Great location, beautiful views of beach, ocean and harbor from top floor windows! Great set up of bedrooms and very clean! Pool area was clean and very nice. May is a great time of year to visit! We are already planning next years trip!

Morning coffee doesn’t get much better than this, hear the waves and the view was the best. Location was peaceful but also convenient to walk over to the pink shell. I will stay again

Yes, everything was super clean. Not sure what is used to wash towels and sheets but it smelled so fresh!

The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, beach was not crowded at all. The only issue was the pool heater went out right before our stay but that was out of anyone’s control. The property managers answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided additional information on extras we might enjoy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful location! Away from all the crowds and town but within walking distance! Was perfect for my 16 year old daughter and I to have a quick weekend away to soak up some sun and relax.

Nice location

Enjoyed our stay, location was nice. It smelled very chemically at check in but went away with opening the doors and windows for a few hours.

Spring Break

The condo is the perfect size for a family of 4. It is clean, well kept, and has all the necessary amenities for a home away from home. We enjoyed its location on the beach and close to everything in FMB.

Excellent condo, kitchen fully equipped, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella came in handy. Coffee maker, Kuerig combo was great. Ocean view and quiet location. Everything was true as advertised!

It was a nice condo. The whole “one roll of TP” thing was weird, and I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that had NOTHING in cupboards, like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. left by previous guests. The pool is very closed off and it’s hard to find full sun in the small area.

Summer Stay

The place is great and just as described. Clean, nice furniture, and a great view with easy and non crowded beach access. The pool is on the small side but it’s totally fine. It’s just not one of those fancy decked out resort pools. It was nice and quiet. A big bonus considering it was July 4th week.

Great Getaway

What a quick getaway! My wife and I loved the property. The pictures does not do the views justice. It was super quite on that end of the island. We had a rental vehicle but enjoyed walking around to go eat. We spent most of our time on the beach and the balcony. Will come back again.

Beautiful and wonderful stay

We loved this condo. The views were gorgeous. Top floor. Quiet area. Inside, everything was super clean when we arrived and so cute! Bright, airy. Instructions for checkin and check out were clear and easy. Just perfect for our little family. Fort Meyers Beach is a great area. The traffic getting on and off the island can be frustrating, there was construction that slowed things down.

Beautiful views and very quiet and relaxing. Be sure to read the posted message on the balcony slider regarding leaving lights on in the evening and blinds and shades open. During a certain time of the year baby sea turtles hatch in the sand near the ocean and can be attracted away from their intended destination which is the ocean. Pretty hefty fines if you don’t follow those rules.
