaches and we could just walk across the street to the Queens and Kings shops, while still being close enough to Kona for a quick 30 min drive. We would stay here again if we ever make it to Hawaii again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Wonderful Time

We had a great time in Waikoloa and this condo was fantastic. We had stayed in this complex several years ago (a different unit) and it was just as good as we remembered. The unit itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was well maintained and very clean. The pools are perfect for a young family and the location is great. The Hilton passes were an added bonus, too. Booking, check-in, and communications from the property manager were fantastic. We would happily stay here again and would have no issues recommending this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay while on the Big Island. Mahalo!

A great stay

Of the 3 places we stayed on the Big Island, this was my favorite. First impressions are everything, so we arrived late and every other condo was muggy and warm. This was was cool and inviting. The elevator was really helpful as it's the 3rd floor and we had lots of luggage. There was a lot of space, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and clean. Kitchen was great although we barely used it. They had plenty of beach toys and accessories. Really nice to be able to go boogie boarding. The Hilton Pass was nice relaxing day, but be warned.....everything there is Disney expensive (including $48 for parking).

Exceeded our expectations

We absolutely loved this condo. It was larger that the photos made it look and all of the amenities, finishes, linens were very high quality. They had everything we could have needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook, the garage had tons of beach/pool gear and the bbq on the patio was great. Comfortable beds, easy parking, close to the pool and the location in Waikoloa made shopping, coffee and groceries easy to walk to. We will definitely stay here again!

Love, love, love!!

This property is fantastic! We loved being on the top floor, absolutely everything was wonderful! Especially enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and then prepared dinners on the grill each night. Super comfortable bed and very quiet!

Great Unit in Quiet Location

Located on the top floor in a corner, this condo gave us lots of privacy and quiet relaxing time. The short walk to Queens Market and only slightly longer one to Kings Market was appreciated as well. Didn't do much cooking except for BBQ on patio but kitchen has everything. Loved having beach toys and chairs available for our use as A-Bay is our favorite beach and we spent a fair bit of time there with frequent detours to Lava Lava. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.

A must stay!

Everything described and seen in photos is exactly what you got! So much space, a true home away from home. Fantastic kitchen with every utensil and equipment possible. Beautiful view from the balcony across the golf course, a great spot to watch the sunset, eat a meal or relax with a book. Main bedroom is do spacious with a huge ensuite. The kids loved their comfortable beds and slept so well. Situated in an amazing resort with the queens and kings shops directly across the road. A Bay beach just a short walk or drive away, was great to watch the sunset from here and the kids favourite beach to swim. The Hilton pass was great to use for a few days amongst the trip with fantastic facilities to utilise. Everything we wanted and more!

Convenient, quiet, functional condo

Excellent convenient, quiet, functional condo in great location. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed immediately which was much appreciated. The master bed is incredibly comfortable. The Hilton pool pass would be great if you are traveling with children.

Definitely recommend

We enjoyed staying here as a family of four. We had plenty of space. The unit was very clean and centrally located. We were able to easily walk to dinner and the grocery store. Being able to do laundry towards the end of our trip was also a perk. Would book again!

Convenient location with kitchen

Great location if you want to visit both the northern beaches and the pool at the Hilton Waikoloa. We’d go to the beach in the morning, come back for lunch & to rest, then go to the Hilton Waikoloa pool in the afternoon. The Waikoloa is a long walk or a short drive away. The condo is well-stocked with beach gear, so we didn’t need to bring or buy anything. We loved having both a kitchen and a washer-drier. Management responded quickly when we needed a repair, even on a weekend.

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we need as a family of four with two kids. Hilton Waikoloa pool pass was great. The kids had fun in the Hilton Lagoon and in the pool /water slide. The lagoon is super calm and great for our kids to snorkel and see fishes and sea turtles. The Hilton pools are huge with manmade waterfalls and a water slide that kept the kids busy for hours.

A comfortable, and well-equipped, condo with perks!

The condo itself is well appointed - kitchen appliances, showers, good quality beds and linen… The property management is professional and responsive, with clear and timely communications. The pool pass at Hilton is an excellent perk, for families with kids who love water. In summary, a very good choice for a base on the Kona side of the island - even if it is about a half-hour drive from the center of Kona town.

Nice condo

Had a couple issues with hot water and the dishwasher. But the property manager was very quick to respond and remedy any issues. Great location and the Hilton pass was an added bonus that our kids loved!

Incredible Property

This condo provided everything our family of four could ever need. First, the directions for check in were extremely clear and complete. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. It had every kitchen appliance you could ever need, including our own personal grill, which was perfect for our family as we like to cook. The garage was stocked with all items needed for exploring the island, including boogie boards, coolers and everything needed for the beach. The location was remote enough to be away from crowds, but still can get to grocery stores and Kona in about 20 minutes. It is very close to Hapuna beach, one of the best beaches in the country. The community was very quiet and private, but can walk to 2 shopping centers. Overall, it was an incredible experience and a much needed break.

The unit was very conveniently located across the street from the Queens Shops. This was a huge win for our family! Even with a small child struggling with the time change, we could still go out and enjoy the evenings with the stroller. I feel had this been another location we wouldn’t have ventured out as much. I would definitely return. I didn’t work with a live person, but the booking process was simple. The instructions were clear upon arrival and departure.

This is an excellent unit in a perfect location, walking distance to the shops which is helpful when you want to eat, grab a coffee, or buy groceries. The kitchen is very well stocked and the apartment is spacious and updated. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels and supplies in the garage for the beach, which we appreciated. The pool in the complex is beautiful and, of course, the beach nearby is gorgeous. Our only complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable, but that could be personal preference. I would not hesitate to recommend this place! Anne Marie was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and accommodating!

We love J33.

We love J33. It just needs a bit of a facelift. We did not work with anyone face to face except Evan, the on-sight maintenance man. He was very nice. We did have to text Lori and she was very helpful.
